Great Service! Very Fast! I did a mobile order and got Pretzel Dog and the Mufuletta Pizza and It was delicious. The bun on the pretzel dog was hard for my daughter to eat so I went back and the team member Amy got me a brand new one fast with no extra cost! And it was so much better. She was very kind and made our eating experience better for my family and I!

The Island chicken salad was exceptional, the volcano bay beer was actually the best beer I’ve had in some time and the service was great. The staff member Heidi went above and beyond and definitely made our trip better! Highly recommended!

Big downside is the staff is not the best at customer service when compared to the other “magic” within the Universal staffing.

I see the appeal of Hawaiian pizza now, the jalapeño are a big no for me though. Be wary that here and all other restaurants here are going to have ridiculous long lines. I recommend mobile ordering to whatever is the fastest restaurant here, you’ll save a lot of time if you plan it right.

Pleasant service, quick food, the Pretzel hot dog looks and tastes great, very chewy, it’s a pretzel thing Europeans are still getting used to. The sausage in the standard foot long hot dog is a quarter of pretzel dog and almost the same size, huge disappointment for the price. The pizza is cooked well and tasty, the Mac and cheese has a chilli kick, very nice, and the fruit salad is a refreshing side. Overall, pretty good, not the best hot dog experience though.

Terrible. Huge, slow line only to get the Fishiest shrimp I’ve eaten in my entire life, and I live on the coast. The whole dish tasted like old Walmart bagged salad shrimp long past it’s use date. Quite possibly the worst 6 bites I’ve ever eaten and for $17?!?! The food at Universal sucks at whatever park you eat and the prices are outrageous for the product and the amount of food you get. Don’t have a pic but the pizza sucked as well. Just leave and go to city walk or out of the park completely.

DO NOT GET THE REGULAR FOOT LONG HOTDOG! The pretzel dog is a different dog and is 2x as large. Food was freezing, it had been sat on the side uncovered for ages before being served to me. I asked for salsa removing from the pretzel dog and was rudely told NO with no explanation, and therefore had to get the regular hotdog. The regular hotdog was ridiculously thin and crusty. The server was the rudest person I have ever met in my life. “Tanisha T” should not be working in a customer service role. She was extremely blunt and would not lake eye contact. After paying she slammed the scraggly looking hotdog down on the side and refused to give me a receipt despite me asking. She needs firing as she is the reason for the negative review. AVOID.
