Panera Bread Plattsburgh Reviews
My mother in law passed away recently and her son,, my brother in law works at Panera. I just want to express my sincere gratitude to everyone working with my brother in law. Your help, love and support has been amazing! What you did for our family was above and beyond. Thank you again. Jill
Always a good meal at Panera, they use fresh ingredients and it's always fast. Today I had a French onion bread bowl and half of a Mediterranean veggie sandwich. Real good. Real easy to order either online or at the kiosk by the door, but the cashiers are great too, so let them help you too.
This place hasn't disappointed me yet! Flat bread, brownies, fruit cups, soup, mac and cheese. You name it, Panera has it!! They even have bread bowls for their soup and mac and cheese!! That is awesome and delicious!! I'd say go and enjoy this place for lunch, dinner, or even grab a bag of bagels. But let's face it, you already have!!
Neisha at the drive through was great! She was patient and pleasant while taking my order, as I can be picky. Everything on the sandwich was what I asked for. Neisha was kind and a friendly face to see at the window, even though it seemed like she was under a lot of pressure (I used to work drive through fast food, trust me when I say I can always tell). Thanks for the wonderful service :) Customers can always see who's trying their best and that's what matters! Be nicer to your local fast food workers!!!
Having never been here before, I was interested to see what they had to offer. I was not disappointed. Great atmosphere, friendly people, super food and decent prices.
Had a delicious take-out meal today. Wait is always long (for dine in or take out, sadly) but it's because everything is freshly made to order. I love their various healthy options! I need to speak up after reading these negative reviews. I think many of these reviewers calling it "dirty" are referring to the sloppy guests who leave a mess. The prices are completely reasonable (does that person not have a job?), and of course the chicken on a cold salad is cold. I have no complaints! There is something for everybody. Employees work very hard and today I saw a lot of effort, frankly.
Penara bread is so good I love sandwiches for their
Todd served us at the cashier and was very enthousiastic. He was very helpful with the food recomandations aswell. He gave us one of the best costumer service we’ve seen in a while. :) The food was also very good and served within minutes. Our first time at Panera left us very pleased.
What wonderful employees working here, everyone was so nice! I needed an itemized receipt for work and forgot to do this at checkout and they were nice enough to assist. The food was great and the people serving and cleaning were super sweet! This might be the best Panera I’ve ever been to, thank you!
The food is always consistent and delicious. The fact that it's clean good is a bonus. As usual, I pick up and take home and the food always holds up. I have yet to have a negative experience with Panera.
Chicken noodle soup for brunch? Sure why not🤪 Mocha and cheese and egg sandwich are mine. My niece is big fan of their chicken soup. Food is good and employees are really kind . They missed one of my order of soup and when i brought this up to the manager he offered us the missed item for free of cost. I offered to pay but he told that it was their responsibility to have carefully noted the ordered and refused to bill one of our chicken noodle soup ☹️ Thanks much for nice experience.
Food is really good here. It's just really expensive for the portions that you get , beautiful 😍 inside
Food is great, service is good. The atmosphere can be a little chaotic, especially when it's busy. The only issue I had was the tables aren't wiped down as often I would like.
Gave 4 stars because a handful of times while ordering for pickup items were missing and I've even got a sandwich and a cookie that were burt in my pickup order. However, my experience has been more pleasant than bad. Managers are quick to fix the mess up! Employees and atmosphere are good as well!
Nice building with a great atmosphere. I've been here multiple times for takeout, most of those experiences positive, but this was the first time I'd ever sat inside- wow! Had a steak and cheddar sandwich with a small bowl of mac, food was delicious and the bread quality on the sandwich and in my baguette was out of this world. Not too crunchy nor moist. One thing I will say is that the staff here is a very mixed bag.... Had one lady that was a total jerk and got an attitude when asked for an extra salad dressing cup, but two of the guys were very kind and generous; especially the one at the bakery section towards the front. Spent a good while here as it wasn't all that busy, and while there was a fair amount of background noise from the kitchen, it wasn't that distracting and I enjoyed a great meal. Besides the one rude employee, a star was taken off due to a horrible drive-thru experience a few months ago that had me experience a 20 minute wait when the order was placed *early*, and then was given some of the wrong food. I also used to dislike their cookies years ago due to them being dried out, but that problem seems to have corrected itself with time. Nice! I really like this place! I'd also like to mention that the portion sizes are noticeably bigger when you dine-in, but I don't see that as a good or a bad thing - the difference isn't that extreme, but salads especially have a lot more to them when you eat inside. Decide if that's worth it for you; I totally think going the dine-in route is worth it if you have time. And want to make the most of your money, as this chain isn't cheap. Final extra props to the fuji apple salad for being great :)
Nice place to go. Pretty expensive place for soup and sandwiches. Like nearly 40$ of 2 on lunch time, no drink. The food was excellent and healthy. I recommend this place.
