I ordered at the wrong McDonalds curbside and then eventually ended here where I was supposed to pick it up from. Well it was my fault they made it right. The manager was very gracious

This particular McDonalds was recently renovated and modernized. Friendly staff, and they remember us and usually immediately prepare our standard order of 4 large fries with no ketchup and extra salt when they see us. Most employees are bilingual or trilingual. Fries have been fresh and hot every time.

No playground McDonalds. Seats are quite limited. The serving time for food is just about right. Place is fine. It's McDonald's, what else are you expecting?

i Love my Mc Donalds no matter what people say. we all try to be as nice as we could and to enjoy ourselves as we serve others . we try our best to please every customer but some customers have nasty attitudes and try broadcast everything that may had went wrong that day. WE all humans and we all make mistakes please just forgive us and come back again and see that the service isn't as bad as you claim THANK YOU!!

They rush to get you the order fast, but they mess up doing so DOUBLE CHECK before you leave

The gentleman that serviced my order late last night, was awesome! He was very friendly nice and courteous! Something that you just don't see in this industry anymore. If you got the late night munchies, this is the gentleman you want to service your order!

Very good customer service and friendly staff. Can get a little crowded during the lunch and dinner hours. Prices are getting higher but we all know that. I've had good experiences with the staff.

Took a group of seniors out for an early dinner. The staff was amazing! So patient and kind! Thank you Sandy and the rest of the team. You went above and beyond to make it such a wonderful experience for my group!

For a McDonald's it gets it's 5 stars. The young man running the show today was doing it all while it was super busy. Everything in the order was there, and it was fresh. Keep up the good work

I don't know what it is but lately the burgers at this Mickey D's have been on point! Fresh bun and everything. The fries are hot and crispy on the outside with not too much salt. The coca-cola actually tastes like real coca-cola. What's going on here? I love it.

I rarely rate McDonalds because the chain at least in terms of food is basically the same wherever you go. Service and atmosphere is what differentiates the franchisees. Hence, my brief review: I entered the McDonalds with my daughter and I saw all the self order kiosks that are now ubiquitous to fast food places--- I despise them! So impersonal. I think the manager saw my disdain and invited me over to his counter. This gentleman was so pleasant. I love manners and good customer service. I always order a happy meal and a strawberry banana smoothie for my daughter, but the manager said it wasnt necessary as he substituted the apple juice for the small smoothie. He also made my coffee light and sweet and asked if it was to my liking or else he'd make me another one. I was shocked that I didnt have to explain what light and sweet means like I usually do at fast food places. I usually get a blank look expression from some teen and if I am lucky I might get a grunt. After I was served, I noticed how clean the tables and floors were. Usually theres evidence of ketchup somewhere, but not here. If.I am ever in the area and looking for a happy meal, I will stop here again.

Came here on a double date with my best friend. We were hanging out around Mission and decided to give this place a try. It was pretty packed when we went so we sat at the bar and ordered and waited for a table. We just got little appetizers since we weren't that hungry. We ordered: Cajun Shrimp: MUST ORDER. The sauce is crack I swear. So creamy and great with beard Ceviche: Pretty good amount of seafood, but didn't look too fresh Marinated Chicken Wings: Sweet and salty, I liked it, very saucy. McCarthy's Burger: It was SOOO big, my best friend's boyfriend literally took 3 bites and was like I'm done. Comes with potatoes. Pitcher of Sangria: Fruity indeed, not too sweet, right tasting Great place to hang out with friends and watch the game. Love their appetizers, will come again and try more!

