Greeted at the door, table was clean. Our server, Deanna was so nice. Food came quickly and hot. Breadsticks were warm, chicken and gnocchi soup, chicken marsala fettuccine was delicious. I had lots of leftovers.

The place was busy, but we got seated fairly quick. The waitress was pleasant, fast and accurate with our order. the menus had a lot of great choice, which to pick from. I personally have my favorite. As Always the unlimited salad bowl is a meal of its own. Will be back again quite often. luv Olive Garden.. Great job guys. Bill

We all had a wonderful meal here. Our server, Katie was AMAZING! She gave helpful.suggestions and was quick with refills and clearing plates. I really enjoyed the five cheese marinara! Everything was on point!

My friend and I went in today 5/22 for a girls lunch. What a wonderful experience. When we walked in we were greeted so genuinely by a young lady and seated right away. Our server was excellent. Shout out to Dallas. He was so polite, respectful, soft spoken, comfortable, had perfect timing and was ready to help with whatever we needed. He even asked if there was anything else he could do for us before excusing his self for the final time. It’s very hard to find a well rounded server in all aspects and he was excellent! When we were leaving we were asked how everything was as well. We really enjoyed ourselfs today, thank you for being so kind and professional!

Our family had such a great experience at this Olive Garden. Of course the food was delicious, unlimited salad and breadsticks for days. As a family we go out each weekend in the Hudson Valley. I have never had a better server then I did for my daughter's birthday. Our server Ruby was amazing! Great place to go to , I go here alot with my family and also friends this place is great , first off they always provide free salad and bread sticks which I simply love and then come to the table with fresh hand tossed salad and the top it off they give you fresh shredded parmesan cheese which is just so good. My go to place for sure for a good Italian cuisine. We came here to celebrate the Boston Slammers winning the 13U girls baseball tournament that was held at the Hudson Valley Sports Dome...We had a 3 hour ride back home, so we wanted to have a good meal at an affordable price...Our servers were great, they brought out our drinks, appetizers, and meals in a timely fashion...They also came by several times (2-3) to make sure everything was okay...The place was packed with people but they took care of us regardless...We will definitely be coming back to this Olive Garden if we are in the area...We had a great time there...Go Slammers!!!

Why did i never come to olive garden before?!! First timer. Came w two 5 year old girls. The affordable kids meals are loved . The wine selection is awesome . My meal- stuffed chicken marsala, is phenomenal. The vibe is calm, yet very kid friendly, perfect for a mom trying to wind down while also feeding kids. Lastly and most importantly- service is make it or break it for me. Our server Ruby is one of the best ive had eating out. Shes personable, sweet, efficient, fast, knows what shes doing. Service is 12/10. Manager Sandi came to check on us, which any good manager should do. We will be back. Safe to say the olive garden is very underrated. Bonus points for the kids thinking were at a "fancy" restaurant, only possible w a clean and well managed establishment.

They have the tables at a good social distance apart. Our server Tim was so great, with helping with my wine selection and he was not cheap with the cheese. The salad was fresh. I loved that my food was hot like he brought it out as soon as it was done. Large portions two people can share.

Kristen was our server at 2:30 lunch. Everything excellent. Salad very crisp, & warm breadsticks. So glad, I ordered the appetizer, Shrimp Fritto Misto! Plump shrimp & green peppers with light tempura batter. Two side sauces, of marinara & spicy ranch, went well with it. Entrees of Cheese Ravioli & Seafood Alfredo, with dessert of Tiramisu so very yummy!!

I forgot to take pictures, but it was great from start to finish. We were seated immediately, and it wasn't much of a wait to get our drinks and appetizers. We both ordered the Eggplant Parm, and I had salad. My friend went with the Minestrone soup, and we shared a basket of breadsticks. Everything was fresh and delicious! Our waiter was very attentive and had a relaxing vibe about him. Will definitely be back again!