The only thing wrong was there was no one at the cash. Had to use the computer. We were not familiar with the menu but it seems like none of the workers wanted to help us out. We finally got the food which was yummy.
Usually never have any problems with Panera however, ordered the roasted turkey avocado blt and got no avocado. Very grateful for the speedy service and low delivery fee but I paid for a sandwich I didn't get. Otherwise, keep up the good work. Food is delicious.
Panera feels more posh than the typical fast food joint, but it must be a terrible place to work. I only say that because every employee has daggers in their eyes when they look at me (I pour the tomato soup all over myself).
This used to be my mother’s favorite place for lunch in Plattsburgh. We went yesterday around lunch time. The place was not too busy. She wanted to order her favorite soup which is the broccoli cheddar but they didn’t have any ! The very friendly french speaking cashier convinced us to try a sandwich instead. I must say it was good. They do sell the Panera soups at Aldi not far from there…. Mom was disappointed so the Aldi soup will have to do.
Im from canada and i always come here just for the tomato soup! It’s soooo worth it! The chocolate chips cookies are also good too! And i love the ambiance, it’s really calm compared to other restaurants, which is great since i have sensory issues.
Several dirty tables and the busboy looked really annoyed at cleaning the table. Very busy and noisy but the food was good.
The portion size is good for the price. Food is great and service is excellent.
Was disappointed in the whole trip. Didn't like ordering from the computer. Didn't have appropriate condiments for a muffin-it was served chilled with hard pats of butter. No personality for any staff may have seen for 2 seconds.
Except from the fact that the lady got my order wrong, the staff was friendly and helpful. The bathroom on the other hand was an absolute mess. I was really upset to see that a place that deals with food, has a dirty bathroom. There was literally poop Alkoven the wall. The floor and toilets looked like they haven’t been cleaned in a while. Disgusting and it made me overthink to ever eat there again. If the bathroom look like this, what about the hygiene in the rest of the restaurant? Carpets could have needed a vacuum cleaning too.
Service was excellent! Guy at the counter was super nice and helpful. Unfortunately, the food is terribly overpriced and selection is minimum if you do not like mayonnaise.
Nice restaurant. Good outside seating. Food is good. But the portions are WAY too small. Pricy for small portion. Too bad. I won’t be back though.
Nothing special about the food but it might have been overpriced. I only went there cuz I was part of a group I may not go back if it's just me.
I've never seen a cheaper company in my life. I like the food, even though it's overpriced. Like, ridiculously overpriced. MAYBE their sandwiches are worth the money, but the soup and salad?! Give me a break. And their "rewards" program is the biggest joke in the world. It takes FOUR separate orders just to get a $2 off coupon for a "You Pick 2" and that coupon can ONLY be redeemed if you pick up the order from the store. You can't get your whopping $2 discount if you're ordering delivery, EVEN if you're ordering through their app! Because they use DoorDash for their delivery that's apparently the reason. But that makes no sense. It's like, just discount me through YOUR app. I'm not ordering through the damn DoorDash app, I'm ordering through the Panera app! And you're just forwarding the delivery order to DoorDash. It's just... dumb. And cheap. And did I mention cheap? But yea, sure. The food is good.
I just orders Mac and cheese with smokehouse bbq chicken. Mac and cheese is cold, with cheese all over the cup. My sandwich I only received half. This isn’t what I pay $15.00 for. However wonderful service and people! Normally service is excellent and foods wonderful.. so maybe just a bad day.
One of the best decorated Panera Bread locations I’ve been to and the got our takeout order right (not the case most places we go)! However, the team member that took our order this morning seemed very uninterested in helping us or answering any questions we had.
