I always love the milkshakes the buttery jacks and the jalapenos poppers when they have them.
Sometimes they are slow but they where faster tonight they where all nice the food was nice and hot and the one this I love about Jack in the box is they keep their ranch cold :) I wish more places did that.
This place is decent! Usually fast service threw drive thru and never had an issue besides occasionally I get a little screwed on fries when busy but I always go back
If I have to eat fast food, this is my favorite. So.ehiw the hamburgers taste more like beef to me. I love their munchies menu.
I like the full leaf of lettuce that they put on the burgers and the Taco's. They may be greasy and deep fried, but dang are they good. Just tried the Nacho tacos, yum, cheesiest and spicy. Only fastfood open on Christmas Day.
It's important to appreciate those food service workers who work hard for us customers. Margaret at the fast food window was fast and polite and I made a point to remember her name for this review!
Jack in the box is really great. I recommend eating Jack in the box anywhere honestly but here they do everything delicious . I never really have a problem here. But once I came like 2 months ago and my prep shake was real messy and messed up. I know everything can't be perfect but it looked horrible honestly but it shouldnt stop you from coming here QED eating because it's good but if you're picky about your food well maybe go somewhere else. But if you are like me you won't care and will just munch end munch away or will slurp slurp away.! 🤤😂😍
I came in around 9pm and My chicken teriyaki bowl was very good and hott just the way I like it. Also customer service was decent. I'll come back cause it is way better then burger king with there cold food

I eat at Jack in the Box relatively often but but I got the most delicious spicy chicken sandwich I have ever had in my entire life tonight and let me just say.... fantastic! spot on! whoever's cooking you should give him a raise because he just made my heart super happy.

The service was great and the employees were very helpful. Smiles as we stepped up to make our order, they even waited for my daughter to get the app up on her phone. The order was delivered to our table in a timely manner. Food was hot and yummy 😋🤤. Iced coffee was nice and frosty cold. We had the supreme sausage sandwiches, yummy yummy 😋🤤.
I love Jack in the box, I crave Jack in the box, I love the ultimate cheeseburger, I add onions to it. I love the workers, I dont talk to them, but I can sense how amazing they are, I also love thr oreo milkshake, I love alot of stuff, but im still not done. I love the food, please eat here. EDIT: I have deleted my 1 star review and replaced it with a 5 star review. Since my first encounter with this place, lots of changes seem to have been made. I haven't seen the line stretch into other parking lots in a few months and when I have gone here, my order gets done pretty quick. I've also not had 1 instance where I have had to park and wait in front of the store. I have received excellent customer service over the past few months. I recommend Jack in the Box in Red Bluff, CA. Great job shaping up the business!!
Absolutely wonderful. They got a big rush as I was pulling in but handled it beautifully. I ordered non-pressed sausage witch takes more time but worth it for the taste and they did exactly that. And to top it all off they served me with a smile and a have a great day. Top notch customer service.

I was very happy when I pulled into the driveway and found out that they didn't have closed their shake machine down yet. As I was just at the competitors Arby's and they had already closers down. So Jack in the box wins
I filled up at the station and asked the kid there which of these fast food places has the best cheeseburger, and without hesitation he pops off Jack in the Box! Man-O-Man was I surprised by that answer, so I asked him why... He gave me a bunch of nutwack crazy reasons, but when he said they've got this special Sourdough Cheeseburger that they make extra special for him...I was all in! Then he said tell them it's for Dirt Clod at the gas station, and that's exactly what I did. That cheeseburger was Amazing! 5 stars ☆☆☆☆☆
This time around just wasn't as pleasant as past visits ....i couldn't use my online offers because there is no option to pay cash upon pickup and i didn't have a card at the time....... The cashier definitely didn't try to hide the fact of being impatient and annoyed at the fact i was asking to use the coupons without the app, food was good though

