Totally out of time late at night and I'm so thankful this place stays open later then most spots ..Neil working the drive thru was so considerate and the food was all hot and fresh..I did not get the cold left overs some places would feed you ... Thanks so much Neil !
This place was really nice to visit! The lady who helped me at the counter was really upbeat, cheerful, and greeted us with a smile. The food was nice and hot and tasted good, they were out of thighs so they gave us 2 drumsticks in place of the thigh. Sides were hot and fresh. The store looks newly renovated with some spots that are being finished, but it looks great inside. Very clean!

This was a different KFC location because it also had a Taco Bell inside it as well. It was great because I wanted chicken and my daughter wanted tacos... The food (both choices) was fantastic and what impressed me more was the attention to details from the staff. They came into the dining area and Asked if everything was okay... Did we need anything? Later as we finished our meal, a staff member approached us and gave us discount tickets for Grub Hub (a food delivery service) It was awsome!! Compared to my Breakfast experience (not at this restaurant) (I had breakfast at a full service restaurant and I Could Not get the waitress to refill my Ice Water... Not kidding. She stood at our table asked my daughter if she could refill her lemonade and completely ignored me. When I flagged her down to ask for more ice water, she gave me a sneer and distainly said "of course you can...") WOW. So think about it. A fast food chain out-served and provided true customer service when a specialty restaurant failed miserably.
My Wife and I Enjoyed Our Meals as We Were helped by a Young Guy Named Diego. He did as Every Employee should and provided excellent customer service and Displayed Patience with Great Communication skills. Great job Diego!!
I've had such a beautiful experience there, the girl who took my order was one of the most helpful people!!! She took her time to help me with my order, was the most pleasant and had a smile on her face! She seemed to be very knowledgeable about the food listed on the board!! I will go buy food there again!!

The drive through is quick at this store. Almost instant gratification if you're hungry. I can't speak to what the experience of dining in is like. I get a bucket of original recipe, which satisfies my fried chicken craving very well. It is what it is, you most likely either can't stand it or love it.

I went there and I ordered a 3 piece combo with a original fried chicken.My chicken was not hot at all and it was miniature, chicken, the biscuit was raggedy and flat, the mashed potatoes really tasted like instant mashed potatoes for real and coleslaw was soggy ! won't be returning! Not to mention the lobby was a dirty mess!

Was disappointed that I ordered the two piece meal and was charged an additional .99 to get a breast. Up to now, there was no additional charge. Takes the cost of a small meal to $10.43! Breast and wing almost 11 bucks.!
We visit this KFC/Taco Bell 1 - 2x a month. Almost always for KFC. Historically the service is good and the order is correct, hot, and tasty. Tonight, however, was very disappointing. I went into the store to order a take home order. I ordered 4 - 2 piece meals. When I got home virtually every order was wrong! To top it off there wasn't a receipt and since they are running a promotion for filling out a survey online using the receipt information to enter I was unable to participate. We had the wrong kind of preparation on one of the meals. Incorrect chicken pieces in two of the meals and incorrect sides in two of the meals. While the service was fast (I can't say efficient since the orders were all wrong) the chicken we received tasted good (I didn't drive back to have them fix the mistakes) the green beans were WAY overcooked, the potato wedges were also somewhat over-cooked. We will return but I hope this information does find it's way to the store manager so he can address the training needs to correct this. Our visit was 6/29/17 6PM counter service for take out. PS- the young lady that took our order was very friendly and the young lady that gave us the food was also upbeat.

I have come there three times and each time the same excuse, "just sold the last one, you'll have to wait about 20 minutes while we make some more" so I blame management because they're not teaching their employees when they are down to three or four chicken potpies put in another batch in to cook so you always have chicken potpies. Need to have a sign up to cook more before you run out however you want to do it but that's how you get good customer service.

She needs to find another job that is NOT with customers. Our order was cold & the bottom of the chicken little was rock hard.

I ordered 2 chicken sandwiches, (had a coupon from my last visit) I paid but didn't receive my receipt, I asked: may I get my receipt the girl said No, I have to keep it, I asked why would you keep it? She said for an audit ( I could tell she just didn't want me to get another receipt with another coupon on it ( because that's how the receipt prints out " with another coupon on the bottom of all their receipts) I will NOT be returning to this KFC, and I will advise ANY AND ALL by word of mouth do NOT visit this location BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

I am disabled Came to restaurant asked female manager at cash register a question question just for her to laugh in my face and snicker to employees about my condition! I have fought in the war and don’t deserve to be belittled or embarrassed for no reason . She was very mean to me calling me names and cursing after 2 people trying to order heard what she did they came outside to try and console me because I was very distraught ! I have never been treated this way before they really need to fire this female Hispanic manager she is usually there on Wednesday that’s the day I came . Please save yourself the headache read the reviews if you are a disabled person a Vet or anyone with a heart stand with me on this and don’t do business here please!
This is the slowest drive thru in San Diego. Literally will always take a half hour to get your food. Terrible service.
We got both taco bell and KFC here, and the taco shells had been STALE, and after eating 1 biscuit from KFC, we noticed the others were MOLDY. The staff must've known this was old food, there was no way to miss that mold. We could've got super sick as expired food can cause all sorts of issues!!!! Absolutely disgusting