Service is always really slow and they seem to always be having an issue with their app. They also have very strange reduced hours due to a shortage in staff- troubling since they just poured all that money into their new location. Maybe they should have stuck with the way things were, I never used to have a problem before they moved to the new building. Also very disappointing that they promote themselves as such a "healthy" place to eat, and yet, all of their sandwiches come on white bread. Even the multigrain option is white bread! Soups are loaded with salt, sugar, and carbs, even the 10 vegetable soup. Not diabetic friendly at all. The only sugar free drink option is diet coke, water or black coffee. At least across the street at chick fil a I can get a grilled chicken salad with a diet lemonade- and pay half the price for a low carb meal. Something always seems to go wrong with my order since they moved locations, at least this time it was in my favor and I received an extra sandwich- but I can't eat it because the white bread jacked my glucose levels to 174. Maybe that's why my order took twice as long as everyone else's and people who ordered 10 minutes after me were taking away their food before mine was finished... P.S- their coffee subscription program is a complete joke and a waste of time. You'll wait 10-15 minutes for your "rapid pick-up" and when it's finally "ready" an empty coffee cup is placed on the shelf which you then fill yourself. If you order after 10 am, you'll find they're out of everything but decaf. This happened to me three times. I really don't know who this program is designed for, but certainly not for those on their way to work. You're better off waiting 5 minutes in the Starbucks or Dunkin drive-thru, panera's coffee sucks anyways, even if they do have the regular or dark roast you ordered. Burnt tasting and stale.
I'm a big fan of Panera, and have gone on numerous occasions for a great meal there. However, this most recent time did not live-up to what I typically expect from a Panera meal. I ordered their Classic Grilled Cheese sandwich to-go; went to eat it shortly after and found that the bread was not grilled at all, but that the cheese in the middle had been melted and put together with the other piece of bread. It was still tasty, but definitely not what I expected from Panera. I'll be visiting them again though!
update: The lack of training applies to the manager on duty The dude is loudly making recommendations to one of his employees on how to date properly. It is so ridiculously loud that it covers the background music... the handle of my coffee cup was greasy....(the girl who prepared it was wearing gloves, and I assume here that she was multitasking... Previous visit :The food is always decent at Panera. I did not get my side (french baguette), which did not bother me since I had a sandwich. There were 2 employees preparing the take out order, one of them was really loud and obnoxious.... did not care for that.. Another deceiving attempt today , food is OK, but manager is obviously overworked and stressed, and it shows...
The food is wonderful and the location is convenient. The team members working there are also incredibly kind and helpful. However, more often than not, particularly lately, our orders have been wrong. This has included wrong items, missing items, and even things like sandwiches missing the meat that they're supposed to come with. At this point, we've gone from regulars at Panera to treating it like a last resort.
Very nice new restaurant, the physical surroundings are very pleasant. Staffing seems to be an issue as with most places these days. The counter person taking orders was not versed in customer service. She wasn't rude in any way, just unresponsive. She hardly said one word. Then I had to bring back my order twice because there were mistakes. And all it was, was a scrambled egg and bacon on a bagel. But they fixed the order both times and the woman who appeared to be the manager even offered me a free chocolate chip cookie to make up for the problems. So if you like bakery items and food developed in a corporate boardroom, with chaos ensuing when there's any request that doesn't coincide with the standardized menu items, Panera is your place.
They had no cashiers. Forcing people to use the computer order system, and use some type of card to pay. Some people still pay in cash. Looking forward to a buttered baguette, thay should have advised they were out of butter when ordering so we could have ordered differently. Not good.
Not up to the standard of most Panera locations—this was a self serve and order location not well organized, felt more like a cafeteria
Three times now we’ve been shorted on ingredients or sides whenever ordering takeout. A bag of chips missing here, some chicken for my salad missing there… It’s starting to get old.
Service, food quality were great as always. However, the place was completely trashed. The tables and floors were covered in food, empty dishes, crushed chips and food on the floor. And I'm not talking 1 or 2 tables! Every table. Accountability needs to be a conversation managment has with dinning area staff. Other than the lack of pride in the dining area, The cooks did an outstanding job as always. Im hoping for 5 stars next visit.
Service is poor, the cashier looked very annoyed at us, and had no patience. It took a while to get our food, and the bread was way over cooked, it was inedible! The bread was very hard. They didn't put in avocados, cilantro, peppers, or beans like what was expected! They only put chicken, cheese, and sauce. As a side, we ordered an apple but, it was hard and not ripe. Also a bit pricy for the small amount. Not sure if we're coming again...