Haven't eaten at McDonald's in quite some time. I must say the restaurant's new renovations look quite modern and nice. They even have a table designated for handicapped, the restaurant is wheelchair accessible. Bathroom is extra large, not sure why they didn't create two stalls. The water pressure barely comes out. I downloaded the app for time constraints. It doesn't charge your card until you type of transaction, pick up, eating in etc. But, if you want to add or remove part of your order the staff didn't seem to know how. So, they just gave me a large order of fries for free, that was a nice courtesy. Other than that, they app worked great. I received my food after providing my order number. I ordered Chicken McNugget meal. The Chicken McNuggets were over cooked and the fries were i a large size box. But, the actual amount given was a medium fry and, it didn't quite fill the box it's packaged in. I saw this after I stood the box up on my tray. I was sharing them with someone else. The fries were fresh. But, something unusual occured, they had no taste. I ordered a Peach Lemonade Slushie, made by Minute Made. It was over the top sweet. After eating my meal and letting the drink sit, it toned down the sweetness. I was able to drink it and enjoy the taste. The restaurant was full with nice spacing between tables, and bench seating. A table full of young people was in the rear. Near the door was a table full of older women having a chat. Party of two and single patrons was represented well. Great relaxed, semi quiet atmosphere. Observed friendly staff extending themselves to the patrons, bringing them their food with a smile or making suggestions. I won't be back anytie soon. But, it made a nice impression on me.

This McDonald's just had a makeover but the design isn't the greatest. The register area is very small because of the massive beverage area. A freestyle machine would have been a great choice. Seating is sufficient and food is exactly what you expect from McDonald's.

Not to bad, the lines get long but they do move at a decent speed. Just check your bag before leaving like any other place mistakes do happen. If your going to order hash browns ask if they are ready if not you’ll be asked to wait in one of the pick up spots in your car while they make them fresh which does take a while so if your in a rush ask first.

Always the best way to keep the kids happy and save you a day from cooking. For some reason they took a while to get the food tonight I guess they were short handed. But the fries are always the best oh the spicy chicken sandwich had not even the slightest hint of spicy. None at all.

Cashier was nice. They were so busy they kept forgetting a few items of people's order. They forgot our hash browns and some other lady was upset she didn't get her 4 hash browns. It was resolved. The staff was fast and friendly . I just wish they would have soy milk available for hot drinks. Overall it was good

Just picked up 2 double cheeseburgers with my app code name buzlightyearg35 from Florida... I've been a shift manager for 2 years an a crew member for 4-5 years... if gio gave anyone else as bad of customers service as he did me he shouldn't be working the window I know it's the holidays an some people don't want to be there but you are please don't take it out on the customers... aside from the attitude... if he doesn't know he needs more training that if the customer doesn't have the code ready at the ordering box they can provide the code during payment being pushy an forcing them to order now isn't right do better I take pride in the customer service I've provided in any job

Booo. Tired of the inconsistent quality of food.my fries were cold my shake was mostly vanilla. ( Unmixed ) The chicken seems dry or over cooked. The flavor was similar to chic with the pickle brine. But fell short. Spending $12 i really expected better. I tried the deluxe, with all the fixing... didnt help. I also have had The burger... at least the serve that hot...I didn't remember it tasting so salty.. the veggies were crisp and seemed fresh.... but I definately had buyers remorse!

The breakfast crew does not have it together lately...4 times they have not prepped my orders properly...twice even though I ordered medium coffee black I have been served medium coke...once I was served pancakes when I clearly ordered meal biscuit eggs and bacon meal and twice including today I was not served the has browns that are clearly part of the meal! All time through the drive through...

I used to love this place. They have a new manager and the service is horrible. One of the servers gave us about 4 ketchup, and she grabbed the ketchup from the server, telling her she could only give us 2 ketchup for a large fries and 8 pieces of chicken nuggets. We didn't ask for any other sauce, only ketchup. I guess there is a ketchup police in town. We went back 2 days later only to have similar experiences and had the manager laughing. I don't understand what is happening at this McDonald's, but we will never go back there.

Received small coffees instead of large ones. That's not a big deal tbh, but female employees at pickup window were extremely rude and denied any requests or suggestions to fix the wrong order. The rudeness and aggressiveness of employees was beyond comprehensible.

I've had my ups and downs at this McD's location. This time, the line was held up for an unknown reason for quite a while. The girl who took my card didn't go investigate until I asked her. I think her friend, whom she told about it. Was annoyed I asked because she didn't respond when I thanked her for bringing me my food.

