Such a lovely café! The coffee here is seriously strong and delicious, full of flavor and just what you need to start the day. ☕️ The pastries are super fresh a, the kind that make you smile with every bite. 🥐🥮 The atmosphere is cozy and welcoming, perfect for catching up with friends or just relaxing for a while. This was my second time coming here and I’ll definitely be back again!☘️✨

Great café and hotel in Milan’s historic centre. Nice interior, friendly staff (special thanks to Alice!), and tasty food. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and well equipped. Staff speak English. Would definitely stay and eat here again :)

Brunch buonissimo, ma NON a buffet, SENZA caffè americano e succo d'arancia. Tutto alla carta. Location comoda e curata. Cibo ottimo e servizio gentile e rapido. Prezzo sopra la media della città, ma in quella zona te lo aspetti.

Ho pranzato con la famiglia e ci siamo trovati bene. Locale accogliente e cibo gustoso. Posizione invidiabile, nel cuore di Brera

Tutte le mattine prima di andare a lavorare, passo a bere un caffè, accompagnato sempre da un sorriso, un piccolo gesto che ti rallegra la giornata. Grazie ragazzi avanti così

Volevamo fare aperitivo in 5 amici, ma non essendoci tavoli ci hanno proposto un tavolo all’interno ma solo previa consumazione di cena (erano le 19, un po’ presto per cenare…) Abbiamo comunque acconsentito in quanto stavamo aspettando una coppia di amici che abitano nelle vicinanze. Diciamo che fino all’arrivo dei nostri amici i camerieri sono stati un po’ pressanti con noi nel ricordarci di ordinare qualcosa da mangiare (non siamo scemi) e noi giustamente abbiamo risposto che avremmo ordinato all’arrivo dei nostri amici. Morale della favola i nostri amici sono abitué di quel posto e appena li hanno visti hanno cambiato atteggiamento e sono risultati quasi simpatici. Il cibo è nella norma. Prezzo pagato giusto.

Colazione troppo cara x quello che offre:croissants un pò duretti con poca crema.L'unica cosa buona è stato il cesto di frutta in foto, costo 6 euro:) Peccato il posto e la posizione sono carini. Cameriera molto gentile!

Molto caro e non buono in confronto agli altri pandenus

Ho fatto un aperitivo pomeridiano di sabato. Premetto che il personale è stato gentile e educato, ma a me è sembrato disorganizzato , complice forse l'orario pomeridiano e la posizione del tavolo. Dopo aver atteso un bel po' senza che nessuno venisse al tavolo (non ho cronometrato) , alla fine mi sono alzato e sono andato al bancone per ordinare. Riconosco che, con alcune persone sedutesi dopo di noi, il personale è stato efficiente.

Qualità della crostatina che ho mangiato 5 stelle Qualità del caffè bevuto 5 stelle Far pagare un bicchiere d'acqua 0,50 € voto 0. Peraltro credo che non sia neanche legale dare l'acqua Non in bottiglietta. 8,40 € Per un caffè una piccola crostatina è un bicchiere d'acqua a pagamento mi sembra un po' troppo.

Aperitivo dai prezzi molto alti: cocktail tra 12 e 15 euro, più 4 euro a testa per il coperto. Olive e praline salate (poche) incluse. Cameriera impeccabile. Sottofondo: abbiamo ascoltato una lunga playlist di Michael Jackson.

A generous 3/5 because of the location. Went for breakfast and the service was struggling. Food and coffees arrived with a great delay and for a party of 4 one would expect to at least receive them together… coffee arrived much later. A place with potential if managed a bit better.

Very nice looking place, but not very good food and ok service. The Risotto was very bland and tasteless, schnitzel was ok, and the lamb with the lemon sauce was basically a pool of sauce with some meat in it.

Non sono abituato a criticare i locali, la location è splendida, nel cuore di Brera ma i prezzi sono inconcepibili, 4 euro per un servizio inesistente, 5 per una coca cola in bottiglia e 12 per una pizza non pizza di dimensioni microscopiche tendono a far gridare allo scandalo, a mai più rivederci

Posto carino, ma prezzi decisamente elevati. Finito l’orario aperitivo, con il drink (da almeno 12€) non vengono servite nemmeno delle patatine. Servizio molto buono, ma un po’ troppo caro.

Eggs benedict erano troppo liquide: il bianco era trasparente, ho quindi detto che erano troppo crude e la cameriera mi ha detto che sono così. Invece le mangio spesso in altri posti e non dovrebbero essere così liquide. Si può « sbagliare » ma queste uova sicuramente non erano delle vere eggs benedict!

