Came by yesterday afternoon. As soon as we walk in we are greeted so kindly by a man named Danny. Overheard him on the phone being very kind. Once he got off the phone he started working hard during all that he was reassuring all customers about their wait / food. He was so kind, loud and definitely deserves a raise. The wait was long! That's something they can work better at because that's always an issue here. I wasn't too mad yesterday because I was really happy with Danny's customer service. I can tell others felt the same way. My 5 stars are all for him.
Wings stop is one of my favorite wing spots. I ordered Louisiana Rub and sweet bbq blaze. It was delicious. I would highly recommend this location of wingstop!
Covid has happened, things are opening back up again, and I understand; the staffing, wait time, and amount of Customers Ordering again can be Hard on the Employees, so thank you for my order today. Yes, their website says 15-21mins for ready, pick up, but that depends on the time ordered and placed, so expect 30-40mins instead of said time. These people are here for you, because you didn't want to cook; I'm one of them. Thank you for being as professional as you can with the rude customers you had today before me.
I was a little skeptical after I read the reviews but was in the area so ordered to go. The order was ready on time and the staff was friendly. The wings were the best I've had in a long time. Lots of sauce (although a little oily) and scrumptious wings! So much better than the buffalo wild winds that we usually eat! Loved their blue cheese!
Came in on a Thursday night and ordered 20 wings of various flavors. Also got some fries and veggie sticks! Very flavorful and usually I know wing stop is notorious for taking forever to make the wings, I only had to wait about 10 minutes this time. Not too sure what that's about but I'm not complaining. I'd go again to try and see how long it'll take the next time.

Well, that was enough for me, so I made a quicPMk u-turn and plowed the Ram into the first parking spot, and we went in and had the most Amazing spicy chicken wings on the planet! ☆☆☆☆☆

The food is good but the service and wait time is very slow. I know they need time to cook the food but even if you call it in, you arrive and sometimes they forget to put your order in so that's additional time also they get alot of delivery pick up orders so if your hungry be cautious thinking your going to eat right away.

The food is good but the service and wait time is very slow. They take a lot of time, I suppose it's worth it but I had to wait for a whole hour, we even ended up being the last people, when we were the second one to come. But the food was good after all.
I love the Wingstop wings. I love the original hot sauce. Unfortunately, the staff there always seems overwhelmed by the amount of clients they have. The restaurant is not cleaned as often as it should be. But the biggest reason that I'm giving this three stars is it has become almost unaffordable. Price per wings is almost $2 a wing. At this point. That's more than my budget can allow.
Ordered take out and an order of fries was missing. Went back and the guy at register spoke the most broken English I've ever heard. I tried to explain I was missing fries and he did not understand so he ended up getting his manager. I eventually got My fries and left. I don't know why they would put someone up front who has trouble speaking English.

I’ll be completely honest with you, my meal was very depressing. For everyone who ordered hot wings flavor & spicy Korean on this day is probably tasting what I’m tasting. For whatever reason it just taste sour it doesn’t have the taste that it’s labeled not even close. Definitely will not have Wingstop anytime soon. The soda was good at least 😭
My order was wrong. Ordered boneless wings and got bone-in wings. The wings were under cooked, not seasoned, the only seasoning is the sauce. The fries were gross and soggy. The so-called Cajun seasoning is mostly sugar with a tiny bit of salt. Absolutely gross.
No one ever answers the phone. It’s as if they go out of their way to ignore it. The only reason they get 2 stars is that the food is good and the cashiers are nice, but this phone thing is out of control. I’ll start going elsewhere. UPDATE: Since posting this review, absolutely nothing has changed. They actively ignore their phones it seems. I do not want to be forced to order online because my order always seems to be wrong when I do it that way. I wonder how much money they lose to frustrated customers from not answering their phone. Nothing has changed, avoid unless you’re willing to wait 45-60 minutes.
Terrible customer service!! The restaurant itself needs a good clean it had lots of flies. I ordered a meal and an additional 2 sandwiches it was a 20 minute wait. The chicken was dry with no flavor. Won’t be back

It was terrible. I was here for the first time and asked to give me just wings, as a result they gave me strips. And it was the worst meal I've ever had. The breading was burnt and the taste was very rotten. The only good thing is the friendly cashier who helped me get free potatoes, but the potatoes were awfully soft and mega-hyper-salted. My stomach immediately felt and began to hurt. Never here again.