The guy that works there in the evening time. Is so very friendly and always has a smile even though you can tell he's very tired. I got an iced coffee which was very good considering it was a Jack In The Box coffee.
It was ok but we had to go somewhere else to use a restroom.. so even though they say it's a 24-hour restaurant or fast food only the drive-thru is open the lobby is locked you cannot use their facilities at all
The food is usually good but they are pretty pricey here. 2 tacos are now $1.39 and combo meals are anywhere from $7 to $9, burgers alone about $5. I love their shakes but also expensive, $4 for a regular size. One of only 2 places in town open 24 hours though.
Most of the time things are fine but they nearly always park cars which I get they have a timer but corporate needs to stop people can wait a few minutes and stop putting unnecessary pressure on people I truly belive jt drastically increases the risk for the mistakes they make and often results in losing more money. They have given me the wrong item or and entirely wrong order before and they can't really take it back so they lost the food they gave me and had to re-make mine (tbh I'm not super picky but it depends on what I paid vs what I got if it's something im fine with I'll just eat it but it sucks not getting what I paid for. I will say the staff is always super friendly and nice and I don't think they don't care or are intentionally are messing up I think the timer is way to much pressure hive them the time to do their job and stop making cars park. They are always nice, polite and apologize for any mistakes and fix it but I truly feel all the blame doesn't lie on them...
It is Our go when we have fast food. I ordered using the app and it to getting in the drive thru it took 18 minutes to get Up to the window to get the order. There should be something that makes ordering on the app so that you don't have to wait in drive thru line. Like special parking outside and the order brought. out to you when you get there. That could be part of the app. It was convenient and payment was all done, It was the 18 minutes in the drive thru that was not so great. Ty
Jack in the box waits until you order to cook what you want. For us that was a twenty minute wait. I ordered an ultimate breakfast sandwich. Fantastic. Well worth the wait and of course served piping hot
They were Keto sympathetic and had a clean dining room. Very accommodating compared to most fast food places. I avoid fast food unless my options are slim, they were open late. If you need calories this is a decent stop.

Food was good, just my coffee was cold 😢 but everything was really good. Bathrooms were very clean and staff was very friendly. Great location for breakfast on this trip 👌 highly recommend it. Sorry I gave it the 4 stars bc of the cold coffee ☕😪 otherwise great everything else 🙃
Fast service but fries were warm at best and same with the burgers just warm . I like my food hot thats why only 3 stars . They get 5 for getting the order correct thats always a plus
This use to be my favorite place but like all fast foods they changed the meat to that gross stuff. I no longer eat eat hamburgers. I cant pay the money and get poor quality meat. Its not just j in the b. They all did it.
I ordered Jack in the Box from Doordash and there were 4 drinks in my order. Two of them said "Robin" (my name) and the other 2 said "Batman" and "Alfred." Thank you Red Bluff JIB worker. I was extremely amused! :D
Went here for the first time. The spicy chicken burger was o.k. We were expecting it to be really good based on peer reviews. However we were disappointed, not unsatisfied. Also, we ordered one HOMESTYLE RANCH CLUB sandwich but were really disappointed to find bacon in it. @Management, you should look into moving that (and any other items which are not exclusively chicken) food item away from the CHICKEN MENU in your DRIVE THROUGH! Unfortunately, we had to throw our burger since we don't consume bacon. Might think twice about Jack in the Box again....
Had sourdough burger. Nothing like they used to be. And absolutely nothing like the ad images. They had little taste, I can't recommend buying one or anything from Jack!
Made a mobile order 5 minutes before I got there. Pull into the drive thru, tell them I have a mobile order. When I got to the window, they thought I was the car behind me. Told them I was the mobile order. A couple minutes go by, and they hand me my food, but not my drinks. I let them know what I ordered, and they get it to me. Little did I know, they forgot to give me one of the items I ordered. After getting home 20 minutes later, I found out. Called and they put me in the books to get that item next time I come in.
Inside is clean and is usually not busy. The drive thru seems to always have a long line of cars. This wouldn't be an issue if the line didn't block traffic from other businesses, but the line moves quick so you shouldn't be stuck for long. This location frequently gets my order mixed up (wrong drink type or missing items) but they are always willing to give you another on your next visit (of you call in) or fix the order immediately if you bring it to their attention.
If anyone has seen my reviews of fast food places, they all get about the same rating. It's not because one is better than the next up the road. It's just that, Jack in the Box is what it is, Jack in the Box. The service here is very good, the employees are friendly and usually under fire! This place just explodes at times with cars backed up into the thru lane. Don't let that stop you. I personally like Jack in the Box. Like their variety, prices, and come on, the Sourdough Burger? Yes! They're hours, 24/7 is a plus too!
First time in a Jack in the box. Taste of the food was good. Price is ok. You get your food in a paper bag even when you eat inside. It took quite long to get the food. Probably not my favorite restaurant.
Not the greatest. And I've lost my bank card twice there. Yet they didnt have my card. They jad a red card. Which mine was a red bank card.
The service in here is really slow. It took over 20 mins to get our order dining in the other day. I dont know what's going on here. When we did get our food it didn't seem like it was even fresh cooked. It was like it had been already out half the day.
The chicken sandwich I got tasted a little old. The soda dispenser was really dirty. The bathroom was really bad. No paper towels no toilet paper and the garbage was overflowing and there was diarea on the wall behind the toilet. Not going back there.
Food is a typical fast food that has a wider variety of options. Usally under staffed and not helpful or friendly. Management is practically nonexistent.
They need to develop a system to get ppl through the drive thru faster. I have waited up to 10 minutes more than once. I think they should have ppl pull thru and park and run their orders out to their car for large orders.
Food tasted okay. It wasnt much to brag about or to say except it filled the need. They got the order wrong. I asked for money on 2 sandwiches and they forgot to make it without it. I just took off the egg, but it should of been.made correctly the first time. They forgot to put in the 2nd hasbrown and I had to send in my granddaughter to go get it. I won't eat there again unless nothing else is available.

