Cashier drive-through took my order wrong. She was very nice about it though so when she called over the manager, that was a different story, she gave me a refund nothing but attitude. The whole time gave me my items and then didn’t even apologize and I just walked away.. Customer service is horrible. they make you feel like you’re the one in the wrong for taking your own order

I ordered sabrina strawberry drink last saturday july 12, 2025 at dunkin standiford/tully at 330pm. PAID $6 and i was so disappointed coz my drinks has 85% of ice. I almost drink nothing. I complaint and never offer a refill. Those staff who serves me are disgusting!

I’ve tried calling this Dunkin’ Donuts on 1300 Stanford Avenue for the last one hour and they never pick up the phone I’m assuming the customer service at this place is not so good. Don’t understand how you have so many people working there not one person can pick up the phone that would be on this day March 31 7 AM to 8:35 AM no one can pick up the phone there in my eyes, that would be poor customer service I really hope in the future they will work on their customer service skills

I love Dunkin’ Donuts. They don’t taste like oil like other donut shops. But I’m at the point where I would rather go without donuts for the rest of my life than deal with the rude, crappy customer service. They went WEEKS recently with NO DONUTS. And once they had donuts back, if I tried to get a dozen they’d tell me they don’t have enough donuts. So now I call before I go because I want to make sure there’s specific donuts before I drive there. They are so damn rude every time I call. They’re so rude at the window. Whoever the manager is here really needs to do a retraining on customer service. And if the workers hate working with customers, find a new industry to work in.

the woman that has been at the window every time i’ve come through has been rude and my drinks when i have come through taste nothing like i order them. i order blueberry shots, there is absolutely no hint of it and tastes horrible. i find my drinks are almost always watered down. do the employees need to be retrained on how to make coffee?!

Uuuugh. 50% of the time, my Boston cream is flipped upside down. Why is it so hard to put it in the bag with the frosting up? Crap like this is why they're going to go out of business in this area. It's so much more worth it to get out of the car & go across the street to Mr. Ts.

If I could give zero stars I would. The service provide by the women working was far from decent customer service. I was greeted with attitude. My drink was made in correctly and when asked if it could be fixed I received more attitude and they simple took my drink and dumped half of it out and processed to hand it back to me. Leaving the four shots of espresso over ice not there. I’m highly disappointed as this is the second time I’ve had horrible service at this location. They have lost a customer. Employees should be trained better on how to greet and interact with customers.

I wanted to try Dunkin’ something different than Starbucks. I regret that decision the breakfast sandwiches have no flavor taste like manufactured eggs. The iced coffee was blah . Even the donut holes did not taste fresh.. I should have went to Starbucks.