Ordered through the drive thru. My order was correct, however the sandwich was luke warm. The meat was fully cooked, but the tempurature of it was not warm making it seem not freshly prepared. I guess you can't expect much from a company struggling to survive.

Entered establishment at 645. Was told "we are not open" but doors were unlocked. Then noticed sign for 7 am opening for inside . I would have preferred the drive thru but my vehicle was too large to fit Not the least acomidating for the circumstances.

Beyond slow. Two combo meals took 15 minutes. Fries unsalted no napkins in my bag. Only bright spot was a young cashier literally holding a ladies unruly kid while age rang her up because he kept running behind the counter. Give that girl a raise.

My first and only time at this McDonalds is HORRIBLE. Service is rude and makes me feel unwelcome. They didnt put sauce in my big mac. They did not give us any dip for my daughter's chicken nuggets. The coffee is completely watered down. Do not come to this McDonalds, you will be disappointed. Update: Increased rating to 2 stars due to friendly staff.

What a hot mess! In an area of Nassau densely populated with McDonalds do yourself a favor and drive 2 miles east or west to another location. There’s a 50/50 chance they’ll get your order correct. Your odds are worse at the counter for some reason. And if there is a problem you won’t be able to effectively communicate with the staff. There’s no quality control on the food. I ordered the buttermilk tenders and they were rock hard over cooked. Fries undercooked. Had to ask three times for the dipping sauce. Honestly, go to any other franchise in the area.

If you are going to be open until midnight don't turn your lights if at 11:58. Poor customer service to save 2 minutes. You were still serving customers, but still found time to shut me out

Mcdonalds is fast becoming the worst place to stop for breakfast. A cold egg sandwich and burnt coffee is truly universal to the locations in this area. This store doesn't even attempt to distract you from bad food and bad service with television monitors in their dining area. Come on, Mickey D's. You're too expensive to be this poor.

THE WORST MCDONALD's!!! Very unfriendly and their customer service is horrible. They refused to let us use our coupon despite the fact that it was perfectly fine (it was not expired and it was legible to be used at this McDonald's). The manager was very rude and instead of solving the problem, he rather argued and refused to give us more than 2 sauces even though we ordered three menus. The manager is very cheap! Never go here!!!

The employees here are either brain dead or sleeping on the job. One of the employees insisted that an order was mine even though I told them it wasnt. After getting home I realized this was another persons order. This place is a real disappointment. Please dont go here if you d meont want to triple or quadruple check your order. They messed up my order and when I asked about it I was given an attitude and transferred to another person who proceeded to tell me that I go back to the store and pick up another one. No apology whatsoever and when I asked the lady for her name she proceeded to badmouth me to her coworker in another language and keep me on the line for five minutes. I went to this McDonald's with my 12 year old nephew, I love McDonald's as many do but was very upset with the service. The machine would not read my chip in my card. I asked if I had could swipe and he told me no you need to get a new card, it's damaged and walked away. My nephew went to the bathroom so I sat down to wait and he walks over to the table and stared at me. I got my nephew and left. I didn't catch his name but this guy was more than rude and by they way he acted he should not be a manager or deal with customers.

Ordered on the app today around 1230and charged for the food, the food wasn't there and the woman manager was rude and dismissive of the issue. Said I would have to take it up with the app and it wasn't their problem at the store.

Asked for an Orange HI-C they said yes we have that, then when I drove around to the window they handed me a bubbly carbonated orange Fanta and I told the lady that this is not an orange HI-C she said this is what you ordered and it's all we have. So then you shouldn't have told me at the drive-up menu that you had it!!! Very disappointed 😡

If I could I would give 0 stars. The food was terrible, they messed up my order, the place was so dirty, and I had to eat my meal listening their talking SO LAUD!! They talk between themselves in their language but seriously do they need to be screaming? Instead of that lazy atitude you guys should pay attention to the orders and cleaning the store. I just been to the drive thru to get one caramel iced coffee and a cup of hot water the manager charged me 1 ,09 for the hot water. I told him that its free when i get it in other places and he replied giving hot water is bad for business and the store will lose too much money if he gives me a cup hot water

Slowest McDonald's I've been to. Arrived at 9:18pm. Left the store at 9:50pm. Only me and 2 others just waiting for our food. We all got our food at the same time. Unbelievable!

