Spent a lovely honeymoon in Mallorca. Our last night in Mallorca my wife and I spent dinner at Jacaranda, each course was good and presented beautifully. The service was so professional.

We had a great evening with good food, wine and great service. We made a reservation on short notice and got a table for two. The menu was delicious and the portions had a good size. I can recommend the restaurant if you look for a place to celebrate a special evening or just want to enjoy service and food.

Situé au centre de l'île à 10mn du village de montuiri, ce restaurant qui est aussi un hôtel est un Havre de paix... Nous y a on réservé une table pour déjeuner...les prix sont très abordables et le personnel est aux petits soins...

Ein beeindruckendes Restauranterlebnis! Der Preis ist aus meiner Sicht fast schon zu günstig für die gebotene Leistung, verglichen mit anderen Restaurants dieser Kategorie. Wir waren an einem Samstag da und durften das Degustation Menü genießen. Frischeste Zutaten, hervorragend zusammengestellt und aufeinander abgestimmt. Das atemberaubende Ambiente und der sehr gute Service runden das Angebot vollends ab. Für mich 10/10, wenn ich könnte würde ich mehr Sterne geben. Gracias!

Tuve la suerte de cenar en el restaurante Jacaranda de Finca Serena y fue una experiencia excepcional en todos los sentidos. Desde el primer momento, el lugar me cautivó con su belleza natural y un ambiente de tranquilidad incomparable. Rodeado de viñedos y jardines de lavanda, el restaurante está perfectamente integrado en este paraíso mallorquín, lo que crea una atmósfera mágica. El equipo fue atento y profesional, cuidando cada detalle con una amabilidad que te hace sentir como en casa, sin dejar de lado la elegancia que caracteriza el lugar. Desde las recomendaciones hasta el servicio, todo fue impecable. En cuanto a la comida, el menú de cena fue simplemente exquisito. Los platos estaban potentes en sabor, bien equilibrados y con ingredientes frescos de la isla. Cada bocado era una explosión de sabores que resaltaban la calidad y creatividad del chef. Definitivamente, una cena adecuada en porciones y muy bien pensada para disfrutar sin prisas. Destaco especialmente la maestría en la combinación de ingredientes locales con técnicas modernas. Recomiendo Jacaranda sin dudarlo para cualquiera que busque una experiencia gastronómica de primer nivel en un entorno espectacular.

Si algo tengo que decir es que las bebidas carísimas , obvio en menús cerrados es donde más te la “clavan” pero encontré que demasiado . Por todo lo demás, un 10!!

Restaurante con un menú muy cuidado en un entorno inmejorable. Buen menú diario, con productos de la tierra, buena selección de vinos y trato exquisito por parte del personal. El restaurante está ubicado en un hotel/agroturismo en la Mallorca profunda, con mucha personalidad local. Totalmente recomendable.

Lugar perfecto para degustar producto de calidad, bien ejecutado en un entorno único en Mallorca. Esta abierto al público que no está alojado en el hotel. Servicio excelente, cercano y atento. Volveremos seguro a probar sus arroces que hacen los domingos.

Wunderschönes Restaurant mit einem atemberaubenden Ausblick. Definitiv einen Umweg wert. Wir waren am Reisabend mit Paella da und das Essen & die Getränke (auch Cocktails) waren super. Wir hätten auch einen Aufenthalt im Hotel geplant, aber leider war der Service unbeholfen und hat teilweise einen gelangweilten Eindruck gemacht. Schade, wenn man bedenkt, um was für eine Lokalität es sich handelt. Die Restaurant-chefin hat aber versucht, größere Schäden zu vermeiden und war sehr aufmerksam. Die Köche waren spitze - wie so oft.

lol “rice night” just didn’t give the experience I was expecting. Like the property is SO beautiful, it’s secluded, and feels so special. Then they hit us with the “so you’ll go up and grab what you’d like”. In our head we were imagining a beautiful outdoor dinner with fresh paella, flowing with wine, and joyful music. But the vibe was just not that. It was giving fancy buffet with somber music and white plates that unfortunately cheapened the experience. The service was like fine but they weren’t as attentive as I would have liked especially given the vibe of the venue. I hope this rice night experience is altered to exceed expectations more but I wouldn’t recommend this to a friend given some of the other dining experiences I had while visiting the island.