I have no complaints. Our waiter was very fun and kind, and he was willing to help us with whatever he needed. Even though parts of my family didn’t understand english quite well, he didn’t get angry, and instead was thoughtful with helping us order. The food was amazing, and so were the breadsticks. The mints are really good and in all the experience was 5 stars. I would definitely come again, and would recommend this if you want good Italian food before the Walkway Over the Hudson.

What a great dinner; we both ordered from the fan favorites menu (Beef Tortellini and Portobello Ravioli) and they were delicious! So sad they are going away on 3/16 -- hurry up and try them before they're gone! Our server Claire was fabulous. We sat in the back dining room (didn't even know it was there), nice atmosphere.💜

Well... It's an Olive Garden. The servers were very nice and the food was fantastic. My reason for taking away a star was that the wait after being seated and in-between actions (taking an order, delivery of appetizers, delivery of food, follow up) was a bit long each time. I will grant that we went on a Saturday night, and it was busy. However, to me, that's when you should have more staff on. Other than that, it was a good time. I wish I remembered what chicken dish I ordered, but it was delicious. I think it was their version of marsala.

It's really not bad. The kitchen probably needs a good once over and a few small updates both in the kitchen and restaurant. I enjoy a few of there dishes like the 5 cheese marina with grilled chicken and rigitoni, or the chicken parm. Like the chocolate mousse cake too!

I came here for lunch with my parents and it okay. The servers were very attentive, and the decor was lovely. The berry sangria was not great. It was way too sweet to the point where it was like drinking a glass of sugar water. The spicy Italian soup was not spicy at all, but had good flavor. The entree, 6oz sirloin with a side of fettuccine Alfredo was okay. The steak was well cooked. However, they skipped on the sauce for all of our pasta dishes and we wound up having to order an extra side of Alfredo sauce. Overall it was a decent experience, but I definitely do not recommend the sangria.

Typical Olive Garden, the waitress definitely helped though otherwise it would of been 3 stars. I've been to this location with my family multiple times and for some reason the outside right near the entrance always smells like sewage or cooking oil that has gone bad, don't know why. Good thing the smell doesn't linger inside.

Haven't been to olive garden in a very long time. We were celebrating my son's birthday and he requested to go here. I was very impressed with our server Joe. Hard to find good staff these days and he was very attentive and kind. They sang happy birthday when my sons dessert came out too! My daughter wasn't crazy about their gluten free chicken parmesan but we were happy to see choices to choose from regardless.

I'm not sure what happened, but Olive Garden's bread sticks are no longer tasty and flavorful. Perhaps they've changed their supplier, but it's not a good change. I always liked their endless soup, salad, and bread sticks, but I will have to think that over now. This trip, however, I had their eggplant parmesan. This used to be very good here, but again something has changed and not for the better. At last the salad is still the same, but I must say their Parmesan cheese also has changed; so no more sprinkling healthy portions of cheese on the salad. Altogether a disappointing experience except for the service. The waiter was excellent.

I was there this afternoon and everything was wonderful wonderful hostess. We heard a server being very rude to a young hostess very hostile and confrontational a grown man to a very young girl. It was very upsetting and unprovoked. I really hope she reported this and if she didn't I hope this is reviewed. If that was my daughter I would have lost my mind.