I drive for Uber Eats. Today, May 27, 2021 around 11:45am I arrived to pickup my order, no one greets me or asks to help. Everyone is speaking Spanish (including the manager) with their backs turned. I finally identify myself as an Uber Eats delivery driver & ask for the order, the clerk waves me off & tells me she's working on it. The entire time the crew is chatting away in Spanish. I finally check the bags myself & see that the order I was waiting for is complete, NO ONE SAID A WORD TO ME. There seems to be a trend in the fast food industry of treating delivery drivers with less respect than customers when in fact we represent the customer and we can report negative interactions. Horrible crew, totally unprofessional.

I just ordered a fish filet meal and a Big Mac. I took two bites of the Big Mac and found paper straw wrapper inside the Big Mac. A whole string of it. Threw that out and ate the fish filet. Same thing! Paper wrapper inside the fish filet sandwich also. There is someone making the sandwiches that is intentionally putting garbage in the burgers!! Do not come here! YUCK!

First time at McD’s in years and this stop made it clear why. The order was wrong, I had to go into the store for ketchup for my fries (!). They didn’t add extra pickles, as I asked. They forgot my apple tart, completely. The sandwich had no lettuce. Just a piece of chicken on a soggy roll. Confirmation that it’ll be even more years passing, before I go to McD’s again.

This location is truly disappointing. They will get your order wrong guaranteed. The drinks that we ordered from here have a horrible after taste that tastes like machine internals. We had to dump out every drink because it was just undrinkable. The double cheese burger I ordered was also unnecessarily greasy, the French fries tasted like straight cheeks and I know McDonald’s fries are amazing. Also switch out management and employees. All seem unprofessional and careless. Wouldn’t be surprised if they were all sleeping on the job. Would not recommend this location unless you want to get someone else’s order instead. Please train your employees! 🤡

Sucks that I have to even give one star to this place drive through says that it's open between 6:00 and 3:00 a.m. but I just went there and they told me they've been closed I also called and they said the same thing this place should definitely close down I rather spend my money on Old country Road

Upon arriving at McDonald’s I ordered what I wanted but received another persons order. Even insisting that it was ours, which it wasn’t. The fries were cold and so were the chicken nuggets. The drinks had to be probably the worst part of it all. The drinks had a burnt rubber after taste to it which we instantly dumped because it’s not edible. Very disappointed with the food and the customer service. Any time I would I go to this place to order, majority of the time they would get my order completely wrong. Then blaming it on the customer.

Don’t go here. Just don’t. They will get your order wrong. This female employee insisted that the order she gave me was mine when I knew very well it wasn’t, but she insisted so I took the order. When I got home I was truly in shock. Not only was the order wrong, everything tasted terrible. The chicken nuggets were under cooked and slight cold in the center. The fries tasted like school fries. I know what McDonald’s fries taste like and what they gave me wasn’t it. Don’t even get me started on the drinks, we had to throw it all out because the drinks all had this weird after taste that made you nauseous. Terrible experience this weekend. Purchased a big Mac with cheese using the drive tru service. Parked car and began eating the burger and realized the burger had no cheese. Went back to the window and the staff seemed to doubt me even though I had the receipt. Asked for the manager who asked to see the original burger and she said I ate part of the burger and said nothing else. I looked at her and had to explain I didn't realize the order was wrong until I took two bites and she said well you already started eating it and again didn't offer a replacement. I had to ask for a replacement and the manager still was reluctant. Well I got the replacement and will never visit this place again.

