Please move to another location with enough parking lot space. Actual parking lot is ridiculous for a dominos pizza store.
I have to say.... I love the Hawaiian pizza from Domino's..... It's got a seriously delicious flavor... Even though Domino's pizza can be a little doughy.. That garlic crust makes the pizza much better now... I had a hankering for that Hawaiian pizza and they didn't disappoint....... The delivery was in terrible either it took 30 minutes.... From the time I called until the time it landed at my doorstep and it was hot when it got here..... Kudos I'll get another Hawaiian pizza from here

So to give an updated review, The pizza i got was pretty okay (Mid) at best it came to me loop warm i always get new york style pizza's but i also bought hot buffalo wings from them also which was also same state loop warm as if it was sitting out for some time. Domino's is Domino's. Fast pizza and consistent flavor. You know it's not healthy. The low stars is for the Norwalk Main Ave location. They lie that pizza will be out in 2 minutes, for curbside, or you get a free pizza. They stopped the timer from inside the store. Pizza came out 4 or 5 minutes after the 2 minutes. I didn't even bother complaining not worth the time or effort. I was not going to argue for a free pizza. The guy came out and asked me what color my car was, way after the 2 minute mark by the way. Give me a break. We are not 5 years old a black car is black in any lighting. What a joke. Once I was greeted with that stupidity I decided not to say a word. To finish it off the food was brought out maybe a minute or two after that. Took at least 7 or 8 minutes for their fake 2 minute curb guarantee. I don't mind 8 minutes at all. Just don't lie about having a 2 minute guarantee when the employees stop the counter at 1:40 from inside the store and then take their time.
it’s just absolutely disturbing how crude some of their staff are I’m a boring old white guy from Wilton but these guys almost literally could not understand English. It was crazy. I tried to call in an order. The guy was rude crude obnoxious so I drove there to place in order. Terrible. Terrible customer service but the food was warm and tasty so I can’t complain about that, all I could think about at the time I was I should buy this place and double business the staff was just disturbingly crude and their ratings online clearly indicate it. So why did I go there You might ask ? Well all the pizzerias in our town we’re closed. It was late at night. My kids wanted something to eat so anyway, it filled that need but I would only go back if I had no other choice.
This is the only domino’s in Norwalk, the others are minimum 20 minute drives away to entire other cities. Yet they don’t deliver to my address, which is ~3 miles and 10 mins from the store. Okay fine, thankfully they’re on Uber Eats now, right? Nope, delivered by store staff and follows the pathetic radius of the store. They also don’t offer carside pickup in the app, while simultaneously having basically nonexistent parking on a very busy road. So I have to go there to pick it up myself, park in the car wash lot next door, and walk over in the 17 degree windy cold, because they don’t wanna drive 10 minutes away (even for the cash they’re raking in charging a premium price for customers using a 3rd party service like Uber)? As someone who delivers food for a living, if I refused to deliver anywhere over 2.5-3 miles, I’d make nothing…
I ordered my pizza for pick up. Because they have it listed no delivery. I was advised 15 minutes and turned into 40 minutes waiting while the store is dead. A man walks in with delivery bags who clearly delivers. Delivery guy starts helping the guy in the store to cook, delivery guy is on his phone having a speaker phone conversation, both employees touching everything is the store and then proceed to cook pizzas with bare unwashed hands, fully gripping cheese and pizza dough. They gave my pizza to the guy who walked in 10 minutes after me and advised me to wait as it was an error. Definitely wont be back here. Im pretty much out of food because I will not eat knowing they cooked it bare hands after watching touch so many surfaces outside of the kitchen area.
Terrible. Ordered a month ago from them when some friends and I were hanging out at my buddies place in Norwalk. My friends place is only down the street and they managed to screw up the order. The missed delivering one pizza and gave complimentary wings that they had on them in their place. How do you have comp wings to give with your delivery driver? Do you happen to make these mistakes a lot. Had to drive down to the store multiple times just to correct the order and get the replacement pizza we actually ordered. I've had good experiences with other Dominoes in the past. Just not this one.
