This is my first time coming here to this Starbucks location and I love it its very nice and big roomy inside great atmosphere and the people the employees working here are great , I would give it more stars if it let me that's how much I enjoyed coming here to this Starbucks location an the coffees and sandwiches were amazing really good and well done .. I recommend coming to this location
We always stop by this Starbucks on our way to San Francisco from Lassen County. Love the feel of this spot and service is always great. Enjoying my Caramel Macchiato on the drive to the Bay Area.
So I found out about the taste of the impossible sandwich today, and I loved it. I was skeptical at first, but now it's love.
Awesome place to come sit do some work on the computer hang out with friends and chat and what. The environment is pleasant the employees are amazing and helpful. The food is good the drinks are amazing. The restrooms are clean and regularly maintained. I would recommend stopping in..

Brie was an absolute delight to order from. Very warm, inviting, we bonded over both having bleeding heart tattoos. I especially appreciate how honest she was with describing the new holiday items on the menu. I really felt like she gave me a good description and helped me figure out what I wanted. Store was spotless, service was fantastic and fast overall at 7am in the lobby on a Thursday morning. Their drive thru was busy but the employees were lighthearted and the atmosphere was friendly.
1i ordered a green tea it was good and I was happy. The restrooms were clean.
Every time I go through the drive-thru there is no disappointment. I get my order fast, hot or cold depending on what I ordered. The service is awesome! I believe the Guy who serves me in the Drive-Thru is the manager and he is always on point! When I travel or go to different Starbucks, it's such a letdown because I hold them to the same standards that I receive at my local Starbucks. Thank you guys. I appreciate the awesome service in these times where better service is needed.

The Antelope I-5 Starbucks is noticeably more spacious, and someone there has excellent taste in music. The Sunday crew around 10 a.m. is especially impressive. You can hear their efficiency and communication as they move like a well-oiled machine. While most customers use the drive-through, the team effortlessly attends to lobby guests without missing a step. One particular employee, who I can only assume is the shift leader, always asks about my pup cups and remembers regulars’ drinks. That level of care and personal connection is what separates a great Starbucks from the many others out there.
Made an account to share my experience. This was the best Starbucks I’ve ever been to. Maddie was lovely and happy. The barista who made my drink was nice too. Loved the latte.
Maddie is an absolute gem and the rest of the staff made it such a fun visit! Traveled all the way from Mississippi and it was worth it 💚

Was very disappointed in the barista in this picture after I ordered my mango dragon fruit drink and ice water I sat down when it was time to pick up my order this is what I saw I made a funny face didn't know what it was and the barista told me it was my drink just minus the die it was the same thing...I said where's the fruit got a dirty look that's why I pay $5 for lemonade for the fruit the freeze dried fruit that I like to chew on it was the wrong color and minus the fruit and still 4.95 and she was upset with me that I wouldn't just accept it..Rolled her eyes made a face..Asked for and got the manager thank you manager for being a grown up no one told me we were out of dye and fruit it's the only thing I get at Starbucks now.. one item on the list!!! when I lost all my stars that I spent all the money on last November for my birthday and didn't get my $20 cup that I worked so hard to earn and found out that stars fell off.. the hard way I gave up on Starbucks last November I just gave them a second chance because we're staying right next to them in the Motel 6 which is Awesome!!!l very disappointed$$!! they made it up by giving me the strawberry acai thank you for that!!

Not placing name tags on orders everyone is confused as to who is what and what food belongs to who the lady keeps repeating the drink but does not have a name for who it belongs too I got my food and my egg bites and spoon are all in the same little package there is no napkin the manager keeps asking the workers to put names on it but only calls out the name.of the drink and not the name of the person who ordered it the wait is so long because of the disorganized

What’s the deal with Starbucks lately? A few days ago I was at a Starbucks that was all out of napkins. Now this Starbucks is out of… coffee! Had to wait 5 minutes for them to brew more. Is there no such thing as competent service businesses in America anymore?

I paid over $25 for 4 drinks and this was the very berry…which tasted exactly like water with cinnamon in it. Very VERY disappointed with the service and couldn’t get refunded after I took a sip to try it. I don’t recommend this Starbucks at all! Not trying to be rude, but disgusting!

The manager on staff is an ANGEL. Took excellent care of me, provided super calming and friendly service and made my extremely quick visit just so so so pleasant! she deserves a raise!!!
Their business hours open until 9pm. I came at 7.55pm. they already closed. Disappointed.
Slowest starbucks I've been to. The batista even squirted an older gentalmen with liquid, and he had been waiting a while and was very upset. They wouldn't call out the customers' names and barely took any names, and there were a bunch of people waiting for drinks and at least 5 drinks sitting, and nobody grabbed them. Waited over 20 minutes. Even though under a lot of pressure they were nice but this was not a good experience.
My pup and I went to sit outside over where there is outdoor seating. It was too cold so I went to the other side where the sun is. A nice female employee came out and offered my pup a pupachino. She came back with one for my pup and an ice water for me. I asked if she would like to give my pup the pupachino. She said of course and that was very kind of her. I thanked her. We moved out of the way so she could get the garbage out. We were out of the way enjoying the sun when another older female rudely asked us to move and I am sure she was the manger. The younger female employee that gave us excellent customer service needs to be promoted!
Really unfortunate.. Not 1 person said hello when I walked in.. waited at the counter over 5 min. Staff looked at me but said nothing and kept walking by. I can't tell if it's the managers not being good to their staff or is it just overall morale. Either way this was not a good feeling in this Starbucks. I feel like the overall customer service with coffee chain has gone into the pooper!

Asked for a salted caramel nd the worker said "we dont sell SALTED caramel coffee. I can just get u a pack of salt" like how do u not know what a salted caramel coffee is??