The cashier just stood there texting while I waited to order for 3-4 mins before looking up to greet me. I could see three other people working! He acted like he was doing me q favor when he finally looked up: "yeah I can take your order now."
Drive thru order of $87.37, two households. Had to ask for my 3rd drink. When I checked the order, there was one complete meal missing. Second soda wasn't a soda but a tea. Entered lobby to get missing order and had to wait 10 minutes just to get a medium fry. I realize it was Christmas night and there were a lot of people making orders but as a previous fast food worker, you are supposed to check the order before handing it out the window. Seriously disappointed in my experience.

Can't get am iced tea with my meal on Dopr Dash. Can't get a lot of drinks I can get with a meal in person. I've changed my diet was was going to try the salads but there is nothing but water for me to drink.
I just got home and ate at least 3 of my mini tacos and noticed the dark green slimey lettuce in my box and started picking it out it was loaded with rotton lettuce! They did care about people! Grosssssssszzz

Every single time I come here it’s ether bad customer service or they mess up our food this time its 10:30 pm with a line of cars behind me we have been sitting here for ever it took 20 minutes for them to say anything not a sorry for the wait nothing we get to the window and make us wait agin then finally take my card and they just say pull around and we will bring your food out then I get home and the order was not correct agin I guess that’s my fault for not checking I put that one on me I know better

Terrible. Waited 25 min in drive through with only one car ahead of us. When we finally got to window, the employees were arguing about someone's order. When employee finally came to window (Jim), we were told that the was a miscommunication regarding our order. We were asked to park a d wait..... after a other 20 min, I went to the see what the hold up was.... after a total of almost an hour a different employee brought our order. Never again Negative 2 stars

The Garden Grilled Chicken Salad is $7.49 on the menu board but they want to charge you and extra $2 for the chicken or $9.49 total. Total bait and switch, because nowhere on the menu board does it say it’s $2 extra for chicken in a chicken salad. The employees are probably stealing from the customer on other menu items too.
We had the Smashed Jack combo. The hamburger was terrible. The worst hamburger we have had ever. I like Jack usually. This burger tasted like vinger. We could not eat it.

