I always have the greatest experience here at this particular store . And i owe it all to one waitress she is always smiling friendly and great at making sure your order is correct. .unfortunately i can not say that for any other server . But anytime you want to come in this store make sure you ask for Julie and you will never regret it.

I came here on the way to meet my girlfriend, so I was alone. It was a Sunday and super bust, but since I was eating alone, I was invited to sit at the 'bar.' I ordered and got my breakfast in way less time than I thought. I gave a big tip just for looking out for me. The crew was really on their game. Much appreciation for a job well done.

I've eaten at this Dennys off and on and the service has always been great. However this time around the service was extremely excellent. The juice was fresh and the coffee was at a perfect temperature. When we were entering the restaurant their was a homeless young lady by the entrance. She sat there with a sad look and her little kitten tied up by a leash. When I sat at the booth I asked the young waitress to get her a meal. She was so sweet, the cooks wiped up the meal as quick as they could and she ran to give her the meal. Unfortunately the homeless young lady had gone. The waitress went around the parking lot in search of her but couldn't locate her. It was unfortunate because as human beings we all have a right to clean drinking water and a meal. Five Stars to the staff and the young waitress that tried so hard to get her the food.

Sandra is one of the servers and she was great and is very professional and pleasant. I had not been there for sometime due to covid-19 and she remembered my order, mind you, I've only been there twice before, sometime last year. Makes a person smile when that happens.🙏👍🙏

First time dining at Denny's in Pico Rivera. My family and I were immediately greeted, kindly asked to wait for a table and our server was hostel. I just ate at this Denny's today. It has been a long time. The menu is very different. The food was great. The portions were big. The prices were comparable to other restaurants. The waitress was very friendly and diligent. I would recommend this Denny's.

Haven’t tasted the food yet but i put five stars based on the customer service. Didn’t wait a couple of minutes and was greeted kindly and my order was taken immediately, unlike Norms. While waiting, observed the same fast and kind service being given to other guests. When leaving, they were polite and fared me well.

My family and I went in the morning for breakfast to this Denny's location Sunday 10/6 and received great service and great food! Server Veronica was amazing! After being sat at the table, she passed by and assured us she'd be right with us after taking care of other guests. She took our full order (mentally, impressive!) and we only waited around 10 minutes for the food. The food was well presented and made perfectly. Veronica made sure we had all condiments, utensils, and coffee refills and ensured we weren't rushed by the time we needed our bill. Thank you Veronica!!!

This is a very nice Denny's. There is a lot of parking and it is usually not packed. They stay open late, I am not sure how late, you will need to call. The place is super clean. The bathrooms are usually very clean, but they do need to check them more. The area is nice. The food is great. I used to never order anything but breakfast items because their dinners are not great. We tried their new Lasagna and it was just wonderful. It comes with a piece of garlic toast, yum. You will really like it. They also have a new baked mac and cheese and not the junk that they used to have that came out of a box. We loved that too. It was fresh with plenty of cheese. Their breakfast is always great, we love their pancakes and waffles. The service was so very nice and pretty fast. The prices are fair. We will be back. Have fun.

Update my new fav dennys plate is… the classic benny! Mmm you choose how you want your eggs and i got them p o a c h e d. The runny yolk mixed with the hollandaise to use on the hashbrown and the english muffin. Their hollandaise was good! My respect to the chef👨🏻‍🍳 neither poaching nor the hollandaise are easy feats. Anywho will order this from now on! Also the host was nice he made us feel welcome and that was appreciated since norms was closed despite their 24 listing. this denny’s made the best version of chicken addiction bowl I have had. the waitress was nice and we went at about 3:40am after discovering norms closes to recover (I wasnt upset at norms but it was cold outside) anyway their location is clean and they also have a neighbor fallas paredes there? I didn’t notice because everything was closed have to go again for some chicken and clothes good stuff right here. The garlic bread was perfectly crisp and the alfredo sauce quantity was just right for the quinoa and broccoli to get it too. Some menu items (like fruit cup) were sold out but I would gladly go back if Im in the area.

