The donuts are always good but, the customer service here is great! I took my sons and neices there this weekend. Christine took the time to talk to all the kids and make them feel super special, along with another associate Paris. This made our donut trip really special. The kids really enjoyed it!

Wonderful staff, very friendly. Good doughnuts too. In my personal opinion they should decorate more. Its very clean inside and outside. The bathrooms are very clean as well. I saw a woman sanitize the tables inside and out, meaning they are aware of the sanitizing needed when people sit and eat their doughnuts, especially during this tough time.

I always loved their donuts. They are completely nostalgic for me. I'm glad they reopened this Krispy Kreme and seeing how they are made from inside is a cool experience. They have several deals that can let you get another box of dozen, would recommend this place

Real sweet for a sweet tooth craving! I been going to krispe kreme since they had the Van Nuys location, a little pricey but it's good to indulge once in a while.

The hot light was on and they certainly weren't as fresh as I've had in the past nothing is better than a fresh warm melt in your mouth original Krispy Kreme donut. Frozen lemonade is a bit sour though.

Best experience to a large order. I called up for a last minute 4 dozen donuts order thinking it may not happen but Elsis helped me over the phone and ensure my order was accurate and possible. Greatly appreciate the help will be coming back again and telling friends and family about this.

What an experience I had here!! I popped in after an exhausting day shopping and really wasn't expecting a whole lot but was blown away by it all love the donuts on display! Nice touch guys and a community bulletin board sweet the hot light was on never knew about that so my doughnuts were served to me warm! So excellent and was waited on by a wonderful assistant Sophia Truly a gem to the business not just by me but stood back observing her with incoming guests If I had any power like owner I'd give her a promotion or a raise right on the spot! Highly recommend to my fine folks out there!

This place is always clean and inviting. And 9.5 times out of 10, everything is exceptional. Today was an 11/10 and if I could give 6 stars, I would. The taller blonde service worker up front was extremely kind and made the experience even better than usual for me and mini me. We dont get to stop in often because we live out of town, but always make it a point to stop in. Thank you!

I’ve eaten Krispy Kreme for years, but have never been inside a store. It was a nice experience from the time my special order was taken over the phone all the way until I received my order. While waiting for the order to be finished, I got to enjoy the delicious smells, and snap a few shots. This place isn’t my favorite donut shop, but it’s the favorite of my babe, which is why I came here for an anniversary gift. I can’t wait to enjoy these beauties with my babe!

Wow so many donuts. I got several dozen donuts and they have them all ready to go so there was very little wait time. Regular glazed donuts are $10.99 a dozen and the mixed (filled sprinkles etc.) are $11.99 a dozen. More expensive than other donut places but everyone LOVEs these donuts!! The location is easy to see from the street and easy to get in and out of. Also has a drive thru!

Nothing really bad to say about this place, everyone seems to do their job quite efficiently, the lines move very fast through the drive-thru and in store. The staff is very friendly and nice , and the donuts are amazing as they should be! Everything is kept clean and there is a nice outdoor seating area. Plus there open pretty late.

I used to live by a big Krispy Kreme shop where they had a factory type spillage of these in the large window as you walked in. It was cool to see and added something to the atmosphere. The warm doughnuts created all day were such a pleasure and I grew up eating this band, so I sometimes crave these things for that nostalgic feeling it would often bring. I just gave four because the coffee when I went was average and I love a more quality coffee because I lived in Hawaii for a very long time.

They have pretty good doughnuts; however they need to walk you to the restroom. They would not even give you the key.

Generally speaking, the customer service at this location is usually very good. The quality of the donuts is very consistent with the corporate quality I've experienced across other locations. Occasionally, they do run out of specialty donuts fairly early in the day. So if you are looking for something that is on special, get there early in the day.

Came in to this store during the Halloween season. Had some delicious halloween themed donuts. Customer service was good, product was good, the selection could have been better as in more themed donuts, but that's minimal. Great product at a great price...definitely better than a 5 dollar cupcake across the street!

I love maple covered Krispy Kreme donuts and this place has them. Service is good. But I'm not really happy with their salted caramel coffee. There is a drive thru and a small eating area inside and more seats outside. I just wish these donuts weren't so fattening.

