Night staff is great.

Enough parking, no rush

Gave me the wrong doughnut but, the service was great, wanted to buy a cup of ice and they gave it to me for free.

Dunkin donut if my favorite place for frozen ice coffee on hot summer day !

This DD is open late and the staff is great. They made my coffee perfectly. I couldn't put it down.

One of the only dunkins to consistently serve chocolate creme donuts. They are only served at dunkins that keep very fresh products. They are a delicious donut. Most dunkins don't carry them. Maybe they are more expensive? Not sure. But it is a very well run Dunkin!!!!

Great DD, open 24 hrs, 🚻restrooms open to public. Very clean, and great service. We usually go after 10pm.

Love this Dunkin. Can either sit there or take out. Nice atmosphere to sit there. Love the vanilla lattes and iced coffee. Great donuts, bagels, etc.

Caramel macchiato is my favorite! My kids loved the Frozen caramel coffee and I must go there at least every other day LOL

Went in for an afternoon coffee at this location for the first time in a while and was impressed with the service and the coffee was perfect . He steamed the cream for me and the balance he concocted was so good

No joke the best Dunkin around!!!!! 281 Walt Whitman Road Huntington Station Undercooks Meat and the Manager okays it. The extra travel will be worth it. Sandwiches are perfect and coffee is excellent!!

Definitely recommend I usually come for the drink here and the staff and service is really nice it’s way better and cheaper than Starbucks listen people don’t waste your money on random coffee that’s what I always say but I think it’s worth it for Dunkin’ Donuts.

It's one of the few 24 hours dunking donuts near me, and they always get my order right. I come here a lot at night for late night snacks. I've never had an issue here.

Visited on a Friday at 1pm. Staff were super friendly and nice. Drink was made perfect how I requested and the sandwich was cooked perfect. No complaints and since I visit many different locations across the Island this one definitely sticks out as one of the better ones I've come across! Will definitely visit this location again!

People who work everyday during 6pm to 8pm are excellent, they are extremely polite and fast with the order. I never had to ask for my order, they always memorize what I want asa soon as I step in.

Convient location. The staff here is attentive and cares about the quality of the products they serve. Unlike one of the smaller locations in Hicksville, this store has restrooms for public use.

One of the most decent Dunkin Donuts place in the area. The donuts gets replenished often here because of close proximity to the hospital and several clinics. Never had a stale donut in the last 2 years. Service can be mediocre but not bad.

I usually stop here on my way to work for coffee, muffins, or some other breakfast item. One thing that this particular location desperately needs is roll down, tinted window shades. This time of year, winter, with the sun being in the southern hemisphere, this Dunkin location is brutal to stop at.

finally giving up on this location. we order on the app and they NEVER read customized order directions and get the order right. we pay for extra egg - they never add it. we pay for bacon on avocado toast - never add it. after bringing back orders numerous times and they still don’t make the effort to read order and get it right (and are not nice about their mistake), we tried another location. they got it right first time.

Donuts delicious, of course, place very messy.

Coffee was horribly bitter. I returned it and got my money back!

This was not a latte. This was a black coffee.

Food poisoning, got the Big N Toasted and a coffee and then worked my shift, going to the bathroom about 7 times at work and 15 times at home. Don't go here, place smelled rough and there were what looked like 2 homeless guys setting up camp in the corner of the place. Awful.

Guy was rude i asked him to steam the coffee for me because it’s cold he said he can’t do that which is i’m pretty sure he can. I can dunkin donuts at least 4 times a day and i always get it steamed if coffee is cold. But guy was not helpful at all and didn’t smile or anything. Highly not recommended, find another location.

Got the usual Sausage Egg without cheese on a croissant along with a ice latte. Sausage had a bit of a sour taste, ignored it and threw it all up feeling sick to my stomach 7 hours later.

I was not happy with Duncan today accidentally somehow are you ordered for drinks too large and two medium when I went to pick them up I told the people that I accidentally what is the extra two large that I did not want them they said to me there's nothing they can do because they do not know how to do Returns on the register that's a shame that they have people working there that I cannot use the register and don't know how to do a return of somebody's money when they make a mistake people are human and sometimes make mistakes and when you have a business the people running it should know how to fix those mistakes that people make I had to get online explain the problem to see if I can get a refund on the extra two drinks that I did not take but left it there it's just a shame that I've had many problems sick this Dunkin Donuts this is not the first if you do go there try not to make a mistake cuz they don't know how to fix your mistake

Horrible customer service. there is a guy with light beard and glasses and he doesnt know how to talk to customers. Huge load of attitude when they serve you. will never buy from them again. I hope the owner reads this and takes action !!

Need to really clean the entire store. Place was a disorganized train wreck.

Morning staff SUCKS!! They skimp the drinks (another review said the same) and get upset when I say something. One girl employee told me to go to the other Dunkin if I have a problem with theirs and accused me of getting free things, however when they mess up, I say something and they correct it. That’s NOT free! Worse Dunkin around! I want my caffeine and they put the medium amount of pumps when I pay for large. Unfair.

They need to train the people there better if they are going to be at the cash register. What’s the point of me spending money to get points and use the app and redeem offers if their employees don’t know anything about their system. Literally worst experience ever, made me late to work, line started getting long, I was getting yelled at. You would expect more people to be working in the morning rush hour. Please put better trained people behind the cash register. Love Dunkin, wish they would be more considerate to people that use their app.

This dunkin in Plainview next to Lidl shopping center is the worse lately. On sunday mornings its the worse service. There is one young girl with long hair in a braid that the past 2 weeks I have witnessed her give customers an attitude. She messes up everyones order. The older lady in front of me had the wrong coffee and this girl behind the counter gave her such an attitude that I felt so bad for this lady. I will no longer come back to this location. Many more options in the area.