Very poor customer service. Rude and mean staff. I placed curbside order as I had infant in car. They marked order delivered prematurely without delivering it. Upon calling, I was told to come inside and phone was hung. Get more staff if you can’t run your operations smoothly and stop promoting services that can’t be fulfilled.
I placed a future online order at 9:30 am before opening for 11:00 delivery. I see there’s no delivery at 11:00 so I call and they tell me they haven’t even started my order. They wanted me to wait 30 mins but I had to be somewhere. So I said I will come by at 12:30 pm to pick it up instead. At 12:30 I arrive and my order is still NOT ready. The employee at the front desk tried to lie and say I told him 3:00 pm. Couldn’t believe it. This establishment is beyond unprofessional!
Literally HORRIBLE. WORST dominos you can order from. You can’t get in touch with the delivery driver when they’re driving the opposite direction.. sometimes they even LIE and say they delivered your food when they didn’t!! .. then you try to call the store and nobody ever answers… what do they even have a phone for? IDK . They need more drivers or drivers with common sense. If I’m an 8minute drive from the store.. why would you go 20 minutes out and THEN come deliver to me?? Makes no sense. Gave this store too many opportunities, I’ve had enough. My last time ordering here.
The food and pizza are actually pretty good...the service is SO RIDICULOUSLY BAD YOU WILL LITERALLY SETTLE FOR WORSE PIZZA TO AVOID DEALING WITH THEM. The drivers often don't show up or show up very late with cold food. IF you call to find out where your pizza is they say things like we went and you didn't answer your phone. Um it's a cell shows no one called and no messages....so how does that work? Then you have to make sure they credit you your cancelled order. Wonder if they only make half the pizzas and just hope some people don't bother to check and see if they get refunded. They need to let someone else open a franchise for this area.
Worst place ever!! The manager and the delivery people are the worst I've ever experienced. The delivery man didn't come to the door to drop my food off. Instead he kept trying to call me and I couldn't pick up because I was helping a client in my store. He then comes to the store and storms in angrily and starts yelling and shouting in my store with my other colleagues and clients around. He then slams the bag of food on the ground and started demanding to give him a tip before he left. He said he wasn't going to leave until he got his tip. I told him I didn't have any cash on me and I would do it once I was done with my client. He still didn't want to leave and was shouting that if he left, I would not give him his tip. After the scene he caused, I most certainly did not! I called the manager and when I told him what happened, he just hung up on me. He told me in a threatening voice that if I wanted to do something about it, I should go to the store and he will be waiting for me.
They never come out for car side delivery
I would rate this location 0 stars if I could. Upon having issues with pick up, delivery and Uber eats in the past. Not only is the manager who works here the rudest man I’ve ever spoken to in my life, his delivery drivers don’t care about their jobs. Not only are they always 1.5-2 HOURS late when I live 10 minutes away but my orders are almost always incorrectly done. They always prematurely mark things as delivered when they’re not. Please order local if you want decent service. After ordering on Uber eats tonight, I am so disappointed in this service. I will never order from Dominos at this location, ever again.
The food is delicious and the employees are nice, but the manager is a bad manager. My order was given to someone else, and the manager wanted me to leave. I had to fight for my food. Terrible boss.
The store needs to move across the street or to a different location this plaza is to small for cars it come in causing a bunch of traffic everyday it’s ridiculous to better as a owner

This location tends to get orders wrong often. Most could be overlooked based on price if they would just be honest and communicate better. Like hey we forgot to put your order in the oven so well re-do it. 30 minutes later you'll find out tho, but again things could be better if they would just let you know what's going on. With the 5.99 coupons I'm not really picky either, I just expect to be given what I ordered when I was told.
This is the worst Domino's!!! I placed an order for delivery, an hour and 15 minutes later the app stated that my order was complete and had been delivered. I went to my door and there was nothing there. I called the store, multiple times, and no one ever answered. So at this point, my card has been charged, I have no food, and no one answers the phone. I go to the store and ask for a manager, they state there is no manager. I state my complaint, and then the driver calls and states he's at my door. The app has stated delivered for 25 minutes at this point. He asks if he should leave the food, and I say no I'm at your store you can come back. 20 minutes later the driver arrives back at the store and still 10 more minutes later I received my order. 2 hours for a delivery that I picked up. Order from somewhere else.