Well, first off I must say Olive Garden is not what it used to be. Came here today to celebrate my daughter’s birthday, she was so excited to eat a great meal but apparently Olive Garden isn’t capable of such. So I sat down with a party of 7. First we ordered our drinks which is where our first problem came into play. I had asked for a Diet Coke and the server comes back with a Dr Pepper. You figure oh alright it’s not a big deal. So I just drink it anyway. I ordered appetizers which were fantastic by the way. But when I ordered our food. I had asked for the steak and Alfredo with Crispy chicken and Shrimp. My food comes out with no chicken and just shrimp. I ask for them to give me it back with the chicken but apparently that’s too much for them. The server gets an attitude with me talking about, “well the order says shrimp so you get shrimp”. So eventually they come out with my food once again yet it has grilled chicken instead of crispy chicken. So I decide that it’s not a big deal and eat it anyway. Yet the food tastes like it’s been sitting under a lamp in the middle of the kitchen. Mind you, all my other guests food was completely cold as well. They were also complaining about the broccoli being under cooked, the pasta being total mush like baby food. And the pasta was sticking together. The silverware even seemed like it wasn’t washed properly. So like any other polite human being, we decide to suck it up and push it down. Eventually the bill comes around. I pay, and decide to use the bathroom before I leave. The bathroom has toilet paper on the floor, and hair in the drain. To make my point, just do better Olive Garden.

Very disappointed on our last visit. The pasta fagioli soup was sour. The server and manager both tasted some in the kitchen, apologized and offered me more of a new batch of soup as they agreed it was bad. I declined. I was surprised when the bill came, they didn't even comp us a soda. Not the way to handle someone you served spoiled food to. Had a lousy upset stomach all night.

It feels very outdated and the food is NOT as good as it once was. Our fried noodles tasted like Chinese Food and the Alfredo sauce was water and flavorless. For our 1 night a month we got out on our date night, it was greatly disappointing. Probably some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced

I walked in to the restaurant and asked for a booth. One of the front girls was skeptical about assigning a booth tome, I don't know why if there was not s lot of people. Then, I waited for someone to start taking my orders then I see people coming in and minutes later I see a waiter taking their orders and I am just sitting there being ignored.

I had a terrible experience at this restaurant, mostly due to our server Yuli. First, it took forever for her to take our order. We specifically asked for the unlimited dip for our breadsticks, but she only brought the breadsticks. When she came back with our salad five minutes later, we had to remind her about the dip. She also forgot to bring any cheese for the salad. The real frustration started when, after waiting 30 minutes for our entrees, Yuli came back to our table and asked for our order again, claiming the “system messed up.” We repeated our order, only for her to get it wrong. When we pointed out that she missed a modification, she was incredibly defensive and blamed the kitchen instead of apologizing. From there, things only got worse. She never came back to check on us, and we had to wave her down every time we needed something. Overall, Yuli was unprofessional, unresponsive, and made a simple meal a frustrating experience. I won’t be coming back anytime soon.

Food took forever to come out. The tablet they used for us to pay on didn't work . It took about 45 minutes to pay. The manager was supposed to come over to help but she neglected to. We go there often and just about every time there is an issue. I don't blame the servers just the managers. When there is a problem the Manager should be there to help not hiding. Next time we go out as a family Olive garden will definitely be at the bottom of the list.

I wish I could rate zero stars! I have never had such a terrible experience with this Olive Garden. I had a long week & honestly was looking forward to our meal. Once seated our waitress did arrive quickly & took our drink order, appetizer & our entrees. 45 minutes later we still do not even have our drinks. She shows up with them & happily states that our meals will be out shortly, that’s wonderful but where the hell did our appetizer, soup & salad go? Needless to say they eventually show up & are not the right soups at all. Meanwhile we had to wait 20 minutes or more for refills. Now the entrees arrive & our pasta looks like the sauce could literally be peel off the top of the rigatoni. Obviously these have been sitting around waiting. The food was cold & I could have broken a tooth on the noodles since they were hard as a rock. When the waitress was confronted she said o they seem a little Al dente. Needless to say we left not eating anything but salad & still paid over $70. Please if you want good quality food skip right on by this location

The food is always great! This is why we come there! But the service isn’t the best. Advice: keep politics and prejudices outside of Olive Garden. It’s a shame that this location has changed so much. It once was my favorite place to dine! But there’s a couple of waiters employed at this location that are prejudice and make the experience disappointing. We will not be coming again.

