What Customers Say About d Elici
Krispy Kreme in Fulton Center is loved for its convenient location, friendly staff (especially Josh!), and consistently yummy donuts, especially the glazed. Some complain about limited flavors and promotions not being honored. A quick, sweet treat!

d Elici New York Reviews
Josh is the best, he’s super nice and gives out the best advice. A huge part of me buying there is getting to be treated like a priority and it’s all cause of him. 5 stars!!!
Krispy Kreme conveniently located in Fulton Center. I am not a fan of doughnuts but my better half loves Krispy Kreme. So I decided to surprise him while we were in the area. KK has great donuts and latte. If you want a quick pick me up this is definitely it !! I can only do this once or my teeth won't like me anymore. Customer service is great too !!
It’s finally open inside the Fulton Center. I love their donuts!! It’s soooooooo good. You have so much flavors to choose from but you can’t go wrong with a glazed donut!! Friendly staff! Very clean! I definitely without a doubt highly recommend this place! Stop by and get your snack on.
you can never go wrong with Krispy Kreme, donuts are consistently yummy! however, I’m here to applaud Josh’s service. he really brought some sunshine to an otherwise dreary, rainy Sunday. Thank you for your kindness! He deserves a raise!!!
The glazed are my favorites, as well as the raspberry jam filled donuts. The staff were very helpful and friendly! Donuts were boxed up quickly. Can’t go wrong with Krispy Kreme!! 🍩🍩🍩
Crispy Kreme financial district. Right on Broadway entrance of the Fulton sq. center on the main floor. As far as Donut experiences go, I give it an above average reviews since I prefer their donuts over Duncan. However, Crispy being a chain, isn't on the same level as the custom bakery donuts or the craft donuts like the donut factory on Grand St. However, I must predicate by saying I am no Donut connoisseur. In summary: its better than Duncan, but a step behind the craft donut establishments.
It was nice to finally visit this place. Interesting to see how the infamous donuts were made. It was a lot smaller than expected but still fun to experience. There were also limited flavors and you’re bound to find more in the other kk locations. And the apple donut wasn’t really good for it the top red glaze tasted like medicine. But still a fun NY experience!
I love me a good Krispy Kreame donut and this location serves me well. It’s located close to my office. Keeping me from having to travel to the flagship on 42nd street. It’s a little stand located in the Fulton street mall near the Broadway Street side. They almost always have what I’m looking to pickup. This year I was excited to see they have the Halloween Boo Box. Last year I went crazy looking for the spell book box. I swear it was a phantom box that never existed 😂😂. I wanted to gift it to my grand kids. So this year Nonna was successful 💪🏾. My only gripe was when I for home and opened the box I was missing a donut 😩 🍩 I couldn’t believe it. First time ever…… I will now check all my boxes before leaving. So for that they get 4 stars
It's cool there's a Krispy Kreme in lower Manhattan but this location does not honor Krispy Kreme app promotions. Plus there needs to be a location in Brooklyn. There's one in every other borough, even Staten Island!
I thought it was a sweet dream that there was a location THIS close and I know that Krispy Kremes is such a highlight to me and my colleagues. Unfortunately this location has shown to be mistreated and neglected. As pleasant as the employees are the three times I have purchased from this location the donuts were almost on the same stale level of Duncan Donuts and this Last incident the location said open, but no one was there. I thought if I purchase online that it would come from another location, but they sent it from this location and yet nothing arrived. I've been a fan of the krispy kreme since a child in Ohio when yall had the maple sticks, but this location really is heartbreaking that it does not keep up the experience like the other locations. I guess I will plan for some extra time and go out of my way and go to the other 3 locations in Manhattan. Or just stop going. Today i had to go to Duncan downstairs and we all know that was not cute.
the taste is correct for a reasonable price. On the other hand, the way the sales assistant talked to the customers was not correct. We stood in front of the store for a long time, certainly because our group was having trouble making their choice, but we weren't bothering those who wanted to order, and that's no reason to talk down to us. The sales assistant said to us, "Well, do you want 3 donuts or not???!" because we were taking a little time.
~ DON’T EVEN BOTHER ~ In honor of National Coffee Day, I went to Krispy Kreme to pick up a free medium coffee and doughnut. The employee told everybody on line they would not honor the free promotion. The employee was unemotional and unapologetic. Take your business elsewhere.
Krispy Kreme one of my favorite donut locations. This location best suited to knock out a craving. They have limited supply due to the fact this location doesn’t have baking on prem. They gave a small shipment every 3-4 hours from what I understand from the staff. During any promotions they disable access to order online due to the high demand and location. This location should straight out band all promotions since the lack of supply and demand. Usually long wait time during the morning and lunch and end of work day hours. Many homeless at this location not very safe even though it to close to the finical district and city hall. When you walk around you may notice the smell of urine. This area very sketchy late around 5pm
The attitude of the employees at this location are so unprofessional. The cashier didn't ask me to come up when it was my turn, he just stood there and stared at me. When it was time to pay, he just pointed at the credit card terminal. It was like buying a donut from a guy who hated my guts. I was so uncomfortable by getting the silent treatment that I will never go back to this location. I understand retail can be tough, especially in the city but this overt rudeness is too much for me to deal with and now I just won't go back.
I placed an online order, In store pickup later received an email that my order was confirmed. The store says it closes at 8 I got there at 7 and when I get there, no one was there. Someone at the other kiosk told me that the guy who is usually there closes up early and to call and dispute the charge. Super unprofessional and an inconvenience.