I ordered two pizzas and after an hour and a half of waiting for my delivery I called the store and got put on hold three times different times and nobody could tell me where the driver was. Finally I had enough and went to the store and still nobody knew where my order was and decided to make a new order. I waited for that order and then they were going to charge me for that order and in the meantime the delivery guy brought back the original order. And when I asked why the original order wasn’t delivered nobody knew. Horrible customer service and although they are convenient and cheap there are so many other pizza places that are worth my time and money
This location is a joke, thwy have a very small amount of good drivers that will do their job and deliver your meal to your door step. The rest of the driver's are useless when it comes to getting you your order to your door step. They will lie through their teeth and make up stories about why they cannot get out of their car to bring you your pizza. If you call the store requesting them to rectify the situation. They offer you a call credit which is useless because it never put it down on their system. They feed you lies about how they'll speak to the driver and make sure to get it fixed. Good luck getting them on the phone because they will likely always have a busy tone. It's really unfortunate because we like our Domino's pizza at this point it's better to take your business elsewhere.
I bought a large pizza and they messed up my order and gave me the wrong pizza sauce. I called them if they can change it and he was rude to me and the first call left me on hold for 20 minutes and the second call he said he couldn't do anything about it. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE THEY CONSTANTLY MESS UP ORDERS!
Horrible parking for carry out! Had to use parking lot next to the car wash to turn around and get in. It took me 30 seconds to turn around. Once I got a spot waited for 10 min to get my order. And when the employee came out with my pizza gave me a hard time for hitting the “I am here” button and not being there. He addressed me with a disrespectful tone. Clearly he does not know how to treat clients. Pizza was way below the standards provided in other locations. I am never going back to this place and do not recommend it.
Picked up a speciality pizza 3 weeks ago. The pizza was horrible. When I walked into the store there were 4-5 guys inside the counter in outdoor jackets. They did not look like they worked there.
The last time I ordered dominoes, they brought me the complete wrong order after waiting an hour and a half when i live twenty minutes from the store. It was a single medium pizza, nothing crazy, not a large order. I called to receive a refund or a delivery of my correct pizza was literally told no and that there is no manager then got hung up on. Today I attempted to givem them a second chance because I was hungry. I order three hours ago, and pizza is yet to arrive, called the store 5 times and no answer. Ordered a pizza and the delivery guy left store at 6:40 pm per tracker. 45 mins later no delivery (store is 5 minutes away). Called the store and I was told “it’s busy, you need to wait” It was a Tuesday. I asked if they could tell me an estimated time and I was told “there is no estimate, you have to wait.” Then he rudely asked me if I wanted the food or not!? I said of course I do, that’s why I ordered. He said ok then wait and hung up on me.
Worst dominoes ever. They’re rude and have no consideration for peoples money. My order took over 3 hours to be delivered. I called twice! The first time I was told the driver PATRICK is on the way. After 40 minutes I called again asked how long again, the person literally just hung up in my face. They are very unprofessional and again RUDE. I would not recommend anyone to order from here and if ZERO stars were an option they would’ve definitely received that.
Took a hour to get here and I live 10 minutes away. I got a notify that the driver was pulling in. About 10 minutes go by and I was confused to why no one called or rang the bell. We go outside and the driver was in the car sleeping. After knocking on the car window a few times he finally wakes up and said he tried calling which was a lie. Even had the nerve to ask for a tip after being caught sleeping in the car and made no attempt to deliver the food. I will be calling and emailing corporate as this is unacceptable.
Rude delivery driver, ordered for my company, I was told I can’t tip on a company card, He forgot 4 items i ordered and just kinda shrugged. Never coming back here again or ordering for the company here again. The entitlement is insane.

