Just visited Panera after a long period and I was very impressed with the new manager. I could tell she is very service and customer oriented. It was a very pleasant experience.
Fellow dashers, uber and grubhub driver's. They finish our orders FAST, I love getting orders from Panera bread because I know there's a 90% chance the order is already finished. There have been times where I've arrived 5 minutes after receiving the order and it was completed by the time I arrived. Great pace here!
I received great care at this location!! I was with a party of three from 1-2pm on a Thursday. We all loved our food, everything was especially fresh! Joshua gave EXCELLENT customer service. Very professional and diligently moving around to check in with everyone. The facility was very clean which is a nice change of pace from the location in West Flagler by my home. That place is always sticky and filthy with low customer service. Only negative is I would have liked to have hot water for my personal tea, but they did not have any on display. Major props to this location!

I edited the post. The manager, prior to my post, came to see me, simply because he saw I was disappointed. We all have off days, wanting to do better is EXCELLENT! Thank you. Original review: I've eaten at this location now several times. At first, I thought I'd found gold. However a few weeks ago everything was terrible. Table next to me was talking about it too. Rumors were running around about staff... I didn't verify, so no need to pass them on. However, sandwiches aren't being prepared the same, orders get lost, wait is terrible and staff is clearly rushed and unhappy. This time my sandwich was HALF it's original size. Last time it was missing flavor and was smaller, also. Pics I'm adding are our original experiences and why we had chosen this as a biweekly eating spot, while in the area. I did not take a pic today. I was too disappointed 😞. Let's get them back to the beautiful version. Slow down, you're already taking long, make the wait worth it. You're going to lose your regulars which know you can do better. **Thanks Rob for speaking with me. I'm sure next time will be better.
It’s supposed to be a clean place but the day that I went all the tables were dirty, customer unwashed dishes were sitting without being picked up and a staff member was just sitting while texting on his phone. Found it disgusting and don’t know if I’ll return to this location. It’s a shame because I love the bread and onion soup.
This location has a homeless problem. They tend to show up more often then should. Also there is no service ever here. I also get my order half the time right. Last time i order a full salad and i only got half the salad. In the front usually there is nobody there and your forces to do the order on the tablet. The place can get dirty as well. Needs more upkeep and needs more supervision.
I was quite disappointed today when I ordered my salad from Panera at Cutler Bay. I am 4 months pregnant and had a serious craving for a Greek salad mainly due to the tomatoes. I went ahead and ordered online and rushed over to pick up only to find that my salad had not 1 tomato in it. I was so disappointed especially having had paid $13 for a salad that did not fill me up in the least. I was looking at the reviews and it appears as though the salads have been missing ingredients lately....so sad 😔
I am a regular Panera customer and this has to be the worst sandwich that I ever received at any of their locations. I ordered a cappuccino and it was cold and this egg white and avocado sandwich was not up to par. It was a little piece of egg and the smallest piece of avocado. They were very busy and either short on supplies or time to devote to quality.
Place an online order. You pick two. Send someone to pick it up and the order is Missing the Napa almond chicken sandwich. Called and the guy (manager) said I can either refund the chicken Sandwich or you can come and pick it up. I didn’t get an apology, not until I said that he was missing the point. I go to Panera almost everyday and twice a day sometimes. Not happy
I usually don’t have any problems at this location, but today my order was wrong. I didn’t receive half of my food and when I opened up one of the soups it wasn’t full. This is unacceptable
Employees need to train the manager and also he should stay off the phone when customers are waiting to order. I go all the time there and order the same thing never a problem when ordering from the employees that usually work. I cannot eat hard bread so I substitute for white soft bread after waiting 5 minutes because he was on the phone I tried to order the same. In a confrontational voice because I interrupted his phone call he said they don’t substitute on duet menu I explained why and he wanted to argue with me and after a few minutes of being talked to like a child I said thank you I will go somewhere else. The franchise owner should fire this clown. All other employees including the lady I think is the assistant are great but the manager needs to be re trained
I always regret going to this Location. It is a bunch of children that all need to be retrained. I don’t know if they have a new baguette recipe but the last two times that I went to get a baguette it was so hard that I hit it up against the table and nothing happened to it at all!! Pretty gross… Update- It has been months since I have been there and I gave it one more try and literally they have to fire every single person that works there because how can I come back and still get another bread that is as hard as could possibly be!?
Deeply concerned with the audacity of the manager walking around while my friend and I sat to have dinner the other night. It almost felt like we were racially profiled to the point the manager played like he was checking the self serve drink area. Just horrible hospitality for a person of color. I will never patronize this location again. The cherry on top was the manager "moving" his car while my friend and I finished our conversation outside. That was it for me. The service started out so perfect but never again. I don't usually like to make negative reviews but this needs to be addressed.
My friend and I ordered the potato soup. We had it two days before and it was thick and tasty. This time is was watery and tasteless. We went to the counter and asked for it to be changed and was served the same thing. When we asked for the manager, without even an apology she said this is how it comes and they just heat it up. I know you don’t cook the soup yourself but a simple “I’m sorry, would you like something else” would be a good starting point. No apology and total disinterest in how her customers felt. We were eventually offered a refund or a replacement and opted for the broccoli soup which was much better. Do better Panera @ Cutler Bay.
This place is a total scam. I ordered to go just an hour ago. Both sandwiches had just lettuce, tomatoes, and peppers. No chicken. They use to do that. I recommend not to order anything from there. If you do, order to dine in. Never to go or you will be scammed as I was.
First the wait in the drive thru was awful long!! I won't leave a laundry list of what my order consisted of but the one item I was so looking forward to was the *new Toasted Garden Caprese sandwich!! What a let down. It wasn't the taste it was the construction !! Two sad tomatoes, wilted lettuce, no cheese...NONE!! This was a HUGE let down!! I will get a refund or something but I'm really disappointed in Panera Bread. This is the first sad order from them but this is REALLY bad!!!
The customer service is horrible, I'm a member of sip club (and definitely won't be renewing) and was trying to order coffee when it didn't let me so i ordered something else. When I arrive i saw the machine was working so I asked the lady for a hot cup instead of a normal one (keep in mind it wouldn't matter price wise since it's all covered by sip club) and she was giving attitude and saying that since I didn't order it I couldn't get it, when it was solely THEIR APPS FAULT for me not being able to order. The lady wasn't helpful at all and I had gotten my phone stolen at this exact Panera location a couple weeks back as well.