I’ve never had a problem with this mcdonald’s until today. i went through the drive through and they told me to sit aside in a parking space to wait for my food. about 4 cars drove by past with all their orders. then i finally got my order and went back to work. right when i got to work my boss noticed that his food and drink was missing. i went back and was very respectful and explained they forgot the food and drink. they denied the food missing and swore they put it in the bag (it was not there) and i told them this isn’t my food it’s my boss’s so i would appreciate them giving me the food and drink they forgot. then, 3 women started talking bad about me in spanish thinking i didn’t understand. they nothing good to say. i find it extremely disrespectful and messed up that they talked bad about me in spanish and assumed i didn’t understand it because i’m a young white girl?? absolutely ridiculous and would rather drive 10 minutes to a different mcdonald’s to be treated the right way.

I go to this location for convenience because it's the closest one to my house but they never fail to mess up my order. Numerous occasions they have forgotten items. I have gone back a few times but other times I could not. It's a real inconvenience and annoyance! Today I asked the girl "is everything in here"? She looked at me and smiled and said "yes". Of course when I arrived home they forgot the 10 piece chicken nuggets that I paid for. And I wasn't going to go back with 2 cranky kids in the car. My fault for not checking but I was in a rush to get home and it's not my job to make sure the order is correct!! This place is the worst.

They screwed up my breakfast order. I ordered through their electronic touchscreen and they still got it wrong. The workers there literally cannot read a screen and put an item in a brown paperbag. Didn't catch it until i was 30min away at work. My fault for not stopping to unwrap the damn order and actually make sure they put the correct item in there.....ridiculous. They also turned off their self serve soda machine. Apparently free refills are bankrupting McDonald's. Will never go back to this location.

Family ordered three meals, they did not provide the receipt, they didn’t provide the happy meal food/toy, yet charged for it because they provided the kids drink. Not something you want to find out after you arrive home.

Horrible McDonald's. They'll usually mess up your order. The staff is friendly though. The owner parks his Maybach right in front of the entrance showing how poor and unlucky the patrons are. The owner is trying to remind you of how wealthy the employees and customers are making him. I'll take my business elsewhere

Fries chicken nuggets were ice cold when I received at drive thru. The woman at the window was extremely rude. I had requested barbecue and sweet-and-sour. She said it was in the bag & it was not so I asked for some which made her very angry. I wish I would have felt the fries before pulling away bc I would have requested fresh ones but she was so angry & yelling at people about sauces in my bag that I was distracted.

When you tell them what you want they will yes you to death and still make it the way they want to make it.. when you tell them no cheese they don't care and put cheese on it anyway.. when you ask for coffee black and cream on the side you get no cream on the side and it's in the coffee and they are always out of every type of soft drink except for Coke which, for that matter, makes me very weary about their soda fountain machine... I wish there was a possibility to leave half a star but unfortunately I have to leave a full star but take that with a grain of salt

Not a single order has been correct every time I’ve been there. My wife sometimes goes to the McDonald’s near my work and never gets sick. One time she ordered from there and was sick for two days. Tonight, I went to get her something again, and once again, she got sick! Once can happen, but twice means there’s a big problem!

One of the staff members here was extremely rude and unhelpful. Due to an issue with the McDonald’s app, I was mistakenly directed to this location. I fully understand that the mistake was not this store’s fault. I was speaking with another older employee to see if there was any way to resolve the issue. Then, this rude employee approached. I explained the situation to her, but she was very dismissive—kept repeating that it wasn’t her fault, pointed out the line behind me, and told me to either reorder or leave. Very poor attitude and unprofessional behavior.

The food is so scary man. We haven’t bite Big Mac yet but the beef patty missing a piece like someone already bite it… also … the beef looks like so dark and old:( . This is not an accident. It god damn happened 3 times…. I am done with this restaurant. Not busy good thing but the fun is super ultra slow. I don’t know what happened on this restaurant. The service speed like New York city’s McDonald but not Long Island’s McDonald. Every order need to be complete by up 12min minimum. Food burnt/been eaten/soda machine no ice. If you want your life shorter, that is a good place you need to go. Three of us ate at this McDonald’s and 2 of us got diarrhea.