Got my order after 20 minutes, and was missing 1 of 2 items a chicken sandwich. Management did nothing to make it better and treated me as if they were the ones that got screwed, I lost 15 minutes of my time . Not coming back.
The wings are not as crispy as some other stores and they have gotten my orders wrong several times. This is the closest location to my apartment so I tried to put up with it, but I just couldn't stand it anymore. Today I ordered online and picked up in store, seeing all the orders were packed and stapled I didn't feel like opening up the packaging, plus the concern about exposure to virus. I didn't find out that my order was wrong until I got home, mango habanero was the flavor that I craved the most and it was not there. I called the store immediately and finally got some feedback after 40 min waiting on the phone. The manager declined my request for the refund of the wrong portion and insisted on me bringing back the wrong flavor in order to process my refund; although I was offered the option of putting my mango habanero order in the book (just go to the store and pick up for free) but at this point I have already made up my mind to never go to this particular location ever again so I declined. While I was waiting on the phone with the store manager I also called up their customer service line, and the rep noted down my information and replied 'I will submit this to upper management and you will hear from us asap.' That was such a surprising and ridiculous response; how hard is it to get refund from Wingstop? I'm not sure if I'm more upset about them getting my order wrong or their refusal to give me the reasonable refund that I request..
Ordered in store on a dead night. Dudes behind the counter waited and stared at the wall for 20 mins before asking again for the name on the order. They then look at the doordash orders and go, “Uhh yeah I don’t see that name here”. Omg no way, maybe it’s because it was ordered directly in front of your face? “Uhh I guess we should get started on that then.” Half an hour for fries. Bless the mothers of these men, bc there isn’t a whole lot there.
I only go to this location because it's the closest to my house. Pure chaos. Employees yelling at each other, arguing with each other. My order has been wrong on multiple occasions. My order hasn't been ready when promised on numerous occasions. I understand a few minutes, but 30+ is absolutely unacceptable. Walked in at 1130 the other morning after placing a mobile order. 1130 was the promised time from the application itself. The lady at the counter literally looked at me and said, "we just opened, i don't know when your order will be ready!" She then had the audacity to toss in on the counter and walk away without saying a word. Was there yesterday. One employee wasn't wearing a mask and another had the mask on her chin. I sincerely hope management sees these reviews. The customer service at this location is atrocious!

They offered me a free drink if I leave a good review but no I don’t need it. Never back. That was a bad idea to spend time in place where people don’t respect customers.

We ordered through DoorDash and waited for our order. When we finally got it, we saw that they only brought us half. The dasher said the employee was confused cause he split our order in two and instead of giving him both our bags with the same information on it, he gave him one. So that was $30 in food we didn’t get. I tried to call 6 times in a row and never got through. Also, the fries were soggy and the roll was hard. They’re the worst. It seems like they’re trying to avoid taking calls.
Food takes way too long to prepare. Other Wingstops don't take 45min for an order of two meals. Get your act together, definitely won't be coming back to this location.
About 4 years ago, this was the fastest place i could get wings with a service. Now, this and others just have gone bad service. The food is not what I order and so many things I can say. It's sad that this happens. I guess the workers don't get paid enough, not too many staff on the kitchen taking orders from walk-in or from too many apps now.
Who wants to wait 30 min for fast food? Orders are wrong every time. Too many other options for wings that I don't need to waste my time at Wingstop anymore.
This spot is handing out CHUNKY ranch. Curds all in it. And then they proceed to NOT answer to phone when calling to find out what I just ate. It was NOT blue cheese. I'm coming in tomorrow in person with this nasty ah ranch and showing whoever I need to. Serving chunky ranch I have never wanted to approach every worker in a location face to face playing with my food like this. NAH
Genuinely the worst customer service experience around. Just zero effort or thought put into the customer experience it’s a shameful way to do business. Customer service at Taco Bell is at least 6x better.

I put an online order wait for the time they told me I'll be ready. They had me wait a total of 1 hour while they were just hanging around and sipping the Starbucks coffee and still messed up my order. They tried to blame everything on a lady working by herself while the other ones were just standing. If I cut put zero star I would have.

today around 8:40 we order food for dinner bone in and chicken tenders with fries nothing taste good, not fresh at all, i can tell they reuse oil for days. we called but they never answer. to expensive for food like that we couldn’t eat it was really disgusting

I think that any person deserves good service because we are paying, they were not giving us the food for free. The cashier also said that if I didn't like it, I would never come back to eat there and of course I won't go back as long as there are those types of people who don't know how to treat customers.
They have always been slow but the portions and price used to be competitive. Now they served us two "10 piece" orders in a half full package that used to hold a single order of thre same. I used to have leftovers with the same order, now I'm left hungry. The pieces are now tiny, and they even skimped on the hot sauce. They now charge $2 extra for the tiniest container of ranch that used to be included. Totally unacceptable amount of food with skyrocketing prices. I used to love this place despite the wait. The wait was there because the food was worth it. Now I will never go back.
I came into this place today to get my fix. Haven’t been here in a while. I saw that at three-piece tenders meal was now $17.00. Seriously??? That will get me a very nice Mexican plate plus tip at most decent Mexican restaurants. I turned around and walked out. Never again.
NO STARS IF POSSIBLE. Food took an hour to get to us. We ordered and was never given a reciept. We paid a total of 32 dollars. It took 20 mins to get the cashiers attention. Given they were short staffed, it shouldnt mean that we shouldnt get all of our order. We ordered a 10 wing bone in combo, fries, dipping sauce a drink qnd qn extra fry. Im calling in to get a refund for the 2 fries we didnt recieve after waiting that long as we have already left and live far from this location. Ive been on hold for 15 mins via phone.
