Gong Cha is a delightful spot with a cozy, stylish vibe and friendly, professional staff. My friend and I tried the Strawberry Milk and Green Tea Milk with pudding and star jelly—both were creamy, refreshing, and perfectly balanced. The toppings added a fun texture that made every sip a treat. For tasty drinks and great service, Gongcha is a must-visit

Gong Cha is a franchise so there should be some consistency with their drinks. I got a large taro with boba pearls. Pearls were great, not stale. Still a little chewier than I'd like but I didn't choke on them so that's good. The taro wasn't purple at all. The cashier asked me what percentage of sweetness I wanted and I didn't understand. A can of coke is about 12% sweet, with 39 g of sugar. I asked them to make it how they normally make it because I didn't understand what they meant. When I drank my bubble tea, it tasted like watered down milk and it was barely sweet but the cashier said they would make it with 50% sweetness. If a can of coke is 12% sweet and my large tea was apparently at 50%, then why did it taste like watered down milk with 2% sweetness? There was no purple color in the tea whatsoever. I was really disappointed because bubble tea is a treat for me when I can have it because I have issues with my glucose. I don't have sweets often but when I do, I want it to be sweet. I added a picture for reference. The keychain on the left is what I'm used to getting when I order taro milk tea with bubbles (just more opaque) anywhere I go. The cup on the right is what I paid almost $10 for.

Small place for grab and go. It’s average prices. I got lychee oolong and thought the syrup was way too sweet. Some boba were hard and on the stale side. A-yo tea shop in JC much better

I purchased a milk foam green tea with 70% sugar but it’s still super sweet. The foam just a little. It tasted terrible. And the service was terrible, as if I owed her a lot of money.

First time at this location, ordered drinks with pearl… barely any pearl, feels like I got scammed…very disappointed.

Poor customer service. I’m sure the teas are fine but I wouldn’t know because we decided not to order after a young women was first unhelpful and then rude to me and my 5 year old.
Staff is incredibly rude which would be fine if the bubble tea was good, but alas, it is not.