Took an hour to get my order of popcorn chicken and a sausage croissant sandwich. Only I got an egg croissant and no sausage or cheese. I understand that you were busy but this is ridiculous. No meals today. Picky eater.
Door says Entry. Masks required. Call and am told the dining room is closed. We can't fit through your drive through Martha. Unless you want us to give it a go and you can be responsible for the damages.
I am absolutely furious! I have been at this specific location for months because it’s the only one in town, so I have no choice. Sat in drive thru for at LEAST 30 minutes. There’s one specific male employee that is NEVER nice and is always short. “Anything else” before I can even finish my order. Never ever has ranch stocked- specifically when this guy is working. I think his name is Jim. Larger white male. He should not work customer service. Slow, rude and never does his job correctly or NICELY.
Lobby closed due to understaffing. Update: I received a response from management saying the dining room was closed due to Covid-19 protocols. I'm not buying it. The sign posted on the doors clearly state that it was closed due to a staffing shortage. The other restaurants next to you were open, so we ate elsewhere...in the dining room.
Well let's frist off say I dont normally complain about stuff but this time I am . When I was at the redbluff jack in the box I waited for 8 mins before I even ordered then after ordering the number 10 lrg with grilled chickhen and mini tacos plus 4 2pk tacos with two waters and lrg ice tea I then waited another 4 mins until got my stuff before leaving I had to ask for straw will after getting home I looked at my bag I noticed that I never got my 4 tacos and also never got my chicken on my chicken sandwich so I called them to let them know about the situation they guy on the phone tells me to call back in 20 mins so I can get put on the book I told I dont need that I asked him if they should slow down so the orders are done correctly there is my rant
I waited 15 minutes in line to order food and I still didn't get to order it. They had somebody doing everything else but taking orders. What happened to fast food we go in there to try to hurry up for lunch and we don't even get it because we have to wait in line and don't get served. Very frustrating
August 4th, 2024 currently 10:23pm, check in with the workers that worked this shift. been sitting in the drive thru with 1 other car for 33 minutes while they continue to take other peoples order and seeing more and more cars come behind me in the drive thru. without one single order being handed out. what are they doing back there?
Living in RB for a while now you just come to learn that it’s faster to go to sit down restaurant than wait in line and Jack. Waited 35 mins, lady at the window said they only have three people working. You can see four working from the drive thru. Chicken strips were old and reheated in the fryer. It was hot and greasy, but not fresh. Breading was hard and tasted old, fell off also just to leave the greasy chicken.
Sent the wrong food did not give full refund and did not fix the problem with food and drinks and said " oh well" completely nice the whole time and was just treated disrespectful never ordering again
The food was terrible and the drive thru was only taking one order at a time. So it took FOREVER to get my food. Once I finally made it to the window, I was told to pull around and wait even longer. Totally not worth the price or the wait.

Came thru drive thru. Service seemed genuine. But when I received my meal. Chicken sandwich was so dry and burnt I fed it to my dog and even felt bad about that. Chicken patty had to have been in holding for more then 2-21/2 hours . My dog was even reluctant to eat this trash... they even made me wait in parking lot for my order. Then brought me trash like it was fresh just to make there drivet thru time look good would not have minded waiting for something fresh. I worked for this corporation for almost 6 years in Texas, at that store in cleburne Texas, you would never question the quality in there food. But this place if You hungry late night just go somewhere else it's a waste of money at this place. 💯 Don't trust me check out my other reviews. And the places. Speak for them selves.
I understand that late night takes longer than usual(almost an hour for 5 cars)but not only did they forget 1 out of 3 of my orders but there was something wrong with the 2 they did remember. My chicken nuggets were forgotten, the fries in both orders were rubbery, dry and gross and they forgot to take the sauce off the tacos in my munchie meal. This isn't the first time I've had issues like this but this is the first time I've had something bad with every part of my order. Good points? The drive thru guy was nice and the drinks were cold.
Made us wait in a parking lot,thinking our food is getting prepared and when we got our orders,tiny tacos was half way filled my kids counted 11 and not even freshly made,same with our cold regular tacos when we thought there making it freshly made when they said "will give you your order at the parking lot" with not much customer at all at that moment!!!! Worse experience EVER!!!! Waste our time & one of the worst fastfood experience we din't even eat most of it,just wasted it most of it,NO NEED FOR REFUND NOR REPLACEMENT!!!!! NEED MORE EXPERIENCE & DISCPLINARY & LEARN the FOOD FRESH POLICY!!!!! WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!! and we don't do reviews!!!! But this need to be settle for the next family or customers who don't want any of that experience!!!! Sunday afternoon. 12:30 p.m. we arrive at the drive-thru speaker to pick up our mobile order. It's two small cheeseburgers and two curly fries. 12:55 p.m., still waiting in the drive thru parking spot for them to walk the food out to us. There was one car ahead of us at the drive-thru and no one in front of them. Yeah, the lobby looks busy but this is justifiably infuriating and highly unacceptable at this point.
Man, it's doesn't matter what time of day, how you order, or what you order, you can easily burn at least 30 mins waiting for food here, consistently. Then the food comes wrong, I don't have another 30 mins to burn.
Not only was my food cold. The employees were very rude and the place smelt. Like a toilet, this place needs to be shut down it has been like this for years
Took 15 mins to take our order at the drive up thing. We thought it was broken. They then said the frier was broken and couldnt do tacos. Ended up waiting 45 mins in a line of only 3 cars for a curly fry... it wasnt even ready when we got to the window. 🤦♀️

