I ordered DoorDash they charged my card right away and my delivery driver told me restaurant said “no order came from DoorDash for Vanessa”. I waited an hour for food that never came since the restaurant claimed they never received my order. I added proof from my DoorDash driver.

Their over charging for they nasty food ! The price on the menu says 16$ but their charging 20$ ! The food tasteless!while I was standing waiting for my food I seen a roach running around the table ! I will never come back

Honestly I wish I could give them zero stars. First off I ordered my food online and received a confirmation email but when I arrived they told me they don’t take online orders and that I had to repay for my order. I spoke to the owner who said that he cannot give me a refund and he will not give me a free meal to make up for the inconvenience I received. The owner then proceeded to be rude over the phone and kept saying “ what aren’t you understanding, you cannot get a refund from us” in a very disrespectful manner that I did not appreciate. He then hung up the phone and I had to speak the assistant manger ( who was very helpful. I feel bad that he had to work for that owner) he was the only person that even tried to help my situation. After 30 mins of arguing with the owner the assistant manger called and helped me. I did not get my food and I didn’t get my refund then and there I was told I had to wait 3-5 business days first. Overall I will not be going back unless I am going back and showing the owner how to run a business properly.