Went to drive thru... attempted to order food but a good chunk of ingredients or items were unavailable... ordered the mango yuzu drink.. it was gross, not cold and spoiled, almost fermented. MOD first said the batch was only made an hour prior, then was told refrigeration wasn't on... was given a refund, but Panera seriously dropped the ball. Shouldve said screw it and went to Chik -Fil-a or five guys.. save the frustration.
Service has declined over the past year. I only dine there once every few months, but they are always "out" of whatever I order from the menu. The pastries and cookies never seem to be stocked. The restaurant is always dirty. It's definitely not the image that was portrayed when the restaurant opened. I hope it improves because I can see it closing up. I used to enjoy dining there, when they were able to order enough to keep the place stocked. I was told by the cashier to come early in the day if I wanted to order what I wanted. I didn't realize I needed to cater to their needs, since I am paying them for a service.
Recently, I canceled my sip club membership because this location is FREQUENTLY not open for breakfast due to staffing issues. Because I’m only in the area on the weekends (and rare holiday weekdays) it has become increasingly rare that I can order my absolute favorite breakfast soufflé. This morning, after calling ahead a hold request, I arrived to learn my soufflé had been thrown out. So now, I’ll finish my morning errands on an empty stomach because I’m not ordering something else that isn’t what I wanted. I wish this location could get it together. Panera has great food.
I used to love Panera bread, and went there all the time. The bread is not very good. the sandwiches are meh, and this time they didn't even have any rolls. Ways to come in and they have a nice display of pastries out front. But now they just have a glass case with a few things in it the atmosphere is like a cafeteria now, and and the workers are like a bunch of zombies. Having to be forced to order from a kiosk sucked. It used to be a place where I felt I could get a nice healthy fresh meal, and it had a nice atmosphere but that's all gone. I won't be going back again
I love the food but two times in a row I asked for extra croutons for my tomato soup and instead of extra they gave me NONE. Seems like a small thing but the croutons and pepper are the reason I like the soup. I need to hold up the line next time and check my food in the drive thru before I leave. I got all the way to peru so am not going back. But this small thing two times in a row will make me stop going there for a while.
David is the most impolite employee at this establishment. I was interrupted while ordering because I said roast beef instead of steak and was talked down to sarcastically as I was told "it's not a build your own sandwich shop". I don't care how much my girlfriend likes the soup, I will never return to this establishment. Worst customer service I've ever seen!!!
Displeased with the service. Manager come over. When we asked nicely for an extra dressing he brought us it. But it didn’t taste like the dressing on the salad. When we asked if it was the same dressing, he said rudely “ I guess I’m lying but this is the dressing”. Manager is Ben. If I could give a 0 star for service, I would.
Ordered take out online mac and cheese in a bread bowl (came with out the bread bowl) and a flatbread pizza that was stone cold as if it sat out pre made for who knows how long and was poorly reheated. Tried one piece of the pizza after re heating it in the oven and felt sick from just the small piece. Dining room has been closed for who knows how long and only has drive thru for lack of workers.. maybe pay a living wage to motivate workers or to have enough workers to handle the stress of multiple orders.
Food quality went wayyy down and prices went up. Unfortunately this is the case in most places nowadays but am seriously disappointed panera. Not worth the price , go to chic fil a next door
So when someone says extra sauce, they don't mean to a point where you can't taste any other ingredients in the sandwich. This is absolutely ridiculous how much sauce there is, this sandwich is inedible.
20 minutes to get only part of our order. How can a sandwich shop run out of bhagats and bread bowls? Ordering online, at the counter and at kiosks is NOT WORKING. Too many orders at once and not enough staff. This has been an ongoing issue. The last three times I have eaten here it has been poor quality and very very slow.
My son wanted to try the food, would be are first time. When we got there i asked where the rest rooms were ,when I came back out my son told me that the female employee made a snide look and faces at me so needless to say we left with out ordering. The feeling when we walked in was not good. I know why EMPLOYEES!!!!
Ordered Birthday dinner 4 days ago. Placed second order and confirmed at noon. 5:30 get there and their closed due to "staffing shortages" AKA going to get your hair done! What horrible service Panera Plattsburgh NY. No phone call. Just email refund. What a disappointment. On a good note Little Ceasers saved us $75.