Walked in for a mobile order and it took over 20 mins to get an employee to acknowledge the line of people in store waiting to order. I watched several customer walk out because they hadn’t been able to place their order. Additionally while my app indicated that my order was ready it was in fact NOT ready when I walked in to pick up. The employees refused to acknowledge me despite trying to get their attention. I had to wait even more time to get my food which was ironically cold by the time I got it. Absolutely ridiculous. No manager or supervisor available at all
Due to the lack of re-supply I was unable to order a small or a medium sized fountain drink, and the manager Gabriel would not charge me for a medium or a small for my child for a portion of the large sized cup, and the only option offered was charging me for a large in which my children did not need. Very poor management
Hit the drive through. Got to the window and paid. Then they ask us to drive around and sit out front. Guess they don't want bad wait times for corporate? No one behind us so not like they were busy. Whatever. Wait about 10 minutes for chicken nuggets two fries and a chicken sandwich. Save dude who took our order and asked us to move makes me recite the entire order before he will give me the food since they didn't give me a recipt. Get home less than five minutes later. Nuggest and sandwich was okay. But the fries. When I tell you these fries were stale. I felt like I was eating cardboard. I have eaten two day old fries from McDonald's better than whatever the heck they made me pay $4 for. I literally spit them out they were so terrible. Cold and dense like i was eating twigs from a tree. Is there no quality control anywhere? Rude staff. Horrible food.
Waited 20 minutes in drive thru just for them to throw honey mustard on a burger. I didn't ask for that Update: I'm currently in line again little over 20 minutes. Suppose to be fast food for a reason. Mind you its 230am and 1 car ahead of me. They need to fix this issue
Last month they changed their rewards program and as a rewards member, they seriously cheated you!! I’ve been a long and loyal rewards member choosing Jack in the box over their competition because of their perks. Last month they changed up their rewards programs. Getting an ultimate bacon cheeseburger used to cost you 60 points for example. Now it will cost you 1250 points… here’s where they cheated you. I had over 400 points; by the old standards, that would have gotten 7-8 of those cheeseburgers. They times your existing points by 10 but raised the new points by over 20! Now my points will only get me 3 ultimate bacon cheeseburgers… that is cheating! Dont know about you, but most people don’t like getting cheated and Jack is the box definitely cheated you with this!!
Everytime I order from here and have it delivered they NEVER include the sauces. This time I ordered the munchie special with 32 chicken nuggets and 39 mini tacos with 2 large curly fries and didn't even get the 3 ranch and 3 guacamole that is supposed to come with it. I would think that maybe one of you either the doordasher or Jack's employee would remember to put at least one sauce in the bag. Nothing like having a dry meal. Disappointed for the last time I think. I even included a message for xtra sauces. Still didn't get even 1.
The worst Jack in the Box ive ever been to. They stand around, put people on hold, my dash orders are ALWAYS late from here because im stuck waiting so long for an order! And theyre rude!
Yesterday 4-7-25 I waited in line at drive thru for 15 minutes before I pulled through with out ordering! Just like a few months ago I’m told well you need to understand we are short handed only two on the clock yet there are 5-6 people in the work area doing nothing but talking! 4 cars in parking lot no one inside and two cars waiting in drive thru behind me! You make more money than people working physical labor and yet your work ethic is disgusting! You need better management and better service! I will never go here again!