I went to try the Reese's doughnut. Simply delicious, and the filling was amazing. Good selection, clean, and decent customer service. Only complaint is the hazelnut iced latte I got didn't have any flavor. Note fresh doughnuts are from 5 AM to 10 AM. Don't come midday expecting fresh doughnuts (lol). Drive thru is open 24 hours.

Stopped in on my way home for a quick energy boost, within half hour of closing. A couple of my selections were at end of day freshness. The server pulled me a couple plain donuts, freshly glazed that littorally melted in my mouth like cotton candy. DONUT HEAVEN!!! Prices on the rise, not sure if KK is impacted by the $20 hourly wage here in CA.

Long wait inside after avoiding the super long drive through line. It was New Year's Eve. They had glazed donuts ONLY.. plain, glazed donuts, nothing more. I was disappointed. Friendly service though. Clean store.

This location is only okay. I would give them more stars, but I am always let down by the doughnuts. I ate an entire lemon "filled" doughnut and didn't even get a bite of the cream it was completely empty. The second one wasn't any better it had a small lick of lemon cream in it. I don't know why, but the consistency is just never there. I have given this location several chances since it is the only one close to me, but I'm just going to make that visit my last because I am always disappointed. I gave them a few stars because the workers are friendly and the drive thru is always quick and easy. I just wish I could get a delicious lemon filled doughnut like I have gotten at other locations.

We used to love this place but the prices have doubled so we don't go there anymore. It's unfortunate that the price is $17.99 for a dozen donuts. Most of the donuts are too sweet for us. Our favorite is still the original glazed, hot out of the fryer.

I love that tge donuts are fresh and goood. But the custon service is bad the people at the window are very serious and unpolite. It has happened not once or twice but, many times.

The staff is friendly and great. But they always run out of a selection of donuts. You have to go in the mornings or order ahead a day before to get a variety. Otherwise, if you go in the afternoons. Its already out of assorted donuts. You would think whoever is in charge would be managing this a bit better knowing its in a popular area.

Man, donuts sure have gotten expensive! When asked if I was a rewards member I stated that I couldn't remember. The cashier didn't even offer to look up my number or have me enter it to check and see. I was the only customer in the store at that time...

Krispy Kreme's donuts are amazing. They are soft, but crunchy on the surface at the same time. But their prices are pretty high. The price for a dozen donuts is about $14. More than $1 per donut? I recommend going on Donut Day. They have amazing deals during that day.

Great tasting donuts. But $11.58 for 6 donuts. That's almost $2 a donut. That's insane.

I'm extremely disappointed today. First they had ran out of ingredients for one of their limited special doughnuts. Like if they're doing that well maybe order more than what you guys do to meet demand. I worked at DelTaco and sometimes our limited edition items gets sold out fast they order more than usual to meet demands. My second issue was the fact the HOT sign was on but they still charge me for my glazed doughnut. Like I would understand if they were short on staff but there were plenty of employees that could of turn off the HOT sign so customers aren't ripped off when they came for a free doughnut but instead get charged from it.

I just don't get it. Tiny, expensive donuts, slow service, and an unusual almost stiff texture to the glaze donuts... They get points for the drive thru, that's genius and the only reason to ever go there, and the blueberry fritter smells like heaven even though it's so intensely sweet it should be dispensed with an insulin shot. I never knew a donut could be TOO sweet, but Krispy Kreme managed it. I guess it's just one of those places you have to check out, but just across the parking lot behind them is a local nobody shop that sells amazing, giant fluffy donuts and muffins for half the price.

How is it this location runs out of special event doughnuts EVERY TIME. Usually days before it ends. Ohh. It's unexpected demand. EVERY TIME. If there is always demand, then it's not unexpected. Learn to order. And as others have posted, there are some doughnuts that are out every day before lunch. It has been this way since this location has opened.

They are supposed to be the tops in the donut industry and granted they do have some interesting, unusual flavors, but their prices are way too high for a bit of dough and some sugar. Service was slow and the iced latte just nasty. I won't bother to go back.

Is crazy how the prize has gone up and the size of their donuts decrease. Although their donuts are amazing I'm not buying from here again. Donuts are to small to be worth almost 1.39 each (I bought a dozen for 14.99). I almost didn't pay and left but, I didn't want to be rude. The small shops are are almost as expensive but their donuts are bigger.

Blocked access to restrooms for customers. Pathetic. Why did the company need to spend the money making two restrooms when lazy staff can just block access so they don't have to deal with cleaning them?