On certain weekends my wife and kids eat breakfast / lunch here. It's usually full when we go, but it's always a nice place to eat. The staff is friendly, and the food is served fast and warm. We've been to other Dennys locations and it always comes down to the staff and management, this one is the best so far, and close to our home.

Been here 3 times, it might be just me because I've only had their breakfast options but the portions here are disappointing compared to Norms. At Norms I can barely but satisfyingly finish my food. But service here has been good and I'm only rating 4 stars as I'm comparing to Norms a few blocks away.

This Denny's closest to our home, but we have enjoyed coming here for a while now. My daughter was craving spaghetti and meatballs for dinner and I know this particular entree we normally do not order from here, but she loved it and finished it all surprisingly. I ordered breakfast for dinner as usual which I enjoyed as well.

It's good when you got the good waiters and the cooks which is most of the time. Eddie it's awesome and this other guy I forgot his name but they are sweet and the tall lady that I didn't get her name she is awesome too she fixed something that was wrong and said don't worry about it not like the other girl she was trying to tell me no I have to take the whole plate back when all it needed was to add something that could be bright on a little plate. I have gotten a couple of times not to good service but other then that I'll rather drive and eat there then the one on peck in El Monte. Everytime I've gone there the waiters takes so long and always seem to forget about the table I'm at that the bus boys end up getting what I need, they don't have good service like the one in Pico you could feel the different vibe.

Managers are very nice and will honor almost any coupon even if it is specifically for another store. Although I did have a bad experience of customer service from Ivette R. there are also some very nice and attentive waitresses that make up for it that's the only reason I'm giving it 4 stars. I don't know her name but she is really good and she even remembers your order.

The service was bad. To start off when we got to the restaurant the waiter was sitting on his phone along with his coworker across from him with his phone as well on the table. I didn't mind that they were sitting on their phones because didn't have any other customers but the fact that the guy just looked annoyed made me just want to leave but my friend really wanted Dennys so I decided to at least give the food a shot. As we asked for the menus the guy just gave us a long annoyed sigh and mentioned "I need to go to break soon" even after he had been sitting on his phone on the table for who knows how long before we got there. I only give this place 3 stars because the food was good but the service in general was bad and it's not the only time this place has had terrible service. Just stick to norms lol.

The only reason I'm giving it 3 starts is because I didn't like the way they treated a man that all he wanted to do was eat. Yes he was being loud but he wasn't saying any thing wrong or cursing. They left him waiting for the longest time he started getting impatient and even then he got a bit loud but not disrespectful. Until one of the waitresses got the courage to go and talk to him, and ask him to leave telling him, I'm not going to serve you. You have to leave because your bothering the customers. That's when he started getting mean with his words. In my opinion if they had served him right away he would have been gone and all would be fine. He was not planning to sit and eat he wanted food to go. I don't understand why there wasn't a manager on site that should or could have handle things better. Every one that's hungry have the right to buy and eat food.

Hi, The service isn't too bad, it just depends on the cook and waitress. The best waitress my family and I have ever had is SHAKI, always pleasant, and welcoming. Almost forgot, the tables do need to be a bit more cleaner. A few cleaning towels should be used for each table and NOT ONE towel for ALL tables, so unsanitary.

Just because of today's date (Mother's day) but it was hectic, everyone running trying to finish orders but it was messy, wrong items, so much time to prep orders, I ordered at 10:20 online waited 1hour and 15 minutes they lost my tag on the food and didn't received pancakes. And steak wasn't cook well. They gave me one extra juice and one extra coffee for the waiting time. Maybe it was a bad day for Dennys but I paid and also had bad experience well maybe next time will be better.

Food was subpar at best. Only had one chef so food took long. The manager closed off one side of the restaurant. We were all packed like sardines. $$$ expect to pay $13.00 per plate. Desert and drinks are extra. I hope I wasn't unclear about how I feel about this place. I gave it TWO STARS because it is open 24 hours and our server was excellent.

This must be a franchise restaurant. We were not greeted upon our entrance. There was only one waitress. The service was ok. The food quality was not the best. T-bone streak cooked medium like we asked but it was missing flavor. Burger was also ok. The only thing that came out good was my son's french toast. But, the bacon was dry and felt like plastic chips. Not sure if it was a off day for the cook or something else. My family agreed we won't be going back to this location.