Was very disappointed. I have gone to this restaurant for years and always enjoyed it. The salad dressing which is usually so delicious was "milky" with an unpleasant taste, the soup was nothing but potatoes with one small piece of sausage in a broth that tasted like skim milk with chicken broth instead of the yummy creamy texture I'm used to. And worst of all the bread sticks were bitter. I could not even eat them. I will not be back 😟

Olive Garden was absolutely terrible , food was cold , lacking flavor and seemed rushed will be the last time we go there $292 bill I could’ve gotten a better entree at a local Pizzeria save your money

this had to be one of the worst foods that I have eaten in a long time it was like microwave type of food I had the chicken parmesan the Alfredo and lasagna trio and it was burnt had no flavor the best part of the whole entire meal on my side was the mango iced tea that was excellent my husband had the chicken parmesan and literally had better food when we were in prison many years ago I do not recommend Olive garden that's pretty bad when you can't even serve a good meal the waiter said I could have it remade but by that time it was too late and I just wanted to leave the fried raviolis meat substance inside of it I have no idea what it was but it was disgusting the chicken parmesan that my husband had looks like those entrees that you buy in the frozen section of the supermarket the little patties slap some nasty sauce on it and a piece of mozzarella cheese that's a chicken parmesan it was the worst food I have ever tasted the only reason giving a one star is because it will not let me give any less the way they did try to rectify it that's why the service got three the atmosphere is okay when you work walk in it's beautiful Daniel de take you to the back room and it's diner style seating do not be surprised when you walk in because when you walk in it looks elegant when you get to be seated it's diner style seating diner style food actually diner style food is way better

There was not a pleasant smell at the front of the restaurant. Our waiter was forgetful. Our salad and soup was brought to our table before our drinks ever came out. We also ordered the sauce for the breadsticks at the beginning and had to remind the waiter to bring it. It was not brought out until we asked again when. the kids meal came out. There was no manager present in the dining area.

We went there tonight. As soon as we got seated the waiter informed us that there is no clean silverware yet! We waited over 10 minutes for it to come out. The Calamari Appetizer were all small and a bit too crazy and it came out bf someone's meatball appetizer came out. Got Shrimp Scampi, my usual w Spaghetti. Another party got an entree and we took an entree of Rigatoni to go. You can see in the pic they didn't even mix the sauce in it but plopped it on! The breadsticks were stale as they were very on the ends and even my after dinner. Cappuccino was horrible and sandy on the bottom and just didn't taste as well as it usually does this time. I specifically asked for my shrimp well done and with grill marks but didn't get it again. I had even spoken to the mgr beforehand about my last 3 Shrimp Scampi entrees being served undercooked. He suggested I ask for them well done and request the grill marks next time. So, I did this time, yet, they were literally still undercooked thoroughly this time, too! When you're in the bathroom sick after going to a restaurant this is a sign of unhygienic and uncleanliness! Olive Garden, I have given you plenty of chances to literally "clean up your act" and to serve hygienic food up to expected standards as deserved for any customer! Epic Fail and I'm now done and will be reporting this to the Dutchess County Health Department even tho they don't care-it will still be reported. Maybe when someone finally gets sick enough they will both care and do something about it!

So I made a reservation for 34 people for a 40th Birthday party Dinner a month in advance. The food was great but the general manager was not. First of all they try to give you a 2hr window to eat. Let's just say that didn't happen. We did have 34 people with kids there. The 2 servers Matt & Ruby were phenomenal! They did a great job, however my son, when he went to use the rest room overheard the general manager Charlene Laboy the one that I made the reservation with, bad mouth our party and complained to another manager that we were taking so long and that we didn't need another table, that some people in my party can stand. Well I'll tell you I WILL NEVER USE OLIVE GARDEN FOR ANYTHING LIKE THAT EVER AGAIN. The only good thing that came out of this is the food was good and we had a good time other than management who sucks. I will never use Olive Garden again.
