Place is kept up, asked for a request on my drink when already made, there was no complaints or attitude. Overall a good at environment.

Service was quick and the coffee tasted great. The line was long but the wait was not long. Bathrooms are closed.

Starbucks isn't my favorite company, but this spot is usually slammed yet speedy. Staff is always great, it's nice when you're sleepy and needing coffee!

I consistently have a great experience at this Starbucks. The service is always fast and exceptional. I frequently use mobile ordering, and my orders are always prepared accurately and promptly.

Great spot but i wish they would not close the bathrooms 2 hours before the store closes sometimes. Especially since coffee is a diuretic. Americans should stop gate keeping bathrooms and just accept they are a shared responsibility we all need to maintain for the health and wellness of everyone. In greece you can walk into any store and use their bathroom without a purchase. At least they dont have lock codes on these ones.

One of my least favorite SBUX I've been to, but mostly due to how they prepare the drinks. The location has no drive-thru, but plenty of parking due to being in the shopping center. There are several tables & chairs, but it doesn't seem to be enough at times, particularly the lack of variety chair-type options. There are a couple of outside umbrellas, but no tables or chairs out there. The art on the wall is lovely, but music is too loud. Do like the soap, sink, dryer handwash system they have, but from Sunday's visit to Tuesday(July 10-12 2022, they had not refilled the soap in one of the two dispensers. Tuesday's visit also seemed like it needed cleaning (restroom mostly) that wasn't being done. Again, the worst was the drink. These came out bad half the time, the latte being the worst, too much milk and no syrup/sweetener--gross. My friend's cold brew was also undesirable.

While I understand starbucks' mission to reduce plastic, the new cups simply do not work for Refreshers. It also was quite unprofessional for the partner to check that I placed an order to give me water.

We are regular Starbucks customer but no more in this place.

I want to like this Starbucks - great location and nice and clean. Friendly staff. But terrible if you were hoping to sit inside and enjoy your beverage — they have the music cranked to 11 all the time and the speakers are not great quality so the noise is almost unbearable. The seats are also not very comfortable. Maybe they do it on purpose to keep people moving along.

I ordered a frap. The coffee is good, but the straws are horrible. It didn't even last me 10 minutes before becoming unusable. Please find an alternative. Or bring back plastic ones.

Employees were more interested in chit chatting than taking my order. Ordered Peppermint mocha which was somehow gritty.

The barista guy was moody and unpleasant. Made the wrong drink and made me feel it was my error, this was all after a long wait. Then charged me the $1 difference and still got it wrong. I won't be back, will try more of the independent places from now on. Losing my faith in Starbucks:(
