It used to be worth while. Clean simple food. After Covid, the food are only half full in the plastic container. How much are they going to save to put little bit more greens? Another location was great! Serviced in real dishes with real portions.

Typical dine in cafe experience - order food at counter and later pick up when your buzzer goes off. We had a coupon that the employees easily applied to the order. They have a new Shrimp Scampi Linguine pasta dish, Club Sandwich and Blueberry Hand Pie (pictures below). All food was ok, bread in sandwiches and garlic bread were very good. Shrimp Scampi had about 6 small shrimps, diced tomatoes, parsley - I squeezed a little more lemon juice. Employees are consistently friendly and attentive - I started bussing my table and an employee came and took out dishes for us. Easy parking options in their shared private lot.

Cook needs to be made to understand special orders. Food is served quickly but my specifications were not met. I didn't send it back because I was hungry and didn't want to wait. Ketchup bottles were almost empty, I had to grab two of them

I came for breakfast. My friend says the overnight oats here are the best overnight oats she's ever had. So, I tried it out, & it was good. It was a large portion with fresh fruits, which was nice, but I've had better overnight oats. I actually preferred the single piece of raisin crisp bread it came with over the overnight oats themselves. I bought a pack of that bread because it was so tasty. Ordering was slow because the cashier was new & still being trained. So, that was a bit annoying since I was in a rush & had an appointment to get to. Overall, I'd come back to buy the raisin crisp bread, but would pass on the overnight oats.

This location is easy to find and plenty of parking. They have a public restroom for customers only. If you sign up for the birthday club you get a free treat for your birthday. Got the birthday cake bunt cake. It was super cute and the staff were really nice. Unfortunately, the cake was so dry it was inedible. They have plenty of other goodies to choose from. I’m sure the soups and sandwiches are delicious. It smelled so good inside like everything was made fresh. Maybe go early in the morning on your birthday so your treat is fresh. Eight out of ten recommend.

I normally like this chain of establishments, and my meal here was OK. The ingredients were fresh, food has pretty good flavor, but the mustard they used on the sandwich was all I could taste. I don't mind a strong mustard, but if that's all I can taste, I feel I'm missing out on the turkey, ham, and bacon flavors on that sandwich. That was a bit disappointing.

First time came here. They have quite a few varieties with moderate prices range. We ordered based on the popular food suggested by the cashier. Customer service was ok but the waiting period to get our food delivered to our table was too long...

Ordering their pastas are generally the best option, though I feel the portion sizes have shrunk. My biggest gripe is that their fountain drink machine seems to break all the time.

The Caesar salad was great but the meatballs spaghetti is a kind of tasteless to be honest. The service is just average. The staff are not welcoming. Overall is only below average.

Clean up the floors…. Seeing the manager take plates then not wipe the table while you are sitting at a table that has dried sauce and crumbs on it is embarrassing. It takes so little effort to be clean and take pride in your restaurant.

The quality of food is really not up to par. It’s one of the absolute worst croissants I have ever had in my life. Presentation of food is zero. The coffee is so so. I would not come back again unless there is some improvement and the quality of food. I do not think the place has been renovated for more than 10 years. The interior looks a bit dark and tired. When I was there at breakfast hour, there were only two other people there. Not a busy place at all. I must add the ladies working there are polite and nice, so this review has got nothing to do with the standard of service.

Terrible service. Usually go to the one in Burbank but figured it should be no issue. We were wrong. First off, the cashier was in a raunchy mood, he definitely hates his job. Order came out wrong. Cold potatoes, tasteless wrap, Mayo on panini when we specially said “no Mayo please “. The only tasty thing was the lemonade. It’s no wonder the place was pretty much empty. Never coming back.