The atmosphere was nice, but the pricing was truly baffling. A glass of prosecco for €7 felt reasonable, but a glass of tomato juice for €12?! Absolutely absurd. I’m all for paying a bit extra for quality, but this felt like an unnecessary markup. It left a sour note on an otherwise decent experience.

Da evitare, coca zero da 20ml a 6€, spritz annacquato 12€ e pizzetta poco più grande di un pugno 15€, l’aperitivo “offerto” sono 2 mini bruschette con delle polpettine talmente piccole che sembrano capperi. Servizio lento Decisamente DA EVITARE

Prezzi davvero folli, coperto 4 euro per essere sedute in 3 su un tavolino dove non ci stavano nemmeno i piatti. Club sandwich arrivato freddo, rotto e semivuoto alla modica cifra di 22 euro, una bottiglietta di coca cola 5 euro, insomma prezzi da stellato. Uscite deluse e arrabbiate

Un caffè espresso 2,50 euro e non è manco buono. Cedrata in bottiglia piccola 7 euro. Prezzi fuori dal normale e da ogni logica. Ce ne stanno 6432278 mila bar migliori in zona e a Milano in generale.

Di venerdì sera dopo teatro non avevano nulla da servire insieme al vino. E a fronte di una lista di vini neanche troppo lunga non avevano le bottiglie che avevano richiesto. Al terzo tentativo abbiamo chiesto noi che portassero un vino che avevano. Inoltre è molto caro il posto

Uno schifo. Abbiamo preso due caffè al banco, ci siamo girate un attimo su uno sgabello per appoggiare lì lo zaino e le giacche il tempo di bere un caffè (bruciato) e alla cassa ci hanno fatto pagare due caffè del cavolo 3.60€, 1,80€ l’uno perché segnato come caffè al banco. Barista scortese che durante il nostro andarcene ha pure fatto qualche commento. Sconsigliato.

Sono andato qui a cena e l'ho trovato un posto orribile. Il locale era buio, il cibo era orribile e il servizio pessimo. Ci hanno fatto pagare tutto. NON CI TORNERÒ PIÙ.

Questo posto è orribile. Ti fregano con i prezzi. È molto caro e il cibo è pessimo. Dovrebbero chiudere il ristorante. Per segnalarvi che non vengo più.

Servizio pessimo, camerieri super maleducati che ci hanno risposto male piu volte per nessun motivo.

I asked to change the coffee with soy milk because the soy was spoiled, and they charged me for both that coffee and the next one. They even charged me for a glass of water for my baby. The €4 focaccia is tiny. Expensive and unfriendly service, not recommended.

Horrible experience at the Osteria Pandenus. We sat outside, the waiter brought the menu and said that we could only order drinks, and that we had to order food ourselves inside. We were confused when we saw that he took the order and brought the ordered food to other guests sitting outside. The tea he brought was absolutely colorless and tasteless. My husband ordered a double espresso, which is listed as a separate drink on the menu and the price was lower than two separate espressos. However, the waiter charged us two separate espressos. He was extremely unhappy that we complained about this, but he refunded the money. We also later saw that prosecco was charged 9 euros per glass, although the price on the menu is 7 euros. When we asked why the prices were different, he rudely replied that this was the evening price (we were there at 16:30). We said that he didn't inform us about this (of course, we understand that he was lying), then he got angry and very rudely refunded us the difference in price.

You read the reviews and you think: “Can it be that bad?”. You leave thinking: “Why did anyone give more than one star?”. They managed to get our order wrong and their coffee was unpleasantly sour and overly roasted. When we mentioned the order was wrong, the waitress seemed to be annoyed by our mere existence. The only time the waitresses were efficient were when they took our money to pay the bill. I recommend everyone to stay away.

Service of Van Bol Feste is not what you want to if you come for a breakfast/lunch/dinner. We have been waiting for our breakfast for 30 minutes and then the waiter brings us something different and he doesn’t even look at your face. He leave it and when you want to speak to a guy he is least speaking to someone else!! It took them 20 minutes to bring us 2 cups of orange juice. Then they brought us breakfast which is nothing special to make it so long. And then we asked where is another one? They forgot. The time is like after 14, so there aren’t people. If you want to eat a brioche or something sweet, for sure I recommend you come here, but the service for the menu service is not worth the food.

They don’t know what brunch is. You cannot ask 24€ for an avocado toast without including something else (a juice or a croissant etc). What kind of brunch is it?? Why should I pay 23€ for eggs benedict and also have to pay for the drink (3,5€ for a latte macchinato - insane) a part? TOTALLY ILLOGICAL AND OVERPRICED. I came here for brunch and I got totally disappointed.

