I have been here multiple times; NEVER been disappointed. Whenever my mother came to NYC it was a must. The food is always prepared well. They serve Sushi. The staff are very welcoming and warm. The prices are reasonable for the food you get. The place is spacious and well kept. Nice for family events.

Been going here 20 years. They have the best Won Ton Soup and Fried Rice. I also like the Singapore Rice Noodle and pork Egg Foo Young.

I can’t say enough nice things about this place! My husband and I recently had our wedding rehearsal dinner there a couple of weeks ago. The food was phenomenal (especially the crab ragoons! :)). Georgie assisted my husband and I throughout the whole process. She was so friendly, warm, and very easy to work with! She worked with our budget and really went above and beyond. I had a few guests with dietary restrictions (gluten free, vegetarian) and they were able to accommodate that. Everyone had a great time and loved the food! Some of our guests have already gone back to eat!

Although we were disappointed that we couldn't enjoy the beautiful restaurant we decided to order the food and take it home. It was fresh and amazing and everyone enjoyed it. I can't wait to go back for more. Not all Chinese restaurants are equal. After being disappointed by another local restaurant closer to home I will only eat from Pelham Palace going forward. And their front desk staff is nice and accommodating and answered all of my questions. Next visit we will be getting a Peking Duck. Theirs is really good too. This time we got Moo Shu Pork, gyoza, dumplings, vegetables dumplings and BBQ ribs. All fresh and tasty. Our whole family of four ate for only $58 and the best thing was the turnaround time was only about 10 minutes. We are very happy.

Great Chinese food! Prices are not cheap but boy do you get quality! Boneless ribs are not all fat! Great variety for appetizers! Lots of choices and they will customize. Great sushi as well.

Really tasty Chinese entrees, plus sushi...what more could you want? We've ordered many dishes here, especially the spicy selections, and never been disappointed. I'm especially fond of the hot and sour soup. This is certainly our favorite Asian restaurant in the Pelham/New Rochelle area.

I've only had one chance to dine in here with my wife. It was a great experience. Since then they've not allowed anyone to dine in. I'm guessing because of Covid. Nevertheless, the food is amazing.

After 8 years living in Taiwan I've struggled to find half decent Chinese food. I've found great stuff in Flushing and a couple of spots in Jersey but scant pickins in the Hudson Valley. Pelham Palace is the BEST I've found. For the years I lived in Pelham it was a weekly staple. Fresh food with rich delicious flavors. Every dish is exceptional. Food so good we even come back even after moving to Rockland. Pelham Palace us worth a visit.

My first time here. I walked in and the food smelled Soooo good. The hostess was so kind and accommodating. Didn't rush me at all with my to go order. We ordered pineapple fried rice, smlmon teriyaki and salmon, yellowtail white tuna sushi. The rice was delish, salmon teriyaki was also very good. The sushi was fresh and the salmon melted in my mouth. I will for sure be back

We love Pelham Palace. Everything is always delicious. They remember us and know exactly what our picky kids like. So glad they have the dining room open again.

Food is worth the price. The restaurant is not nice to eat in. Get take out. Soup , dumpling, chicken and mix veg very good. Chicken wings no good, spare ribs no good.

Hadn't been there since 2016 possibly when I moved away from the area in 2017 still got the same day service the same hostess was there and everything was wonderful I told them where I was and we reminisced and had a great time and hey the food is still the same as it was back then no changes next time in the area hope you have more money so I can buy more food to bring up to where I live I'm in the mountains where the options are limited and few. Extremely accommodating, welcoming, and attentive staff and service. Excellent, tasty food. Warm, comfortable atmosphere. We had a celebration of life here on a Saturday afternoon for a friend who unexpectedly passed away. The restaurant helped us plan appetizers and entrees to serve our group of 20 people across two tables. They accommodated a couple who needed to eat gluten free. They found a comfortable place to sit for a friend who uses a wheelchair. They communicated with us several times in the weeks leading up to the event to make sure all of our needs were met. I cannot recommend this restaurant enough.

Pelham Palace is a must visit for gluten free individuals who are craving NY style Chinese food. They can use tamari to modify many of their dishes and can even do gluten free fried chicken dishes (sesame chicken, orange chicken) with cornstarch/rice flour. Staff is very knowledgeable on what can be made gluten free and will tell you when ordering. We always order from here for takeout when in the area.

So it’s not often I absolutely eat my behind off because the food is just so good. I ordered egg rolls, Seafood Pineapple fries rice, Yang Chow fried rice, Chicken Lo Mein, Chicken Garlic Sauce, and French fries. The food is absolutely amazing. The service is great and the staff is very friendly, warm and accommodating. I’m from Atlanta Georgia. I can’t wait to come back here for my next meal and visit. Please check it out. Not a fan of Chinese Food because their Food is cook with a lot of grease. But I have to eat it anyway. It was Christmas day and almost every restaurant was closed. However, it saved my life.

My wife and I haven't been here since the pandemic "subsided." But, we couldn't eat in due to shortage of staff. However, the food is always good with nice portions. Hopefully they will get some help for the summer months.

Food is healthy and good. They definitely make an effort not to serve you salty, greasy food. Many interesting options on the menu. The usual fried wings are also flavored with an interesting spice and coated with a very light batter so less oily than other places. Same thing for their fried rice dishes. Prices are comparable to other places in area.

Friendly greeting and very good service but not quite as attentive as I'd like. The wings were extremely tasty and served hot. My dinner however was luke warm at Best. Overall a pleasant experience.

Blandest food I have had in a long time.

Yesterday 5-1-19 was my first time and last time eating here. I bought sweet and sour shrimp (came with a serving of white rice), and a side order of lo mein. There is also a complimentary order of some fried chips with sauce that reminds me of chough syrup and it comes with a free canned soda. The sweet and sour shrimp is a joke, grossly over cooked and cloated in flour batter the size of a golf ball; I guess in a bid to disguise the chewy pea sized shrimp 😒. As for the rice it was edible, and if you want high blood pressure the salty lo mein is perfect for you. My overall review is to spend your money elsewhere that gives you quality food for the money you spend. I honestly can't speak to the rest of the menu, but after having such a disappointing experience who'd want to risk going again👀?

The only thing that should be ordered here is sushi. For that I give 5 STARS. Anything else you will sadly be disappointed. The Chinese dishes are overcooked and bland. I have yet to try the curry dishes and don't think I will.

Kept trying to give this place a chance and make them my go to but, I have tried the beef, chicken, shrimp and salmon and everything is questionable. Nothing taste authentic to what it is supposed to be. Salmon tastes like cardboard, shrimp forget it, man made I suppose. I guess they figure with a little sauce we would never know. So frustrating you spend all this money, to get a guess what you're eating today meal. Dine at your own risk. Rude delivery person.

The food is nasty and overpriced. The general Tso was dry and tasted more like it was doused in bbq sauce. The fried chicken wings were undercooked and needed salt. Shrimp was unseasoned and overcooked.

General tsos and sesame chicken was very dry, underseasoned, the meat itself was freezerburnt(?). We gave it two chances but I'm sorry this is the worst chinese food I've had so far.

Disappointing. I really wanted to try this place because of the 4 star reviews, and my desire to find a good Chinese restaurant in lower Westchester. But, surprise, surprise the food was greasy, over cooked and tasted like it sat for a while before being sold to me. I suspected the worst after paying for $60 worth of food but waiting only 10 minutes before it was all packaged and ready to go. My mistake, don’t let it be yours.