Jacaranda did not meet expectations. I’ll start off by saying that the location, the views and the ambience are amazing! The atmosphere and the “idea” behind the restaurant does not disappoint. The service was good but not polished enough for a restaurant like Jacaranda positions itself to be. Small mistakes with orders, bar hiccups, etc. The service staff are very friendly and appear to be trying to deliver a great experience. The biggest let down for me was the food. We are a family of four and had the €70p.p. prix fix tasting menu. Firstly, I’ll say that none of our dishes were visually presented like the photos I see in other reviews and frankly lacked finesse. The starter course (warm salad) was really average at best. The tuna tartar, as a starter, lacked acidity and was served without anything to create texture. So really just chewing through a bland mush of tuna and avocado. The main course, sea bass, in my opinion was undercooked for the that particular dish. The fish for me was just under, but I think it could have been ok if not for the very creamy curry sauce in which it was served. The temperature of the fish mixed with the creamy sauce really gave it an undercooked texture when being tasted. Also a large bone found in one of our filets. The pork dish had an amazing sauce/jus served on it but the pork cut seemed extremely fatty and left a very heavy feeling thereafter. The sweet potato side was literally 3 cubes of sweet potato. On a positive note, the roasted banana dessert was very good and my spouse enjoyed the cream of portobello appetizer. Ultimately, while the restaurant is beautiful, it does not cut it as the top 6 restaurants in Mallorca (according to ChatGPT) for me. We had much more enjoyable dining experiences in Mallorca during this trip and at a lower price tag.

Wir haben unser lange auf den Abend im Jacaranda gefreut, als wir allerdings vor Ort eingetroffen sind waren wir enttäuscht. Anstelle des 9-Gang Degustations Menüs wurde uns mitgeteilt dass es Rice Night ist, d.h. es gab Paella und Vor-/Nachspeise, alles mit Self-Service!!! Ein all you can Eat Buffet in einem 2*Restaurant haben wir nicht erwartet. Es gab keinerlei Hinweise in der Buchungsbestätigung noch auf der Website vom Jacaranda zu den Special Events, lediglich auf der Seite des Hotels wurde darauf verwiesen dass es Dienstag und Donnerstag Rice und BBQ gibt. Auf der Seite von Jacaranda wird auch nur das Degustationsmenü abgebildet. Das Essen war lecker und man konnte alles probieren, der Hauswein war auch gut und positiv war der Preis und das dass Wasser nichts gekostet hat. Uns kam es so vor dass wir nicht die einzigste waren die überrascht waren, der Service war anfangs noch gut, ließ dann aber nach was nach schenken etc. betraf. Also lasst euch bestätigen was ihr zu essen bekommt bevor ihr vor Ort seid. Sehr schade denn das Anwesen liegt malerisch.

The view & location is gorgeous, but the food let it down. We booked expecting the tasting menu (no other menu could be seen on their website), and instead got a la carte. The starter was delicious, but the pre-starter was divisive (especially for a fish hater!) and the main course, was flavourless. A chicken leg with no spices/flavour, just seasoned and cooked. I could've cooked it myself at home!

Vorspeise war sehr gut. Hauptspeise, Lamm, sehr trocken und fad, sehr enttäuscht😞. Dessert, Banane, unreif, Zitronensorbet fein. Personal, eher 3 Sterne. Preis Leistung nicht empfehlenswert. Ich habe für den 14.12.2024 das Weihnachtsmenü im Restaurant Jacaranda reserviert. Um eine Reservierung durchführen zu können, ist eine Vorabbezahlung des Fixpreises für Essen und Trinken erforderlich. Dies ist mittlerweile nachvollziehbar, da immer mehr Personen mehrere Lokale gleichzeitig reservieren und kurzfristig entscheiden, ohne das Restaurant zu informieren. Bei der Ankunft steht man vor einem verschlossenen Tor, das erst nach Bekanntgabe der Reservierung geöffnet wird. Der Weg zum Parkplatz auf dem Anwesen hinterlässt einen großartigen Eindruck: Ein wunderschönes Gebäude in einem großzügig angelegten Park mit ansprechender Beleuchtung – absolut sehenswert! Auch das Personal betreut die Gäste auf hohem Niveau, stets freundlich und stilvoll. Das Menü wurde bereits vorab bekannt gegeben, und die Vorfreude auf ein Haus mit Michelin-Auszeichnung war groß. Leider musste ich feststellen, dass wohl der Meisterkoch im Urlaub war und der Lehrling seine Aufgaben kurzfristig übernommen hat: - Gänsestopfleber in Topfencreme: Der Auftakt war in Ordnung, jedoch geschmacklich sehr neutral. - Tartar von roten Garnelen, Karfiol und Pesto: Auch hier war das Gericht in Ordnung, aber geschmacklich etwas anders, als ich es erwartet hatte. - Seeteufelfilet: Das Filet war gummiartig und der Kakao dominierte den Geschmack zu stark. - Ente mit Birnen: Die Ente wurde fast roh serviert und vom Trüffel war kaum etwas zu schmecken – eine Katastrophe. - Süßspeisen: Diese waren maximal durchschnittlich. Es ist offensichtlich, dass sich das Team sehr bemüht hat und tolle Zutaten verwendet wurden. Leider entspricht das Ergebnis nicht dem Anspruch einer Michelin-Auszeichnung – das tut mir leid. Trotzdem möchte ich betonen, dass das Ambiente und der freundliche Service einfach perfekt waren. Das Restaurant Jacaranda bietet eine wunderschöne Umgebung und ein erstklassiges Serviceerlebnis, auch wenn das kulinarische Erlebnis diesmal enttäuschend war.