Ordered delivery. 2 pizzas and a pasta bread bowl. The bread Bowl’s sides and bottom were RAW!!! I called and asked what can be done if I can get a refund for just the bread bowl. They said the manager was not in and to call back the next day… fine. I did so, and got told to call back after 4. I called and asked what can be done since I paid in cash and was given unsafe food. The employee said that it was basically my fault it was raw, and I should have ordered it well done and that they weren’t going to do anything about it. I normally have very nice experience at this dominos but I will not be eating from here again. They do not care if someone gets sick, or about their customers. UPDATE: the general manager called and was very apologetic. Said our next order was on them, which was very nice, as we just wanted a refund for the bowl. Thank you

Horrible service, unprofessional management, and poorly made pizza. On 2/26/26, I was shocked when I walked in on the General Manager who was berating a Black customer when she politely asked for cheese packets. The General Manager responded with hostility, yelling, referred to her as “you people,” refusing to provide a requested six cheese packets for two pizzas and ...... as if his behavior was not already intolerable.... he went so far as to go outside and invite her to come outside to settle it. He wanted to fight this lady. I have never been so floored!!!!!!! I also instructed her NOT to go outside and to remain within views of the cameras. This is the general manager inciting violence against a black woman, who on all accounts remained completely calm during the ordeal. Witnessing this behavior was disturbing and completely unacceptable. I left immediately after seeing how disrespectfully the situation was handled. I will not support a Domino’s location that fails to treat members of the community with basic respect and dignity. I pray that the community does not support this location on Main Ave in Norwalk CT. There are so many other delicious pizza places around that will not treat people with such disrespect.
I called the store to just make sure my order wasn’t delivered to the wrong address because the app showed delivered & the person who answered the phone didn’t let me talk, cut me off and said he will call when he gets there and hung up on me. Very unprofessional and rude. Will not be ordering anymore with this location.
I ordered Dominos through DoorDash and instead of assigning it to a DoorDash driver they decided to deliver it themselves. After their driver sat in one spot for over a half hour not moving and my food was over 40 minutes late, they called and told me they would not deliver my food to my door even after I told them over 6 times during the call that I am disabled and cannot go down the ONE flight of stairs they would have to go up to do so because I am disabled and cannot go back up the stairs with the boxes of food in my hands while also using my mobility device. My delivery instructions on all food delivery apps specifically say that I need my delivery driver to bring my food to my door if they accept my order for this exact reason, so that no one is surprised after accepting my order (not that ONE flight of stairs should matter to most people, but in case there's another disabled person delivering, I want them to be prepared). The person who called did not care about my disability whatsoever and kept repeating that no one would bring my food to my door, up the ONE flight of stairs it takes to get there. I told him more than six times I am physically unable to go downstairs to get it, that I am disabled and cannot physically carry the food back upstairs while also using the mobility device I need to ✨walk✨ Dominos' food is objectively trash as-is; I'm not sure why they think they're too good to walk a box of cheesy bread up one flight of stairs to someone who's disabled and cannot physically go downstairs to get it. It was 1:00am and no where else was open or I would have never ordered domino’s (I think I’ve had it once in my life, over 15 years ago) and this whole obnoxious, ableist situation would have never happened. Also, if you don't want to walk up ONE flight of stairs, assign your deliveries to actual door dashers and not to your employees. You agreed to deliver my food to my door when you read my delivery instructions BEFORE you accepted my order. Absolutely disgusting, ableist behavior from who I assume was the manager. This place has absolutely disgusting behavior! I don’t understand why Dominos corporate isn’t getting involved with all these terrible reviews. Obviously something is wrong here! We waited 2hrs for our order and still didn’t receive it. We called and was told that they tried many times and called us to deliver, but we received no calls and even waited at our windows looking for the delivery car to arrive. The person I spoke to, was arrogant and had a don’t give a damn attitude, and didn’t even offer to replace the order and made it seem like it was my fault. Will never order from Dominos again! It’s a shame because we love Dominos and this branch ruined it overall.
I have ordered from this location multiple times as this is where the domino’s app has my address designated store. My orders always extremely late. The driver is always on his way when I call even though the app says he marked it as delivered already & It still has yet to arrive. I often wait 1hr 20 mins + Tonight while I am writing this review I waited on hold for the store to pick up the phone for 20 mins. At some point i hung up and called again because i know they hear the phone ringing. The employee picked up the phone and told me the driver is on his way and i voiced my concern about them marking it delivered in the app and me having to wait another 20 minutes & I was hung up on. Honestly they need to through the whole team of people employed here away & try again here in norwalk. This is ridiculous I have never had such horrible customer service!! I feel bad about the delivery driver having to work here this time because he was extremely respectful and seemed nice. The fact that I can’t get another store because of where I live is kind of absurd. it is also extremely unfortunate that Domino’s doesn’t have a management line for you to call and Any serious concerns that can’t be resolved with a free pizza or A discount on your next order, have to go back to the store That is causing the problem. I really hope you guys find a solution to this cause this is getting Out of hand. This is not my first complaint, but hopefully it is my last.

