That has got to be the worst pizza I’ve ever had. There was so much sauce on it. I felt like I was eating sweet pasta sauce spaghetti sauce on top of a pizza. It’s awful disgusting I don’t know what has happened to Pizza Hut, but I’m surprised they’re still in business.

My pizza order was apparently stolen 3 times but I never seen anyone walk in the lobby. I’m literally staved. No one came to my room or even walked into the hotel. Very unprofessional it’s almost midnight I order at about 9:30pm. Very sorry service go somewhere else order somewhere else they are trash.

As soon as you walk in this place, you automatically lose your breast the place reeks of the smell of burnt grease even after I got back in the car the smell was stuck in my hair. It was so strong. I do not see how those employees work there without getting some sort of lung infection for the polluted air. Whoever manages this location really needs to change your grease that you cook your wings and whatever else in this is very disturbing. It has to be black as Black can get.

Place an order online at 4:00 p.m. I did a pick up at 4:45 p.m. when I made it to the store to customer service was great. I open the pizza and it looked good and smell good. When I made it to my car I took a slice out I noticed it was half done he was still Dough in the middle of the pizza. I had to walk to Pizza back in. In my defense I just asked could they fix the pizza. They talked to the manager about the pizza and he said that it has to be remade. I have to wait another 15 to 20 minutes. So I asked the manager could he promo me some wings since the pizza wasn't ready. He said no. Also I found out he was the one that made the pizza. If the managers are the ones making the pizza he should be apologetic. But he wasn't, he didn't even apologize for the mistake that happened. The two other workers that was here today was the only one that was trying to make it right.

Staff doesn't answer the phone. They will pick up and immediately hang up. Calling the number directs you to a call center and they can't get ahold of anyone. Can't get a refund on a delivery order that never came

HORRIBLE SERVICE , general manager wanted to be smart when I told her they need to do a better job with answering the phone I called BACK TO BACK FOR DAYSS. I’ve been there and they have many people working there and she wanted to tell me to apply , the audacity of this older lady and her service . I never received my refund for an order placed weeks ago ! She clearly has an attitude and needs to find a new job because clearly customer service is not her thing !

I don’t even know why I’m writing a review, yall have already been warned with this location sitting at 2.8 stars. Tell me why I walked in, just wanted breadsticks, was there for over five mins, had been greeted but not serviced. I quietly stood there watching her for 5 mins after she told me one minute. Then I opened my mouth to ask “how long will breadsticks take” because I realized I may be wasting my time more if it’s going to take long and I had already wasted 5 minutes standing there without having my order taken to be in cue. The lady responded “I can’t hear you” but she was literally right there and had not moved any closer to “hear” my question. She just looked at me. Thats when I walked out. 5:52 pm 7/3

What a terrible store! The employees move with absolutely no sense of urgency whatsoever! The dude back there making the pizzas moving like he's on his own time while the phone is buzzing off the hook and there's people at the counter btw. If you don't want to be there, just find another job!

Always a bad experience here, but yesterday was beyond unacceptable. I placed an order and after waiting a little over an hour I contacted the store since I had not received my order yet. I was then told that my driver was unable to make it to the address because the road was closed. Here is the “closed road” having cars driving on it. Not only, was that not true but they could have at least contacted me so I can order from somewhere else before places closed. Just terrible.

Pizza was ordered to have extra cheese…this is clearly not extra cheese. The crust on the pizza was extremely dry..no buttery crust no garlic. The pizza was warm- but not hot. Seeing as how I am in the hospital with my kid and he wanted pizza to celebrate the fact that his biopsy surgery results just came back negative for relapsed cancer I really expected that Pizza Hut would be trustworthy to make what we ordered correctly. They failed. Also, my son wanted wings..I ate one of them and the chicken was super dry so my guess is they must have over cooked them. I ordered this at 10:30 am and set it for 11:30. The only thing that was accurate about this whole experience was that the delivery driver was here at 11:30 as requested. Since I decided to leave a review- I noticed that there are several bad reviews on this particular location. From now on I’ll make sure to pick a different location while we are here.

awful... no one answers the phone; yet, the store lead was on his phone the entire time I was here with someone (clearly not business related). The place is filthy.. FILTHY!!! I wouldn't let a roach eat the food at this Pizza Hut...
