Wingstop

At one time it was really nice to go to Wingstop. The atmosphere was always great. There used to be beer the food was good. Any more you feel like you're getting nothing but oil. The prices has tripled in the last couple years. It's not worth going anymore. I'd rather go to Buffalo wild wings or any other wing place

okay the food is amazing 10/10 but the customer service for this place is terrible. first of all, there is not one trash can in the place. every time i go i think one will appear but that never happens. second of all, they are STINGY with the ranch and do not give you any napkins. the wait is also very long but that is understandable because it is usually packed. the workers always have attitude aswell which isn’t particularly great. overall tho, the wings are fantastic and the fries too. i will be coming back.

I don’t understand why the cashiers don’t know how to place an order they always seem confused. They need to help move the line quicker! A customer was having a difficult time ordering and the cashier makes it worse by not helping and didn’t know what to do. This Wings Stop just needs more cashiers and it would move the line faster. Also I have ordered online in the past and my order is always wrong when delivered. I never have a problem at the Gilroy location. Unfortunately this is the closest to home.

Asked extra wet Gave me the most dry wings ever when asked for original hot I swear it had no sauce order was made 02/14/2026 time 12:05pm night time. it was made who ever was behind the grill the lazy guy shouldn’t work there learn how to make simple wings and don’t be mad it’s Valentine’s Day

2/23/26 ordered a 30 piece these guys gave me 30 drumsticks. All dry. I didn’t order a special request but still no excuse to give me 30 drumsticks. (Bone in)

Been Tayikistán to cancel my order but they won’t answer , I’ve called 20 times , Tuesday September 2 10:00pm , who ever manger is I hope you train you’re employees to answer the phone and that employees that closing are held accountable.

They don’t answer the phones ever so don’t even bother. Most of them don’t even try to have good customer service. definitely not a friendly place.

It would ve great if they answered the phone number listed if you need to change something in your order. Called for more than 30 minutes and never got an answer, but payment was immediate.

If I could give zero stars, I would. I ordered ahead and my order was still somehow 20 minutes late and they proceeded to get every single part of it wrong. The only part of my order that was correct was a part that I was in charge of and that was my soda. This place is being run like a defunct zoo.

Placed a mobile order for 15 wings. The order said it was ready and my husband went to pick it up. He ended up waiting 15 more minutes because the food was not in fact ready. He gets home with the food and we open it and 7 wings are missing. I tried calling multiple times and was sent to voicemail. My husband also left a voicemail since he was the one that ordered and wanted a refund. After working over 15 hours this is the last thing we wanted.

I also see the staff preparing food with bare hands while touching random things such as the ice buckets to refill ice in the soda machine. Overall this place needs to be managed properly. Definitely won't be coming back.

Why would you have someone that can barely speak a drop of English taking orders! Surprisingly this poor establishment is still open, I recommend you go elsewhere save yourself the headache!! Btw She belongs in the back! Washing dishes or mopping.

I placed an order online. The app said “completed”. When I went to pick it up they told me that they didn’t get my order… and on top of that they refused to make me my food because it was too close to closing time. So I didn't get my food and I was still charged for the food I never got. As if that wasn’t inconvenient enough I spent the last month trying to get a refund. I’ve called multiple times giving all my information… consistently being promised to by the MANAGER that he would “call me back the next day with an update”. Never called me back once. Terrible customer service.

I will preface this review with stating that I enjoy Wingstop. I will also say that the review below reflects not 1, 2, 3, but 4 separate occasions of where I've ordered from them, using both Doordash and their own website. The Order: 4 out of 4 times, I've received an incorrect order. Whether that be wrong sides were given, incorrect count of boneless wings, or even half my order missing. On the last time I ordered, half my order was missing. I noticed by the time I got home, and had to drive back to let them know that half my order was missing and I had received no sauces. After about 20mins of add'l wait time, got my order complete (I should also mention that there were only 2 people at the store). The staff: I can't say I've worked at a restaurant, but I have worked in retail when I was much younger (back in high school), and all I can say I never ever on the job carried myself in an unprofessional manner (whether cursing out loud, flipping people off, disrespecting co-workers), but what I experienced there was the straw that broke the camels back. Food: Like I said, I enjoy Wingstop, but I also tend to order the dry rubs and not the "saucy" ;) flavors. I've read other reviews, and I think I've dodged a bullet there. I will say that my fiancé did get sick during on of the occasions where we ordered, so 75%. Take that as you will. Verdict: In a nutshell, no I will not return to this Wingstop, no matter how close it is. I will gladly jump on the 101 during rush hour traffic and drive down to Gilroy or San Jose, to place an order, than ordering from this place, until they can make genuine change. Whether that's hiring someone to do actual QA on ready orders, or hiring a whole set of staff to be more professional, I don't know. I just don't think it should be difficult to find people who can be a bit more professional.