I am extremely disappointed and disgusted with my recent experience with Domino’s. Not only did the delivery driver completely ignore the delivery instructions I provided, but they also had the audacity to ask me if I had “forgotten” to tip. That level of rudeness is unacceptable. As a paying customer, I expect my order to be delivered correctly and respectfully, without being pressured or spoken to in such an unprofessional way. This experience has left a very negative impression, and unless this is addressed, I will think twice before ordering from this location again.

Why are we marking things delivered when they aren't here. Why does this keep happening? Are we trying to cheat the numbers? Is this a corporate policy to mark things delivered before I even get it?
Our order never arrived and after calling over 8 times to find out what happened with it, they were extremely rude to us; mocked us, hunged up several times and even insulted us over the phone.

We waited 2hrs for our order and still didn’t receive it. We called and was told that they tried many times and called us to deliver, but we received no calls and even waited at our windows looking for the delivery car to arrive. The person I spoke to, was arrogant and had a don’t give a damn attitude, and didn’t even offer to replace the order and made it seem like it was my fault. Will never order from Dominos again! It’s a shame because we love Dominos and this branch ruined it overall.
Worst service I’ve ever experienced. The delivery driver was great, but “Dien” hung up on me twice, marked the order as delivered, and claimed the driver was “looking for me.”
Our order never arrived and after calling over 8 times to find out what happened with it, they were extremely rude to us; mocked us, hunged up several times and even insulted us over the phone.
I am extremely disappointed and disgusted with my recent experience with Domino’s. Not only did the delivery driver completely ignore the delivery instructions I provided, but they also had the audacity to ask me if I had “forgotten” to tip. That level of rudeness is unacceptable. As a paying customer, I expect my order to be delivered correctly and respectfully, without being pressured or spoken to in such an unprofessional way. This experience has left a very negative impression, and unless this is addressed, I will think twice before ordering from this location again.
I have ordered from this location multiple times as this is where the domino’s app has my address designated store. My orders always extremely late. The driver is always on his way when I call even though the app says he marked it as delivered already & It still has yet to arrive. I often wait 1hr 20 mins + Tonight while I am writing this review I waited on hold for the store to pick up the phone for 20 mins. At some point i hung up and called again because i know they hear the phone ringing. The employee picked up the phone and told me the driver is on his way and i voiced my concern about them marking it delivered in the app and me having to wait another 20 minutes & I was hung up on. Honestly they need to through the whole team of people employed here away & try again here in norwalk. This is ridiculous I have never had such horrible customer service!! I feel bad about the delivery driver having to work here this time because he was extremely respectful and seemed nice. The fact that I can’t get another store because of where I live is kind of absurd. it is also extremely unfortunate that Domino’s doesn’t have a management line for you to call and Any serious concerns that can’t be resolved with a free pizza or A discount on your next order, have to go back to the store That is causing the problem. I really hope you guys find a solution to this cause this is getting Out of hand. This is not my first complaint, but hopefully it is my last.
Worst place ever!! The manager and the delivery people are the worst I've ever experienced. The delivery man didn't come to the door to drop my food off. Instead he kept trying to call me and I couldn't pick up because I was helping a client in my store. He then comes to the store and storms in angrily and starts yelling and shouting in my store with my other colleagues and clients around. He then slams the bag of food on the ground and started demanding to give him a tip before he left. He said he wasn't going to leave until he got his tip. I told him I didn't have any cash on me and I would do it once I was done with my client. He still didn't want to leave and was shouting that if he left, I would not give him his tip. After the scene he caused, I most certainly did not! I called the manager and when I told him what happened, he just hung up on me. He told me in a threatening voice that if I wanted to do something about it, I should go to the store and he will be waiting for me.