We had to sit there because there was not many places open. When I sit, i checked maps reviews and I immediately saw it is terrible place. Just to be on safe side, I ordered plain brioche and chocolate one. I have tasted the worst 'brioche' of my life, congratulations. I didn't know you can make it that bad. Avoid this place. It's too expensive anyways.

This is a story of expectations. We arrived and proceeded to the side door as the written instructions directed. It was a dark hallway that leads to an apartment block. It wasn’t obvious where or what to do so we called the hotel. We were told to go to the restaurant and that our room was ready. We go enter the restaurant next door and the staff seemed a little confused. They didn’t know who we were and seemed a bit surprised that we wanted to leave our luggage there once we found out our room was indeed not ready. Not exactly the welcome you would expect from a hotel. Herein lies the core of the issue. This is a modest 4 room hotel above a gastropub. The grounds are run by the restaurant staff who’d primary focus is keeping the pub going and less concerned with the hotel portion of the property. Lets start with the good. The room is big, king size bed, clean with a retro modern funk feel. The bathroom is very large with a clawfoot tub, shower and lots of space. The Wifi is strong and fast. House keeping was excellent and not part of the pub below. We had someone explain how the faucets worked, side entrances incase we came home after the pub closed which we never managed to figure out. There was supposed to be a hotel concierge but we don’t know who that was or how to contact them. Breakfast is included up to a certain price point which we did not know about until we exceeded it. We were pretty exhausted the first night so we looked for the restaurant menu online. The site is not mobile friendly and once we found the menu we went downstairs to discover it wasn’t accurate at all and they has a much smaller limited selection that was not on the online menu. This is why I call it a gastro pub, most people are there to drink with friends with a few food side items. This was not a dining destination. What we ordered was good. The mini bar is approaching Vegas levels of pricing and was by far the most expensive of any place we stayed this trip. I cant imagine they sell many bottles of 100euro+ sparkling that’s warm. Water was free so that was a plus. We were ‘evicted’ from our room for 6 hours one day as they had scheduled a pest control service to come in. The explanation was difficult to understand due to the language barrier. For a restaurant I can understand if they don’t have any English speakers on hand but a hotel should have one. We had another miscommunication during breakfast in which we accidently ordered to much. Their grilled ham and cheese sandwich is excellent by the way. This put us over the breakfast limit we didn’t know about. We left for the day and headed to lake como since we had to be gone for quite a while. House keeping managed to store all of our stuff and put it all back by the time we returned. As we returned a bar tender barked at us like we were trying to sneak by with out paying a bill. We were pretty tired having caught the last ferry on Lake como just in time to take the late train back. We were pretty pist on how we were treated by the bartender as we discovered about the breakfast limit. Cant you just add it to the bill? You know where we are staying. Did you have to be so rude about it? Again, the place is run by restaurant staff and not hotel staff. We were not comped for the inconvenience of the room As we packed up our luggage we inquired about a cab. The restaurant staff said we would walk around the block and we would find some there. Again, totally normal for a restaurant but not for a hotel. The last thing we want to do is drag 50 kilos of suitcases with their tiny wheels across the rough and uneven paving stones half a block. This felt more like an upgraded AirBnB and a lot less like an expensive hotel.

This place was very disappointing. The service was slow and flaccid, the wine al calice for 8 euros tasted like it had been opened several days earlier and not stored correctly, the bread was stale, the food was fine but nothing special, not worth the price. There was also a vibe of arrogance and complacency that would have been tolerable if the food and drink were better. Might be good for cocktails but as a "bistrot" (as it calls itself) it leaves much to be desired.

Terrible service. Only 1 waiter working for saturday brunch. Had to wait nearly 20 minutes to order with them saying constantly ‘arrivo subito’ and nearly an hour for them to bring our food. Mind you that there were only 3 tables in total. The food is also definitely overpriced 18€ for a club sandwich which was just a regular toast sliced in four and served with frozen fries. And 20€ for a very normal brunch plate. I only stayed because my friends insisted but avoid at all costs

Good location, good cocktails, "very" poor quality services. We spent 1,5 hours there for a typical italian "aperitivo" of Eur. 12,00 but we don't receive food (only 5 olives). After we asked food for three times food to the waiter we decided to leave the table. We pointed out to the waiter we didn't received food but we get insulted. I went out astonished. So, I paid 12,00 Eur to get insulted. My worst experience in Milan with bar, pubs, etc.. Very disappointed.