El sitio es muy bonito la verdad. Pero la comida no tiene nada en especial para un menú de 70 euros por persona. Además el servicio no co ocio el menu, no podía realizar ningún tipo de recomendación ya que expresaban su desconocimiento de lo que había. Esperas muy largas teniendo que insistir en varias ocasiones. Decepcionado la verdad.

Lloc paradisíac. El menu de migdia per 44€ (primer, segon i postre) en principi sona bé. Plats minúsculs, elaborats amb productes econòmics, excepte mitja gamba!!. Un cafe de càpsula 5€. Mig litre d'aigua d'osmosis 5€!!!! En fi, per no repetir.

Abbiamo prenotato per le 22 e appena arrivati ci é stato detto che non sarebbe stato possibile avere il menù completo perché la cucina chiude alle 22.15/22.30 mentre il posto chiude alle 23, abbiamo potuto quindi mangiare un solo piatto e ovviamente la cena è stata fatta di fretta. In più abbiamo pagato un piatto €28 + 8 di bicchiere di vino quando il menù completo con tutto era €70 e comprendeva 5 piatti + vino. Unica nota positiva il cameriere Kevin é molto gentile e disponibile.

Maten holder ikke standarden til en restaurant som er så dyr. Andre gjester synes heller ikke maten var bra. Lamme kotelettene var grillet alt for lenge og var tørre. Svinekjøtt av pattegris var også tørt.

Das Frühstück ist für Veganer eher nicht geeignet. Die Auswahl ist sehr beschränkt und es wird jeden Tag das Gleiche serviert. Viele der Mitarbeiter wissen nicht was beim Buffet vegan ist und was nicht. Möchte man etwas später frühstücken, ist Vorsicht geboten, denn pünktlich gegen 11 Uhr wird das Buffet abgeräumt. Kaffee und Kuchen zwischen 17 und 18 Uhr bietet keine vegane Alternativen trotz vorheriger Ankündigung, dass vegane Gäste anreisen. Auch hier ist Vorsicht geboten, das Buffet wird teilweise schon vor 18 Uhr entfernt. Das Abendessen ist gut, auf Nachfrage wird ein veganes Menü serviert. Allerdings ist der Preis von fast 60 € maßlos übertrieben und nicht gerechtfertigt. Für 2 Sterne Niveau wäre der Preis durchaus gerechtfertigt. Das Essen hat aber auf keinen Fall Sterneniveau. Breakfast is rather not suitable for vegans. The selection is very limited and the same thing is served every day. Many of the staff do not know what is vegan and what is not. If you want to have breakfast a little later, be careful, because the buffet is cleared punctually around 11 o'clock. Coffee and cake between 5 and 6 p.m. offers no vegan alternatives despite prior announcement that vegan guests are arriving. Here, too, caution is advised, the buffet is partly removed before 6 pm. Dinner is good, a vegan menu is served on request. However, the price of almost 60 € is exaggerated and not justified. For 2 star level, the price would be quite justified. However, the food is definitely not at star level.

Restaurante por y para extranjeros. Hemos ido a cenar y nos han sentado en la terraza en una mesa sin luz. Le hemos dicho a la camarera que por favor nos pusiese una lamparita, como a las otras mesas, y nos ha dicho que no quedaban (no se veía ni la carta sin la linterna del móvil). La camarera que nos ha tocado no hablaba español. Han tardado 40 minutos en tomarnos nota y 30 minutos entre plato y plato. La carta está basada supuestamente en producto local y de temporada y en único pescado que hay es salmón (que además era congelado). El primero era una ensalada de boniato que era, literalmente, un trozo de boniato asado con tres hojas de lechuga. Uno de los postres es plátano asado y nos lo sirvieron crudo con una costra de azúcar flambeada. Nos han dicho que debe ser un problema de traducción de la carta, lo cual es sorprendente teniendo en cuenta que el chef es español. Lo único que se salva es la ubicación y la finca, que es muy bonita, y que nos han invitado al café que hemos pedido por la espera. Una cena de 135 euros (2 personas) que no vale nada. Lo dicho, restaurante para extranjeros a los que sacarles el dinero por tener un jardín bonito.

We went there for dinner 2 times and 1 time for lunch. Recommend to eat out of the hotel. Positive : Great scenery and atmosphere. Negative: Food not really good and overprice. Avoid the BBQ night (overprice and overcook meat - 80+ euros per person). Regular menu is not really good either and pretty expensive (70-90euros per person).

