I'm going to say first off that it's Christmas Eve and they are the ONLY place open in town...so of course everyone in town including their momma is going to go get food from there (at the same time🤷🏼‍♀️). For as busy as it was and for as late in the evening that it was, I think the employees held up fairly decently with it all. Actually, I felt pretty bad for the young man doing front counter..yes, service was moving a little slow but you could see that he was doing his best. He even apologized to me for the wait and had put a few pieces of cheesecake with my order to make up for it....he really didn't have to do any of that especially when it's not any of the employees fault that half the town, including me, got hungry all at the same time. Food for thought☝🏼 If you decide to go to an establishment and see that there is a massive amount of people there, doing the same thing you went there to do..and you also have the knowledge that this place is LITERALLY the only place open because it's a holiday...BUT you still decide to stay and place an order? then who are you to get even slightly upset because you have to wait a little longer for that order? Did the employees MAKE you stay and order? 🤔 Sorry, just thought I'd throw that little tidbit out there. By the way, the 3 stars for environment wasn't because of the employees, it was a couple of the customers that made it that way. Merry Christmas!!! 🎄😁

As fast food places go this jack rocks! I have only eaten there late at night( dozens of times) and it always quick and has not yet messed up an order! And is always well lite up and the staff friendly!

We were asked to pull around front and while waiting we noticed that the door was being held open with a zip tie and it wasn't working for a couple of minutes but after 5 or 6 people tried to get into the dinning room with no luck 4 of them leaving the parking lot for another choice in fast food. Then a worker came to the rescue and opened the door and tightened the zip tie so it worked for 2 people to get into Jack's Then the door stopped working again. Our food came out after 16 minutes 2 jumbo Jack's and 2 medium drinks. 16 minutes???? Overall I would say wow and amazing but not for anything good

I recently order mini tacos.. horrible like bitting in to oil no flavor.staff was average rush you with a smile. The drive through is ridiculous set up .

Gave an extra star cuz the staff was nice and really trying. Got this on Christmas Day, they were the only place open and we didn’t have any left overs lol it was expensive and the meat was no more than 2 inch by 2 inch patty on my jr bacon cheese burger, my husband’s $8 spicy chicken was smaller than McDonalds mcchicken and no veggies, I think they forgot cuz it was busy. They were really trying and the lady in front was nice. Over 30 minute wait, but expected to wait because of the holiday. I hadn’t been in over 5 years and I won’t go back. Let’s just say my stomach didn’t like it either.

For some reason this location doesn't know how to make a breakfast burrito. Last year I stopped here and ordered a breakfast burrito and it was dripping oil heavily and just soggy and nasty. A few days ago I ordered one again. Same issue. Soggy and very oily. Inedible. Have never had this issue at other locations. Staff is friendly and great but food not so much.

This is the slowest place ever. They need more employees and a bigger place!! I was in line for 1 hour waiting for the slow employees to give food!!!!

I ended up getting the entirely wrong order and didn’t get the other half. I ordered the nugget meal and an additional 4pc nugget, a small fry and two orders of the two tacos. I ended up with a burger, curly fries and two taco. Tried calling the store and no one answered. My bad for not checking before leaving but I was expecting to get at least half my order.

Me and my husband were just there literally this morning 9:30 Tuesday I honestly don't understand what on God's green earth would possess the woman taking our order to be so insanely rude to people she does not know but we literally left before we even finished placing the order I was honestly embarrassed for the manager and genuinely just appalled at her general attitude towards paying customers.

Food is good, I'm very concerned about the overall cleanliness of the store after seeing the outside then after entering the restaurant tables and floor are dirty and the restroom is completely disgusting. The homeless population has ruined the bathroom graffiti on the walls vomit in the toilet no paper towels and no hand soap to wash your hands. I'm very disappointed.

Michelle, the manager today, was Rude and dismissive, I asked which drink was which, her response was what ever you ordered. I then said one is supposed to be sprite and one water witch is witch, Amanda, the sweet girl working with the "manager" spoke up politely and professionaly answering my question. The manager Michelle then gave me and my wife a dirty look and said with attitude "you can go now"....honestly with this kind of service from a manager I will never stop here again!

Pretty disappointed placed a online order around 2:30 got to jack in the box around 2:45 told them I have mobile order I went to the window then they parked me. Well 30 mins goes by and was like what the heck where’s our food so I go inside and ask them how much longer for our food then guy says oh it’s right here turns around goes to the counter then gives me our food. Didn’t want to make a big deal about it so went back home I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich like i always do when I get home the patty was a normal chicken sandwich. Jack use to be my favorite but now with the people in there cooking and serving food are pretty bad at there job. I would go back and get a refund but I don’t want to waist my gas it’s a 15 minute drive and my truck waist gas so didn’t want to do that jack in the box employees need to do better and jack in the box employer needs to hire better people. Seem like they were more worried about one homeless guy outside than our food. Bad service and can’t read screens apparently wish I could give them negative 3 stars for today’s food👎🏾

I placed my order & got to the window with no issues. The woman inside opened the window 1/2 way & took my card. Brought my drink & card back, again with the window 1/2 open & no receipt. 2-3 minutes later she brought my food. I asked for some extra teriyaki sauce to go with the teriyaki bowl. She came back with sweet & sour. I said that's not teriyaki sauce. She said that's all they had. She gave me a foul look & said something like I don't want to see you here again. I said well I'm amazed you still have a job as rude as you are to the customers. Needless to say I won't be going back again though that was my favorite go-to spot before she started working there because she has always been rude to me. A coworker had a like experience a few minutes earlier.

Went to pick up a door dash order for customer and when I arrived I went inside the lobby the guy inside said "lobby closed bud" I said I have a Door Dash to pick up he said wait outside I'll bring it out! I was outside about 15 mins (clock was ticking)(customer waiting)( my perfect delivery ratings about to be jeopardized) I looked thru the window and noticed the bags on the counter that had been there the entire time so I took a picture. Finally after 26 mins the guy picked up the bag and came out I was so blown away and could not believe he was actually handing me cold food.. I was not about to take this to my customer and look bad i had to notify the customer and DD told the worker he need to remake the order and fast I got a look and attitude from him and ended up just having my customer cancel the order. Will not be recommending this location anytime soon to anyone until changes in service improve was 100% unexceptable!

Just got breakfast at this Jack in Box, got home and this is was I was greeted with when I took it out of the bag. It’s like they threw the eggs into the container with force. All the food was dry, cold, and rubbery, besides the hash brown which was hard and greasy and tasted like old oil. Not to mention we sat in line for at least 15 minutes waiting for this. Even my drink was watered down and tasted off. I’ve seen better food being served at soup kitchens. I can’t believe they expect people to pay for this quality of food and level of service, it’s disgusting. Will never get breakfast here again.
