I know that America runs on donuts and they are quite good here but coffee is too bitter. It's impossible to drink black coffee (which I had) without syrup, sugar or milk. Half&half help was needed.

Nice store, very clean. Employees were very nice. Even tho i still prefer tim hortons or krispy kreme. Donuts were good and original. Coffee was good.

Lol, a big fluffy speech on the wall about that "home" feeling, only hotel in town doest keep fresh coffee and tea available. We'll, I of course, the immigrant Indian places (days Inn) but that's common knowledge.

Anything savory that I order here comes out luke-warm or cold. Service is fine, atmosphere is fine. No idea what's going on with the hot food here.

My chai latte was just steamed milk. Don’t order chai’s here. My family’s coffees’ were made correctly. Place was busy, waited 10 minutes for an inside order, but could tell they were working as fast as possible.

Everytime I come through and order a donut and drink with whipped cream, i either get hardly no whipped cream which you pay a dollar something for. OR i get a donut favor i didn’t asked for. Literally just do better. especially when i was the only one in line with 1 other car…

I ordered a medium hot coffee and everything was great till I got home. I took a drink and spit it right back out, ended up vomiting. I got a mouth full of coffee grinds. That was disgustingly gross. No way the employee didn’t know this when she poured it in the coffee cup.

Out of all of the dunkins I have been to I think this is my least favorite ,i have never gotten a good hot coffee from them when i order, which is a huge bummer. 😅 I came for a frozen coffee today and an order of hash browns for my daughter and they proceeded to tell me their "frozen coffee machine was closed down for the night" . However I know that they only use blenders now to make them. Granted giving grace I know, if I was at a job on New years and it was 20 minutes before close I might not want to blend one either. It just sucks because I was very much looking forward to it after a rough/hard day, and it was a big let down. I dont know if ill come back to this one.

Staffing issues are clearly an issue when it comes to customer service. Came here at 6pm no line of cars at the drive through. 4 cars outside at this location. Waited 5 mins at the intercom to order & spoke out to see if there was anyone, I waited fter a couple of mins, again there were no cars ahead of me in line. I went to the drive through window no employees in sight. Waited about the same time. I gave it the credit maybe the intercom was out of service. I called the store too, a girl picked up & i explained that I have been waiting. She yells to the employees in the back and then hangs up. She did apologize but staff needs to be more aware of their surroundings, as they're clearly distracted at work doing other things. Ive also had issues at this particular location with ordering 4x, to have a coffee made 20 mins or so before via a mobile order and they were never made. Management needs to revise their training here wether they college students that are working here or not. There's no excuse for it. A mobile order is great for those working night shift. The lack of care for customers and is highly annoying. Management needs to revise their team at this location. Its honestly really disappointing. I could understand 1 time but this has been a constant issue & should be looked into. You'd have a better & faster experience at the Dunkin location near Tractor Supply. Constant issues discourages reoccurring business. There's slacking in the back. Just do better!!!

i ordered online so the details should hav been straight forward. turkey sausage, no cheese, add another patty. mind you, this increases the price of the sandwich as well. they took off the egg and gave me one sausage. over a $6 sandwich and i got half of what i ordered.

On our way back from New York to Montreal, we decided to make a quick stop at this Dunkin' Donuts. It turned out to be the worst service we've ever experienced. The young lady at the cashier (with purple hair) had an awful attitude, rolling her eyes and treating customers, including us, very rudely. Meanwhile, the other employee at the drive-thru (a young lady with black hair) was in the restroom. However, there was no clear indication that it was occupied, and when my daughter, who had been traveling for hours without a break, tried to open the door multiple times, an employee came out and rudely said, "That means it's locked," with a dismissive look. Overall, this experience was frustrating and unpleasant. I definitely do not recommend this location. Zero star for me!!!