All employees are too young and most are rude. The few times I’ve been here the girls have a nasty attitude. The only reason I give a 2 star is because someone I know works there other than that it deserves 1 star. To me it’s all about the atmosphere and customer service. I appreciate the doughnut but they never have any sugar doughnuts ever. This is a basic doughnut that should be carried all the time. If you say it’s because it sells a lot then make more. You guys always have the regular glazed. That’s a bit too sugary for me.

This morning I went in to get a dozen donuts for a business contact, and a cinnamon roll for myself. The cinnamon roll was horrible!! It tasted like it had been there for a couple days!! Can't remember the last time I have been in there, a bit disappointed.

While Krispy Kreme donuts are delicious.It seems that corporate greed has taken over. I do not support corporations that have become ultra greedy. I can go buy 8 Entemann's, donuts for $5... Which is about sixty five ($0.65) cents a donut, which I used to think was very expensive... I can buy 12 raspberry filled Donuts for 8 dollars which is roughly $.65 cents a donut (big box store)..A Krispy Kreme donut will cost you $1.50.each, which is more than double the cost of the Entemann"s donuts....it's just not worth it.

They never have any of the new or advertised donuts, ever. Always sold out or out of stock or their store never received it. All the other locations in LA County are fully stocked. Plus, this locations donuts are sometimes stale

Yesterday morning I went in with a taste for the pumpkin spice cake donut to be told by a worker they didn't make any this morning. There were labels in the display for donuts that were either not there or or donuts in its place. I end up purchasing a maple donut and a chocolate creme filled donut which the chocolate donut was stale. I didn't expect that treatment from Krispy Kreme.

I have a 1 on the food because they were out of a lot of doughnuts and customers were told we can only order what they have available plus it was very with customers and they only had 1 employee helping everyone so I left.

Horrible customer service. Ordered online, my order was incorrect and when I notified the staff and let them know I was charged extra for doughnuts they didn't have available, wouldn't refund the money. When I asked if there was someone I could speak to they just said no. I tried to contact corporate but didn't hear back. Staff really made me feel like my order didn't matter and they didn't want to help make it better.

Got here at 9:56pm with my little brother. Lady looking at me from the other side of the glass locked the door and walked away. Went through drive through and she said this isn't burbank, go there if you have to have a donut at this time. Crazy

I went on a Sunday because JJ's Donuts on 50th was closed. I ordered Cinnamon rolls. It was small and kind of dry and was not worth the amount of money it cost. JJ's is much better and they have much bigger and it is just 2 dollars. So if you want something good go to JJ's. THE MONEY WILL BE WELL SPENT..YOU CAN AFFORD 2 OF THEIR PASTRY FOR THE AMOUNT OF MONEY YOU SPEND FOR ONE OF KRISPY KREME.

Normally I don’t buy there coffee however I was out at home. Placed an order for a Medium Iced Vanilla Coffee, had to wait for over 7mins at the window for a tiny cup (looked like a small) that taste horrible. I checked my receipt and it said Med Hot Vanilla Latte at A $4.49 charge. The menus screen had a different price. And it did not reflect my order. They gave me an iced latte not an iced coffee. It was watered down with horrible flavor. The girl did say they were having problems with the machine that’s why I had to wait. I went back in to ask if that was the correct size and another girl looked at the bottom of my cup and said I think so. How do you not know??? Will never buy coffee here again it’s a waste of money. Drink went right down the sink.

I'm not sure why the hours online say the drive thru is open until 10:30, I have gone to Krispy Kreme at 10:15 or earlier and the employees say it's closed everytime Either the time is wrong, or the employees are choosing to stop serving customer 15+ minutes earlier than closing time.

Rude workers and doughnuts aren’t always fresh even when “hot light” is on. Never will I go back 2 bad experiences already plus prices are outrageous. Waste of time !

Upon reading some reviews here I'm surprised changes have not been made I've had donuts from this location different times and they taste like they were made days ago.

Office they order at 8:53pm closing time says 10pm. They said they were no longer serving iced coffee because they clean early? Doughnuts were cold as well. Very upsetting.

Went the other day for the Harry Potter donuts said they sold 0ut. Went early at 9am today said they would be ready in an hour. I've been checking the web site every hour since, it's 5:43pm and says unavailable. Why promote them if you're just not going to make them at all.