Barely any servers at 12 pm on a Sunday. The place was half empty and my party& I had to wait for 10 minutes to be seated. Also, we were charged stuff that wasn't even ordered. Would give it 1 star but the food was decent enough for 2.

The reason for the two star is that we got seated and no one asked us about drinks. They have helped everyone else to their tables and asked about drinks. Have waited 5 minutes and waitresses have passed our table. I'm looking at the table next to us waiting to see if anyone helps them either. This is busier location for the area. The waitress had helped the table next to us. And still waiting. Will come back to see if anything has improved which I doubt. The table next to us got served way before us.. plus lipstick on my coffee cup. Why would you wipe down tables but not sweep and wash your dishes properly. Do not come here late night the one server uses that as an excuse to not do anything, we came in she told us it would be 30mins to one hour to get served to deter us from sitting down. We sat down anyways and while we have been sitting here for the past 25 minutes these banana pancakes have been sitting there the entire time. Who knows how much longer they will be sitting there, I wanted to give them to the people who ordered them. I have no training in the food industry but can do so much better. I ordered a T-bone steak I ordered also another plate which was Maccaroni plate. And they gave me a little side of maccaroni and I had to pay 4$ for it I couldn’t believe it because they gave me a little little little plate not even a plate. I don’t know what it’s called but it’s the tinniest bowl and my brother got 1 for 90cents while mine was 4$ and I made it clear to her I want the BIG PLATE (when I was making order) and they gave me the smallest thing ever and then I told the cashier who was gonna do my bill and HE LAUGHED AT MY FACE AND MY MOMS and said they never served a pig plate Mac n cheese. WHEN I BEEN COMING HERE FOR 17+ years and they always did. THIS WAS FALSE ADVERTISEMENT AND WILL NOT BE COMING AGAIN. AND UNPROFESSIONAL. BY LAUGHING AT ME.

Pico Rivera location is TERRIBLE. There’s a very very RUDE guy who doesn’t have education and he doesn’t know how to treat clients. Please, hire somebody else and please hire someone who can keep CLEAN the location.

Tried to come here to eat and catch up on some work at 10pm, since it's a late night 24hour diner, however the side of the restaurant and the staff decided that seating section couldn't be used with which is where the electrical outlets were. Even after I asked, they were acting like rules are set in stone, and said only seating in the back without outlets. So I couldn't work as I had planned, wasted time and I decided not to eat here. 👎 You should be considerate and work with your community that gives you business, I would of been a regular with a late night place to work out of. Hopefully the next Dennys is more accommodating.

placed an online order & when i got there they had no idea what was going on. turn off app ordering if you aren’t able to deliver.

I was very disappointed with the service today. After ordering our drinks, there was a significant delay. When the server finally returned to take our food order, I mentioned I was still waiting for our drinks, to which he replied with "I am busy". Our appetizer arrived before our drinks, and my meal was incomplete, with my fruit bowl side missing. We won't be returning.

They sat me down fast but then moves me to a booth it was just me and my son for his birthday. They took over 10 min to bring me a menu and then forgot to bring back my son’s water. Took another 10 mins to take my order. Staff is sassy and rude

Poor customer service. I stated I wanted a few minutes to look at their menu. I was approached 10 minutes later. My server was not helpful assisting me with their specials. Delay of service. They weren’t busy that day. Do not plan to return there.

Imagine walking in at 7am having 3 employees behind the counter pretending not to see you for about 10 min . Then again that's probably the only employees willing to work in that place so it's acceptable to management

This location dirty, smells like dirty old carpet. The service is bad, food not well done and they don’t like to honor your rewards. Awful experience Expect much better from Dennys

When we first got seated, the table was dirty. We mentioned it to the server and her response was “you should have told me before I put down your drinks and walked away.” Attitude was terrible. After seeing our drinks. One of our waters had food inside of the glass! Do you guys not wash your dishes?!! Never coming back here! So unsanitary.
