Five Guys Plano Reviews
Ordered burgers and fries to go. This was the third time my wife and I have gotten burgers from this location. It was delicious and good service.
Always a good place to stop by for burgers and especially Cajun fries. Fresh roasted peanuts available as well to snack on while you wait for your food.
This Five Guys location is the cleanest fast food restaurant that I have ever visited. Whenever my wife and I go to this place, the kitchen is always very clean. I am sure that all the team members work hard to keep it that way. The food is very delicious and service is excellent too. I am very happy to have this store in my neighborhood :)
In-N-Out Burger VS Five Guys in my point of view N n out You can taste the fresh tomato, potatoes 🥔, cheese, beef. It's not junk. And it's a clean place inside and outside (drive-through) and parking lot also. Less money you pay 💵 good customer service and clean employee I mean handsome. Five Guys 👦 Clean place, good customer service, 1 meal it will make you feel that you can't eat more! Delicious 🍟 but it contains a lot of oil. I can't taste the freshness of anything. Both are top in Burgers but I prefer In-N-out burger.
As always, the best burger there is. It would be better if it weren't so expensive but that's not location specific.
It wasn't a bad burger.. maybe the fries were a little soggy. If they were next to a Whataburger I'd probably eat at Whataburger, honestly. They aren't bad though. Was pretty cold in the restaurant, wife actually had to go get the blanket out of the car... Again it's not bad, but .. could be better
This all female crew was awesome. The cheeseburger was perfect, the fried even better. I asked for them to be fried just a bit extra so they'd be crispy & they didn't disappoint. The only flaw. I ordered 3 shakes before leaving. 1 strawberry & 1 chocolate. I got 2 ( delicious) strawberry shakes. But my son wanted chocolate. I couldn't tell the difference whe I was there due to the whipped cream haha
Getting pretty pricy, but the burger is still tasty, fries are greasy heaven. Like having the salt shell peanuts as an appetizer. It’s always very cold inside with the a/c blasting. Sometimes need more tables bussed.
This was my first time at this location and based on my experience and the friendly service, I'll definitely return. I was greeted upon entering, order was taken promptly and the food came shortly after. I ordered the Bacon Little, Cajun fries and medium drink.... The only knock I have on Five Guys, as most people do.....the prices. You're gonna pay about $20 by yourself, so it's pricey....but damnit the food is good.
This location menu shows there is kosher style hot dogs in Google map but they don't have in the store. Drove here and couldn't get food. Staff were nice and I asked for kosher hot dogs but they said we don't have it. I wish I knew it before I come. Someone needs to update their Google map menu.
On my last visit, Monday the 19th the burgers we're so bland! Where's the seasoning y'all?
For $25 for 1 person to have a burger, little fry and chocolate shake, I don't think I'll come back to this 5 Guys. The fries had way too much salt. The dude who took my order had absolutely no personality and don't think he could have a conversation even with himself.
We showed up about 11:15am today, on 4/30/2022. We saw that Five Guys is open 7 days a week from 11am-10pm. We tried to go in, but the doors were locked. As we waited for them to open the door- a gentleman opened the door and said they won’t be ready to open for another 45 minutes. Which brings the scheduled open time behind 1 hour. Many people, are waiting to get in five guys. We’re all pretty mad!
Employee at cashier was very polite and explained menu and items clearly, he got the two stars, but the rest was not good. Waiting was long enough that the store was full of customers waiting for picking up food. I felt the pressure and sorry for the employees. They just didn't have enough people and enough training. At the end I got three cups of shakes with room temperature that are shown in the attached picture. Mom who had to drink the sweet milk told me to get back and complaint but I just wanted to give the poor guys a break at the moment.
Ordered Five Guys to-go and got home and realized they didn’t give us buns. Just meat patties, jalapeños, and grilled onions on a tray? I double checked my order and made sure I didn’t make a mistake. I definitely did not order this way. I contacted customer service and haven’t heard back. Was extremely disappointing.
About every 3 years I go to 5 guys and every 3 years I’m disappointed. $22 for a tasteless burger and soggy fries. Idk how they’re still in business. Trash
TERRIBLE SERVICE AND MANAGEMENT. Here is a review of my first, and last visit at any Five Guys location. A friend told me great things of this place and the fact that they served peanuts with their burgers so I thought it’d be a cool place to try. I placed an order online and went in to pick it up. The place was empty, except for the employee yelling at the person trying to talk to me. She thought it was more important to keep screaming about her previous conversation than let the girl take my order. When she was done, I let them know I had an order for pickup. The lady at the fryers said it would be a two minute wait for the French fries. I told her to take her time. After a few minutes, they gave me my order and I went to my car. I tried a fry before I started driving and noticed it was raw but figured it was probably just one out of the bunch. Ten minutes later, I tried another and it was raw as well. I took a look into the bag and they were all raw, just drenched in seasoning so it wasn’t very noticeable. It’s a 20 minute drive to my home, so I didn’t want to return halfway through the drive. I called the shop and the same girl who had been screaming earlier answered the phone. I told my fries were raw and she didn’t say anything, and after a long pause just goes “okay?” After trying to explain the situation again and getting nowhere, I asked to speak to a manager. The craziest part of all of this, is after telling the manager that my fries were completely raw, he tried to gaslight me MULTIPLE TIMES into thinking the fries were soggy. He was speaking to me like a dumb child that needed to be told that “fries get soggy when they’re in the bag.” Like sir, my family owns a chain of restaurants and I have worked in the food industry my entire life. I know the difference between raw and soggy fries. He offered no resolution other than to “take care of me next time I came in” without even taking down my information properly. When I got home, I had to cook the fries in my air fryer for 9 minutes. NINE. It’s a shame because the burger was actually quite tasty. But I would so much rather give my money to places that deserve it than a franchise being run by terrible management. Below are photos and videos of the “soggy fries”😒 Believe it or not, cooked, soggy fries don’t resist when you try to squeeze them. Only raw fries do.
