It is the middle of the week, and at dinner hour, yet the cashier greeted me with a smile and asked me how my day was. That is so amazingly kind, and I think all people should greet each other the way she did. ...oh yeah, the food was good too...

really good restaurant the service is really well the people that actually working at the location are very courteous and helpful when they take you order the very amicable. The location is actually clean and has not dirty plus one thing that I enjoy about this location.

Came for the free double protein promotion but only to find out the meat portion was not doubled... I love the house music playlist they have here tho ☺️

The standout star however is one of the management, Angel, who went above and beyond to make sure I got a 5 star experience by comping me my meal when they were waiting for fresh rice to be made. It would have been easy to make the $8 off my burrito, but instead they secured a future customer.

This is the only Chipotle that I will ever go to. They don’t try and skimp on the meat. Everybody’s really nice and you don’t mind paying $17 for a burrito when it’s delicious. Went to a chipotle the day before and I almost gave up on the entire franchise. Montabello saves the day once again! We’ve been going here for seven years and they are consistently awesome can’t say that about any other Chipotle lol.

I love this Chipotle location. The food portions are pretty decent, and most of the employees are very friendly; they don't fight you over food portions like other places. It's definitely the best Chipotle so far for me. I recommend it.

Clean restaurant, great lighting. Food portions were great, not skimped on. Food looked fresh, tasted fresh. Sauces were added nicely, you needed napkins to clean up your hands while eating. Employees friendly and greeted you upon entrance

Fresh ingredients. Meats looked dry but wound up being moist and tender as expected. Portions are good for the bowls and the interior of the location was well kept. It was located in a good sized shopping area so there was ample parking. Will come back again the next time we are in the neighborhood.

It's OK, usually get a stomach ache after I here. Most often you don't who is going to serve you what amount of food, it varies from person to person. Otherwise it looks pretty clean. Very salty, but clean

It is okay but you know it could be better It's not really like a Mexican dishes just a mess on And top of everything The only think I really like from there is the Beans burrito It's good very affordable.

Ordered a sofritas bowl and when I ate a few bites, I found paper in my food. First time I had a problem like this and I come here all the time.

Always need to ask for more. Certain Chipotle locations will be stingy on what they put on and this is one of them. 2/10 times, they will not give me enough meat, but plenty of sauces cheese, and salsa. I know this because other locations are not as stingy as this location. Their extra is literally average bowl in terms of size in other locations I've been.

This chipotle needs to find a new manager because the one they have is so rude and mean. Me and family will never return again. I didn't get his name but he's short kind of dark and he's old. Not a nice man at all. Went twice and that will be the last ill ever go to this place.

I do not understand how you don’t have any steak almost 2 hours before closing. Either staff is lazy to cook or management is very disorganized and can not order enough supplies for the day.

DRY: The Barbacoa wasnt the usual juicy fall apart meat. It was stringy and dryer than the pork carnitas. When I asked if they were bringing out new Barbacoa, the workers just looked confused about what was wrong with it. So sad Chipotle. #gross # lowquality #notworthmymoney (went again 3 weeks later and it still looks dry and gross)

Smallest burrito ive ever gotten shaked all the meat from the spoon payed extra 2.50 more for nacho cheese and didnt even taste it. Id rather drive two more miles more for another location than come here again.

Been here multiple times at around 9pm 1hr before they close and they always say they don't have Chips for the bowls, and I can see so many bags in the back just sitting there. Very upsetting.

The rice in the bowl is not cooked quarter to half my bowl the rice is not cooked through still raw. This is very bad I want my refund!!!! Not even hot or room temperature on the food. 0 stars

Went here on the evening of 11/16/23 the girl that made on food was not very friendly and the quesadillas she made came out burned with the paper stuck to them I asked her to see it and she just showed me a corner I asked her to make one of them over and she replied that it's still gonna come out the same when the guy there helping her was gonna make them both over but she said they were fine. I think this was very bad customer service and will not be coming back here. Spent almost over $46.00 just to come home and throw half of it away. Always came here and ordered the quesadillas the large ones with the flour tortilla and they never were cooked like this. This is ridiculous she shouldn't be working there if she is going to have that attitude. People go elsewhere to eat. Bad service Bad food.

I ordered two sides and was charged for a bowl. When I bought a different bowl I asked for sauce on the side and found none so I asked again and was charged. Was ripped off for no reason. Poor service and I will not be coming back.

We were rushed to eat and then asked to move. Hire people with more common sense. We Arrived 2 hours before closing.Arrived @ 8. Stepped into to the restroom to wash up. Came out ordered food and paid by 8:11pm. So we sat outside around 8:15. 5 minutes later a kid that works there starts cleaning up. I started thinking they close at 10pm there's no way he going to ask us to get up. We still have time. 8:29 kid asked my wife and I if we can move over to the other tables which belong to (The Habit ). I responded ( don't you guys close at 10 ) ? He says yeah but i have to do this now. I got pissed so i asked my wife if she wanted to move and she responded ( no lets leave). We should get a refund. We still hadn't finished eating. I have pictures.

My teenager is an avid chipotle fan and was excited to sneak in some chipotle into the theater and what she got was pure disappointment and a sad belly. Food was cold, portions were miniature, and it was soggy. Needless to say I was stuck with a very moody and hangry child. Thanks chipotle for ruining my Xmas weekend. 😢

This place has really gotten cheap with the guac. Not sure if it’s all stores or just this one. If I’m paying $2 something for it, better be the full scoop and not just a smear. I’ll try out another location to still give Chipotle a chance.

I have nearly 35M views, you figure I keep track of my reviews...for deleting my review to manipulate your ratings, you get 1 star; now everyone knows. I kind of remember what I wrote. Membership reward scanner/system is allegedly always broken. Carne asada here is great!!! The quesadilla is great!!! Chipotle guacamole is great!!! Roasted corn is delicious but cold!!! Generally the food is what you expect from Chipotle. The food options here are decently healthy. Sometimes some of the food can be saltier than ocean water, must have been a new cook that visit. Decent design. Tables could be cleaned more often. Seat comfortability is acceptable. Indoor seating available. Outdoor seating is shared with The Habit. I think it got better but the workers used to hide in the back while the one female who wanted to work had to work alone calling out for help to service the line. Eventually...her co-workers slowly emerged. The place can be empty of customers but the tables somehow remained dirty; when there aren't customers, that's time to catch up making the place look decent. When everything is done, that's when you can relax.

I bought my daughters food too so I’m just thankful it happened to me and not them . I emailed chipotle support and all they did was give me free entrees . Which I guess is nice . But also I’m traumatized so I definitely don’t want to go to chipotle anytime soon . The coupon expires in 30 days . I really hope this doesn’t happen to anyone else . I wasn’t even close to being finished with my bowl . I threw it away and felt so uncomfortable with the experience