Vi troede det var en fin restaurant de havde på dette 5 stjernede hotel men blev skuffet. Der er kun en menu at vælge og hertil et glas vin ellers skal man åbenbart købe yderligere drikkevarer. Vi fik serveret apperitif, nogle brød med røget smør og en trøffel smør. Inden vi var færdig med dette blev forretten serveret begge dele uden nogen form for præsentation. Den ene forret var en svamp der var tørret men saltet alt for meget og den anden 5 toppe af en asparges med en smule sovs, hertil serveret noget vin uden præsentation, vi kunne dog se på flasken den var en lokal vin som var udemærket. Ret efter vi var færdige med forretten kom vores hovedret på bordet. Jeg og min ledsager blev tilbudt et glas anden vin, jeg fik et glas rose uden præsentation men min ledsager ønskede ikke anden vin og fik ikke tilbudt nogen refill af den første vin Hovedretten var ganske fin, lammekoteletter 5 til hver hvilket vel svarer til 50g kød, til min hovedret var der 3 stykker sød kartoffel og til min ledsager lidt stegte grøntsager - det var en ok ret. Herefter kom desserten på bordet - jeg havde valgt et udvalgt af oste - til min store skuffelse var der tale om stort set de samme oste som var på morgenbuffeten "krydret" med en enkelt skimmelost - hertil 3 tørre kisk fra en pose (industri), min ledsager fik frugtsalat, 5 store terninger af frugt og en is som var stjernet. Det sidste vi fik var petit four 2*2 stykker ret ligegyldige stykker, der blev ikke tilbudt noget kaffe eller andet så vi drak vand hertil. Betjeningen havde vældigt travlt med at tale med de spanske gæster men undgik behændigt os udenlandske. Alt i alt en skuffelse over hele linjen til en pris på 140 Euro for 2 personer. Hilsen Jørgen

We came to this restaurant two years ago and absolutely loved it, so we were really looking forward to coming back—this time with our baby. We made a reservation in advance, and nowhere did it say it was adults only. No warning on the website, booking form, or confirmation email. Nothing. We drove a long way to get there, were greeted, seated, and even handed menus. Then, after all that, they came over and told us it was adults only and offered us a table inside. The place was almost empty, and our baby was just sitting quietly. What made it worse was the way it was said—like they were trying to hide the baby, as if her presence was a problem they needed to deal with discreetly. It felt really off and uncomfortable. We felt completely unwelcome and had to leave. Honestly, it was such a disappointing and frustrating experience. If you don’t allow children, just say it clearly before people show up. Wasting people’s time like this is really not okay. Won’t be returning.

!!!!!!We had a reservation for dinner this evening, and at no point — on your website or in the confirmation email — was it mentioned that the restaurant is adults-only. We were seated, waited for 20 minutes, and only then were told we couldn’t be served. This was incredibly frustrating and completely avoidable if clear communication had been in place. We wasted our time and energy, and the situation seriously disrupted our evening plans. Telling us, as we were leaving, that we could “maybe sit inside” did not help — it felt like an afterthought, not a real solution. I hope you will take this feedback seriously and make the necessary updates to your communication channels to prevent this from happening to others.

Seriously one of the worst dining experiences I’ve ever had. The waiters was inattentive and everything was slightly off. Our wine, for example, came after the first course. The octopus was inedible and so chewy, my friends and I couldn’t even get through a single bite. One friend ordered a chick pea dish which literally was a can of chick peas poured into a dish, with tahini on top, and a bit of raw onion for garnish. Nothing else. The portions - even for fine dining standards - were minuscule. Lastly, when we asked for a description of a certain type of dessert local to the region, we were shown a photo of what resembled cheese cake. What came out couldn’t have been more different — it was basically a chilled watermelon soup with a dollop of soft cheese in the middle. There wasn’t a language barrier, or an overly busy night to explain the horrific service, which id understand - it was a general lack of awareness and customer service. The setting is so stunning and the food was so vile that it was just a very confusing experience all around. When asked what we thought of the food, we said our dishes (uneaten) weren’t to our liking, to which they responded “oh sorry.” I’d give 0 stars if I could.

Cenamos el menú degustación (80€ por persona), buena presentación pero nada sorprendente de sabor, platos excesivamente escuetos. Comimos básicamente pan y eso que en cada cesta venían 4 mini trozos. Bebidas muy caras, sweeps 6€, café solo 6€... Finca bonita, pero de noche no se aprecia, lugar del restaurante nada que resaltar, está en un pasillo oscuro. En mi opinión, un robo para lo que te dan.

No nos gusto nada el menu degustacion servido los sabados. En un menu degustacion pruebas sabores nuevos y es una experiencia, este no es el caso... Eran platos normales reducidos de tamaño al ridiculo, lo mas bueno el pan. Por ultimo el precio de las bebidas exagerado....
