Delicious food, free chips and salsa, good portions, good prices, friendly staff, and fun environment. We love our visit here!

The food was well prepared, looked appetizing, and was full of flavor. I had the enchiladas. Others at my table really liked what they had. The waitress, Ashley, was very attentive, answered our questions, and was prompt with the food. I enjoyed her upbeat personality. The only downside is the mild salsa tasted more like tomato sauce than salsa.

We got in and out and less than 45 minutes, our waitress was funny and recommended a great meal (Baja special), was out in less than 15 minutes and was nice and hot and tasted great!

Family friendly! Took my toddler and they made sure she had a spoon to eat with, without us asking! Great food and lovely service. Our favorite Mexican food in the valley!;

This little hole in the wall joint has origins tracing back to Mexico with its original owners, and it does its best to absolutely keep that authentic vibe. I honestly didn't expect finding some of the best mexican food I've ever had in Alaska. We will definitely be back here, this will be our go-to place.

First time eating here and as soon as we walked in the door we were greeted very quickly & our server she was wonderful! She was very personable always had a smile on her face & was super attentive to us the whole time! The food was great, everything we had was tender & juicy like the chicken in my enchilada! We had desserts, which were yummy, but the Flan was one of the best we have ever tasted! Enjoyed this place & will definitely eat here again!

We got food from here to take out on the way. We ate the food driving to another city, and it was packed very well (didn’t spill and looked really good). The food tasted wonderful too. I would definitely come here again

The food was delicious! I had the crab enchilada, which tasted terrific 😋. The only downfall is no authentic margaritas due to no liquor license.

I'm an annoying eater, vegetarian mostly and have a shellfish allergy. It sucks having to ask so many random questions about the deep fryer, grill etc. so that there isn't any cross contamination. Not only was my allergy directly on my receipt but I heard them voice it in the kitchen. On top of that I ordered the vegetarian enchiladas and they were freaking incredible, soo good. The person who seemed to be the owner was even in there hanging out, and what a cool guy. I highly recommend this place and will visit again pronto when I'm back in Palmer, AK.

Always excellent service and fabulous food. Large portions will leave you full for at least two meals. Come hungry and leave satisfied.

We stopped for lunch at this small relaxed spot — flavorful food with good veggie options, big portions at reasonable prices, excellent service by Ester.

Service was above and beyond! We had our food to go. Walked back to the hotel and realized the packaged silverware was back on the table. I am sure the food would have been waaay better then it was by the time we ate. I definitely would go back...they had yummy salsa!!

I enjoyed my combination beef taco and cheese enchilada plate. Salsa comes in two flavor, mild and spicy, with chips for each table. Spicy was too spicy for me. Our water was very nice and the restaurant was moderately busy.

Very great service and food! We had a good variety of orders and every single dish was amazing. The burritos were good as well as the tacos. Would definitely go again!

3 star because they don't serve real margaritas. Instead they provide wine in a margarita glass, dressed in drag to look like a margarita. They provide full disclosure, but I don't believe in calling themselves a Mexican restaurant if they can't serve a real margarita! That's where I draw the line. I had the Carnitas special and it was very good. Wait staff wasn't particularly attentive.

It was a disappointment. New owners took over and the food was dismal. I ended up just taking it home in hopes that someone will eat it. Sadly I walked in to hear a server telling one of the other employees to "speak English". So disrespectful. It's the man's second language.. who does that? Standing, waiting to be seated it happens, but to hear that is so uncalled for. Hopefully the food gets better as this was our fave Mexican food in the valley

despite the reviews, this does NOT taste like authentic mexican. i ordered the steak fajitas and i was so disappointed. the steak was extremely bland and had no flavor aside from the veggies. prices were fair for amount of food it came with, and complimentary chips and salsa are always fantastic. got seated right away and our waitress was very attentive. only complaint us the food was a 3/10.

2 people, hour to get food with 10 others in restaurant. Did not have change in the building when I paid with cash. Waitress left to find change somewhere in the greater palmer area. Came back and generously rounded our bill down $0.17 cause they had no coins and told me to feel free to tip heavy. I have to say it was an interesting experience in the wrong way. Hopefully they figure things out and we will drive to wasilla for the near future.

Took 15 minutes to get drinks and chips. 45 more minutes to get food. Other tables that came in after us got served first. Food is not the best.

I have eaten here 1-2 times every year for the last four years. 2025 was terrible experience, we were seated outside which was ok, but when space opened up inside we were never offered to move, we didn't have our drinks or orders in yet. Took forever to get chips/salsa (also never had a refill on them), even longer to get our drinks, and to put in our order. Many people came and went during this time, at least 30+min by now. I had to go inside a few times to inquire when we would get service, and was told in a few minutes, meanwhile the new people who came in had already been waited upon. At about 45ish minutes, someone came to take our drink and food order. When we finally got our food it was cold...... I never write reviews and never a bad one, but I was disappointed, especially compared to the last times I went

I stood for 15 - 20 minutes, waiting to be seated. 2 ladies say they'd be with me in a minute. Never happened. I left, guess my money wasn't green enough!!

My boyfriend and I went to La Fiesta Restaurant Aug 3rd, 2025. We were served out of order from when we were seated, with another couple being served first after just being seated, and another group was waiting since before we arrived. The waitress informed us that "a whole list" of things were out of stock. She was very sweet and the problems were not her fault. Our drinks took ~15 minutes and our food around 3 times that. I had ordered the Baja Chimichanga, which upon trying I noticed the meat inside was refrigerator cold. A chimichanga is a fried burrito, how was it refrigerator temperature on the inside? I have attached a photo proving I both ordered and did not finish it. My partner's food was bland, but more importantly the plate was so hot it burned him, and he recieved no warning. Later there was a mixup in which another waitress almost charged another guest for our bill. Thankfully, that was resolved. Unfortunately the manager was not present to give a refund for at least my Baja Chimi. I was assured my contact information would be passed along. The manager has made no attempt to contact me. I tried to contact him to no avail. My boyfriend and I also contracted mild food poisoning. I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone. Bless our waitress. If the manager sees this, I want my refund please, and I will not be back.

If I could do a zero that is what they deserved. Don’t know how anyone could rate them higher? Maybe a different cook & server. We went there for taco Tuesday. Our food was served piece meal and the meat was over cooked. It was so bad they comp’d us one meal. In hindsight we should have just paid for our beer. The server kept saying, “I’ll be right back with such & such”; then she’d go to several other tables. We ended up waiting 20+ or - minutes for parts of our meal. So, everything else got cold. Food & service was simply bad. Go somewhere else.