Undate: After not being at Panera in a few years, it's still the same. So SAD!! Where do I begin? I gave Panera five different chances, and on all five chances was a disappointment. The last was the straw that broke the camel's back. Four (non customized) breakfast sandwiches. Simple right, straight from the menu. Wrong! Every single breakfast sandwich was wrong. That's not what I ordered. I don't get it, I waited over thirty (30) minutes in store, and the freaking order was wrong. Mind you, it wasn't busy! I called when I got to my destination and let a supervisor know. She said that she could give me a gift card or refund my money. I said a gift card would be OK. The fool that I am in thinking that Panera can do better. No gift card. Instead, what I received was an e-mail apology for my long wait. What the .... Batman! So, four (4) non customized breakfast sandwiches on five different visits, and Panera still can't get it right. Moving forward, I'll stay away from the breakfast menu and hope for the best. THE STAFF IS VERY FRIENDLY, POLITE, and PROFESSIONAL, that's probably why I keep going back. PANERA, I'M NOT UPSET, JUST A LITTLE DISAPPOINTED! YOU GUYS CAN DO BETTER!
They changed the French baguette bread. I used to get the sandwiches on it with a side of the bread because I liked it so much. Now it's both less tasty and also smaller. Bring back the old bread!!!
Online ordered. Wasn't on shelf. Told I did not place order. Fifteen minutes later the bread ordered was good..in sack..without name or form to be on sack via corporate. No apology. I order online specifically to avoid dealing with the staff. The guy that trains staff is the worst. Not worth the aggregation. Could be a decent place...no wonder they always have signs to hire....
I am only giving this a 1 because you can’t give it no stars. Went through the drive thru they had us pull up took 40 minutes to get our food. My husband went inside to see what the wait was and the manager says well it’s a busy time. For a sandwich and bowl of soup 40 minutes, really?? Then they give us half our order. Not a apology from this place for making us wait!!
My family and I went to Panera Bread for the first time tonight in Plattsburgh. What we expected was a clean atmosphere with enjoyable food and a welcoming host boy were we in for a surprise! The dinning area was a complete mess ! Left over food on tables, garbage all over the floor and to make everything worse hair that wasn't mine in my food! I ordered a ceaser salad chicken and was very disappointed to find that not only was my salad greens old but my chicken was be completely ice cold in the middle like it had been in the refrigerator for days! The staff are under staff and have very poor communication skills. They completely dodged any customer who came close to them and answered in very short responses. Not only was my family unimpressed but two families sitting next to who later exchanged words in the parking lot about the terrible experience. My advice? Don't waste your money on Panera bread in Plattsburgh N.Y ! You won't get great service and delicious food but you may question yourself about food poisoning after the experience . What is up with this place?
Extremely bad service at the Belleville location. We came to the drive through at 6:40pm and waited our turn. Coming to order at 6:50, the employee at the drive through told us that the store is closed. (Official closing hour is at 7pm). When we told her that we have been waiting our turn for 10 mins and that there is 10 mins left to closing. She said “We have 3 big orders in front of you so we can’t take your order - we are closed”. She then decided to stop answering us and completely ignored us. The person was very very rude. Never stepping foot again into this location or any other Panera bread.
Two stars because this Panera consistently gives me less than a full sandwich. The Turkey Avocado BLT didn’t even have any Avocado in it. The chicken noodle soup was good and the bowl was full. I choose Panera wherever I travel and my experience always is a sandwich that looks like the picture on the menu or better with more filling: not here! Back for more highway robbery on July 1,2023 and tried the Turkey Avacado BLT which had avacado, but lacked the turkey today. The strawberry salad was good: changed rating from 2 down to one - will not come back to this Panera!!
Now that you have to order on the kiosk, it should actually work. My friend couldn't get it recognize her Panera number. Staff were surly, including shouting at another customer. We will not be coming back.
Can someone actually say when this place is open inside to eat??? Doors are always locked. No Interest in pick up or take out. This time 3 car loads just walked away. Good luck staying open.
Slowest drive thru. Guaranteed. Got 2 ice coffees with no ice. The person at the window onlybstarted preparing my order after i paid and after she took another order. Im convinced there is no management or training in this panera bread.