Went to Krispy Kreme today my grandkids wanted to try a free donut . The lady told them that they had to wait till 5 o’clock and it was they did not understand that that was a bad service. Went in this evening there were several live bees in the indoor dining room, no air conditioning, out of almost all donuts and the donut dots we bought were hard and had been in the case so long the oil was rancid. Not just a little funky, but turn your stomach rancid. We will never go back.

Donuts have been good here, but the one time I decided to try a drink made me regret ever even thinking about it. Got food poisoning from the iced coffee. Never again. I brought it up to manager on my next visit and all he said was " oh sorry" and walked away .. 👍

Have always liked Krispy Kreme donuts and never had an issue with their festive ways however just last night as we stopped for donuts and coffee we had no choice but to buy the green mossy looking donuts in honor of some Patrick guy. These donuts look ill and weird and some are all beat up. Previously had rated a 5. Walked in today to this donut shop 1 hour before closing at 9. And they have about 20 donuts on display, and half of them are the donuts nobody wants. 🤡's. I should just saved my time and gone to the DD thats at the corner of my house.

Pro tip: Don’t stand next to the “mobile order pick up” sign if you order online because you will be ignored endlessly apparently the sign there for decoration. You need to get in line and wait with the other people. It seemed like a convenient option at the time, but here we are.

This location sucks. It doesn't matter the time of the day(even in the mornings) they don't have donuts or they'll say we sold out. Like how you sell out at 9 am? It's not just one kind but different ones. I have to make sure I go to the Valley or Burbank to purchase before I come to Antelope Valley. Management needs to do better and it shouldn't be that hard to make more than usual if a donut is continously sold out.

Apparently someone picked up my order even though I had the confirmation on my phone in my name..? All the worker could say is “it’s been picked up” and “there’s nothing I can do for you” with attitude. Not sure what his problem was but now I have to wait til it clears to void the charge.

When I called the store I was given the same story by an employee and manager Paul that it's not on them and put all blame on delivery party. Yesterday I bought 2 dozen of the Hogwarts Houses doughnuts from the drive thru only to learn too late that instead of getting 24 Hogwarts House doughnuts that they only gave me 16. Came to this location 6:00 am, no fresh donuts ready, I asked for a coffee and it was just water they said nothing was ready at this time, she start the coffee machine I can see nothing but water coming out from it, she was reusing the same coffee from Previous brews ! God knows how many times it has been reused , very disappointed! my 9 year old and I woke up early to buy coffee and donuts for our family ,we walked out empty handed bunch of kids working with no signs of responsibilities or desire to do their job.

I sat for a solid 10 minutes waiting in the empty restaurant, ignored by the staff, trying to get their attention. After 2 other dudes came in they proceeded to take their order, but not mine. After I spoke up about it a guy then took my order, but proceeded to stop half way packing the donuts to talk with another employee managing the drive thru. I requested fresh hot glazed donuts, as they had the sign up and were making them. The donuts I was given were lukewarm borderline cold. I also saw an employee kick a bucket of water with his big dirty boot in the kitchen and touch his face. What a horrible experience!

I was just here in Krispy Kreme doughnuts this morning . And I order the valentine doughnuts and iced caramel specialty latte I was told on the speaker they didn’t carry the valentine box and I was ok with it . When I pull to the window Karla was super rude and had a very negative attitude for a 9:30 am and being the only car in the drive thru . Also when she handed me my coffee was not the same as the picture I asked if she can please put the whip cream and caramel drizzle . She said it was and up charge I said I order the New specialty drink for a reason and she kept giving attitude because the second time she handed me the coffee it was missing the caramel and once again i asked I want it the same way as the picture . My point here is that if u can’t give great customer service don’t get this kind of job . It’s very crucial to give bad customer service . When I asked to speak to a managers you d lady came didn’t got her name but they have no manners and then she said that Karla just had a bad morning and I said Karla has just ruined our morning and I will sit here for 5 min and wait for me to talk to manager so another general manager she claimed to be by the name of Kristina was worst then Karla and said that everything was given to us what’s the issue and I try to point out the reason why and she said well u can sit here all day long if u want I don’t care . I try explaining to her that her attitude was the same as Karla and she said to go get a life and she slammed her window very hard . Wow I’m impressed how this business has very rude employee's and GM . I think HR should do a big Review on there goals as a team . Because I’m spending my money I’m going to expect great customer service non of the employees apologize for the attitude . I will not be coming back .
