Food is good but the weirdest thing happened to us: we were on the drive thru and ordered food for the 5 members of our family but they told us only 4 items could be ordered, that we should come inside and order in and that way our order could be accommodated. The problem is also that the exit of the drive thru has no access back to the restaurant or parking lot, you have to exit and go around several blocks or under a bridge to get back so......

I Really miss the old KFC..! where to start: - Coleslaw, no dressing. Just well cut veggies w' little sugar.. - 2 of the 10 pieces were overcooked, dry an teasteless - Gravy container half empty.. I THINK THEY TAKE ADVANTAGE OF THE TO-GO-ORDERS AND PUT IN THEM THE LEFTOVER, WHATEVER THEY HAVE THAT DON'T LOOK GOOD, KNOWING THAT 99.99% OF PEOPLE, WHONT GO BACK TO COMPLAIN...

The last time I bought chicken at KFC, it turned out black on a strip of chicken. Of course, you couldn't see it because of the breading and seasoning, but when I bit into it, I saw the color and it disgusted me. I had to vomit. I had an upset stomach for almost a week, and no one will take responsibility for my medical expenses. The health department should close down KFC. I arrived at 9 pm... They close at 10 pm... while I order at the machine and pay at the counter for cash, it's 9:29. At 10 pm I go to see if my order is ready... I wasn't surprised that it wasn't ready... they told me I had to wait 14 minutes. Because of the secret recipe chicken... I had no choice... At 10:20 they called me and first told me they didn't have Biskets and asked if they could give me something else... and to my surprise, they were giving me crispy chicken and not the secret recipe chicken... I told them and they said they were sorry and that they would change it but that it would take a while... Finally, at 10:30, they gave me my order without Biskets... By this point, I wasn't even hungry, and I ordered the chicken sandwich, which of course was the same one they had been holding since they started preparing my order, and it was colder... The young man who served me was very attentive and always tried to find a solution to the problems, but we didn't like the crispy chicken and decided to wait for the secret recipe chicken... It's not the first time we've had a bad experience with our order at this branch... but this will definitely be the last... I'm never coming back.
