Drive thru lady tells me I put “counter” for my app order. I inform her I put “drive thru”. She insists that I didn’t. Okay, I’ll just show her my actual order on my phone literally says “drive thru” right? Nahh. I show her and she literally can’t bring herself to say “oh sorry! You did put drive thru! Something must be wrong with our system.” No, instead they insist I’m still in the wrong with evidence in their face that I’m right. Does any of this even matter? No. But does this place have even remotely good service? NOPE.

Drinks are as follkws... large is med. Med is small and small is a kids drink. So b.s. cant wash down 2 tacos with a med drink. From now on im going inside to pour my own free drink

I believe this taco shop is the nightmare of many takeaway drivers. Every time I receive an order from them, I feel unlucky. It is too slow. It is normal to wait for 20 to 30 minutes for the food to be served. The shameless thing is that they will prepare the food in advance after taking the order. It is disgusting. No one will pay attention to you. It is a rubbish shop.

Ordered and brought my food home two days ago, saw as usual they didn't get my order right. So I called the store and spoke to a woman working there who I explained the situation to. She told me she would take down my name and that the next time I came in, I would get something to compensate for paying for something and not getting it on my order. So I go in today, two days later, and try and explain this at the counter. Granted, they were swamped with a whole team of youth athletes dining in the resteraunt. However, to be completely ignored at the counter is frustrating. So I tried the drive thru after so I could actually speak to someone, and then, as expected, they tried to give me a hard time about getting what I was explaining. First, they said my name wasn't there, and then I needed to verify when I called and who I spoke to. So I found the exact date and time I called on Sunday at 2:30p.m. and told them the person I spoke to didn't give me their name or tell me I needed to provide it. They then said they could not do anything as they had to avoid scams. I personally find this insulting and unprofessional when I literally just wanted either my money back or some sort of compensation for what I paid for. To be accused of trying to scam Taco Bell for two tacos is just ridiculous and asinine to suggest. Eventually, they did provide the items they said they would, but only after pleading my case again. Next time, I will absolutely ask for any name of anyone I speak to if this happens again. Making promises after mistakes, then accusing the person who you have already caused issues to, even. More. Issues. This location makes great food, but the staff could be more understanding and less accusatory to their customers, especially when it was their mistake that caused the whole issue.

i love taco bell, but this location left me with a bad taste in my mouth. the AI companion is not suitable for people who need to make modifications to any food orders at all. when “assisted” by staff members you are greeted with long sat-out and cold stale food. do better taco bell.

This location screws up my order EVERY TIME! the majority of those times I was missing an entire item. The other times I let them know I’m ALLERGIC to sour cream, and sure enough, every single time they poison me. They’ve been out of Mexican pizzas since they came back, and icing on the cake, they charge more than other Taco Bell’s! The next TB is a 30-40 minute drive round trip for me, so I go back to this horrible location, in hopes they have fixed their oblivious staff. But after many years, it’s just gotten worse. Got 3 items this morning, nothing else, so I was optimistic. Two bean burritos and a spicy potato taco. Got home, 1 burrito and a spicy potato taco. Kind of feels like someone is just stealing your money from me. 0stars for 0 effort.

This place has a solid 5 stars from me in the past. But ever since they have had new management they are always out of Baja blast and other items too. I recently got nacho fries and chips and cheese Both were gross I couldn't eat them , I think the oil was old. It's always sad to see a good place go down hill due to who runs the operation. Also customer service has gone downhill as well. Would I recommend this place? Only if you're okay with taking a 50/50 chance if you waisted your money.