I recently had a very disappointing experience at Panera Bread. I ordered a chocolate croissant, eagerly anticipating the delicious treat. However, after being promised the croissant, it was suddenly taken away from me. It felt as if it was snatched right from the palms of my hands. This kind of service is unacceptable and left me feeling frustrated and dissatisfied. I hope Panera Bread can improve their service to ensure such incidents don’t happen again. It was mostly the guy in the pride shirt at the register.
The foods awful, half the time i show up and they're out of stock of the bread im after. Staff are decent, most of the time. but the quality to price is a joke, id rather eat pirate food then this. Seriously go anywhere but here, why the heck am i going to a BREAD themed restaurant at 8am and my favorite bread is out of stock . Edit : i may have forgotten to supply photos ^^"
Ordered the 7.99 chicken salad meal, was told they were out of the chicken soup. Told them to replace it with broccoli soup. I was upcharged to $11.79. I asked whyI had to pay more, to just replace the soup. I was told there is “No button” to do that.” I’m very up set and If I was not so tired after flying in from Florida, I would have gone elsewhere. What has happened to common sense and critical thinking?
My wife and I stopped in for a late lunch. We had never been there before. We ordered 2, pick 2. Hers was a cup of soup and a sandwich. Mine was a bowl of soup and a salad. Her cup and my bowl of soup was the same amount of soup with one exception. Mine came with a short, black curly hair. Never again.
This location sucks. They’re ALWAYS out of Asiago bagels. Make more, dude!! Those are the only good bagels. And every time I make a rapid pick up order they ALWAYS leave out the bakery items. EVERY TIME I have to go up to the counter and ask for it and wait. 3 times in 3 weeks. What is the point of rapid pick up?
Ordered from Drive Thru and waited. No issues there. When i got back to the hotel i was shocked what was in the bag as Panera has been a favorite everywhere I go. I ordered the Mediterranean sandwich and it was made on a cinnamon bread that had sugar on the crust? I then opened my 1/2 Asian salad. Literally a bowl of lettuce and 4 pieces of chicken. ABSOLUTELY NOTHING ELSE. Seriously disappointed. Wanted to return but was just too tired to. Probably wont go back again...
i LOVE panera. i was so excited to bring my family (and myself) there this evening for a special treat, and they were “sold out” of almost all their selections. No exaggeration, there was nothing left that looked appealing to me or my family. I was very disappointed, how does something like this happen?
just got done waiting 20 minutes in line for two cookies and a lemonade. witnessed them mess up a bunch of orders in front of us which is probably why it took so long. would never recommend coming here, a girl just wanted some period snacks and i left with the worst service i have received in a very long time. i could have baked my own darn cookies in the time it took to wait for them. not very mindful or demure.
Horrible. No parking unless one orders through drive thru. Ordering on kiosk takes forever. The one counter person was really struggling during the lunch rush hour. Has to be a better way!!!
The new bread is terrible now, I’m sorry but it’s not good at all. I will still get the soup but no more anything with bread.
I've been in customer service for over 25 years. Never have I tossed and/or thrown products at my customers. Times are a changin...
This place used to be one of my most favorite places to go eat but over the last few years it has gone completely downhill. Food is not good anymore . The quality isn’t good anymore and the cleanliness of the restaurant is terrible. The bathrooms are absolutely filthy! I don’t know what happened but I hope they get it together.
Called to speak with a manager about the way David O'Connell is representing himself as well as their company and the manager hung up on me rather than answering my questions. This justifies a negative review.
This place is horrible no this no that. Don’t even tuna. How about you say give me 10 min and we’ll make it. Just horrible. The starts of 3.9 accurately reflect this place. Don’t bother coming here they won’t have something you planned on ordering. Place is clean… maybe because no one comes here.
Had got whole sandwich of steak mozzarella cheese the steak was dry and was tasteless I brought home for my dog and the cat ate it .I would not order again and I love food. I was looking forward to eating there. I would not order that sandwich
I ordered a grilled cheese and receive this, with one side faintly toasted and the other not toasted at all. Cheese in the center barely melted, as if they just threw it on for a second then tossed it in the microwave. Adding more: 1/23/2025 I’m updating my review to add a recent experience. Pictured in my hand is the $10 half ciabatta cheesesteak. The photos on the website showed a lovely looking sandwich full of meat, veggies and cheese. What you actually receive is a sandwich that measures just over 4” long with a minuscule amount of filling. It’s safe to say it is officially time to say adios to Panera Bread.
