I love this Carl's Jr the service and the people are olways so happy and friendly but there a little problem that there is no air conditioner it get really hot in there ....

Amazed. This has to be the only location where you can buy a 10 dollar burger for 4.99 including fries and a drink. This burger was delicious and huge. Staff was professional and welcome you with a huge smile. Great job.

I used a coupon for chicken tenders that I received by mail, these tenders were really good tasty and super hot, I tried the Oreo shake it was great. Employees were nice they offered me different choices of dipping sauces, and also they have 6 chicken stars for only $1.49 the place was clean and have some Halloween decorations

Great burger as always. The App and soda machines show flavors but they have one machine turned off and are missing soda flavors. The staff was like "Oh well". It takes millions in advertising to gain a customer and only one bad experience to lose one.

The food came out quickly and was absolutely delicious when we got home ten minutes later. Fries were still super crispy and I have no idea how they do it. Great service overall.

12/29/2025 I was craving their triple "Western Bacon Cheese Burger". The size was decent, the taste was great, and it was juicy. Their fries were cooked perfectly just how I wanted them. The store still had Christmas decorations 😅. The ladies were nice and the experience were great in general.

Cali xl combo The best fast food burgers anywhere, no place can come close to the variety of burgers this place has and they haven't made them smaller like every other place has over the yrs. Prices are good compared two other places that have cut the size down. They keep the place exceptionally clean customer service is always good kid friendly easy wheelchair accessible good place to take the family and friends. Great for any occasion even just a coffee break

Takes less than three minutes on average during nights between placing and getting your order. The soft drink fountain placement is super convenient.

I mean all I did was go threw the Drive thru. It was a young man working pretty nice And he kept leaning out the window and into my car to give me whatever I need and I swear he was looking at my titts Which I don't mind.

Employees are more interested in their families visiting that get free food than the paying customers. At least that was my experience. This Carl's Jr is one of the most inferior locations I've ever visited whereas I would give Carl's Jr a four star rating and above for any other location. In the summer when it's hot outside it's hotter inside the building. When I got there the other day it was warm outside but it was cool inside because it was cold that night before.

Everytime I go during the day the employees in the restaurant are kinda rude. The restaurant itself at times is even dirty. You'll find dirty napkins under the tables and I've never seen anyone come around and wipe the tables down properly. During the night when I hit the drive thru the guy at the window is always so cool. Very polite and cool guy. Never had any complaints during the night time and my food is always fresh.

Hit and miss. Usually pretty hot and fresh. The chicken strips & jalapeno poppers are good. Sometimes have good 2 for 1 deal's. The head male manager and girl Indian manager need to be fired. Everyone else here is great. That is the reason for the 4 Stars⭐

I love Carl's Jr but this particular location always has register issues. Not once, not twice but several times they can only take cash. Another time we couldn't place an order at all😑

Won't ask for a minor change such as no mayo. It doesn't happen. Way too expensive compared to other fast food unless you have a coupon.

Well, petty as it seems....2 things bothered me. 1. I do not like the exact change or CC idea. Your problem, not mine, round up, round down, I dont care, but not everyone is ready for a cashless society. 2. Unless you are driving a righthand steering car, the drive through is a pain in the you know what. Service and food were great.

If the drive thru service was better I'd give it 5 stars, seems like every time I go here they take a long time to get your order ready during the afternoon. During the evening its a lot better

I like this place but I don’t know why they made the window for getting the food in the passenger side of the car (right side) its a little complicated to pay and receive the stuff, its easier just get out of the car and pay and i dont know if this good for some people.

Food came out fast and hot, tasted good too. I was 1 of only 2 people in the store at 8pm so I'm not surprised. What I am surprised is that they didn't hand me any napkins with my order and there wasn't any on the display for the customers. I know its empty but you gotta have something out, I asked one lady for napkins and she asked one of the other works to get it for me, she gave a big sigh as she handed me 3 napkins. When I asked for ranch for my fried zuchinni, she told me they didn't have any at the time. Wish I had known that before I ordered them, never been to a FFR that didn't have enough condiments, very strange..

Food was good but staff at the drive thru was very inexperienced. They push the order through to keep window times low but then you sit in front for 10 muinets waiting for your food. Will most likely try again as I said the food tasted good but so far the service was slow but very polite.

Not a vey good expierence. The food was not hot, the tables were dorty. And the counters were sticky. Definitely not woth the price. Will not go back the only thing that was ok was the few fresh fries that they topped the old ones with.

Service was slow even though it was empty, they got our order wrong even though we were very specific about what we wanted and they lied about not having any cheese after we complained. We knew they lied because we ordered a cheeseburger and that had cheese while the rest of our burgers was missing it.

SLOWEST drive-thru!!!! She asked me to repeat myself 3 times AND on top of that the drive thru window is on the PASSENGER SIDE! who does that???? I didn't even have a passenger and I had to reach over to get my food and pay! NOT TO MENTION it took FOREVER to get my food. I didn't order anything complicated, just a French Toast Meal with OJ. I just wanted a cup of coffee at 2 Am . Disappointed. Coffee old and cold. Burger also cold. You may find the Drive thru Odd. You get your food from the passengers side not the Drivers. I did ask why the Odd arrangement...turns out they have been robbed several times...Whoa!!!

The cashier gave me my food drench in jalapeno juice. When I gave her the bag back she gave me a plastic bag to put it in. She seemed a tad mad that they had to remake my order again. The guy cashier was very nice and had excellent customer service skills the girl cashier needs to improve her Customer service. Will probably not return to this location.

This Carl's Jr. use to be good but with all the new inexperience staff it has gone downhill. They are real slow with taking your order and even slower with receiving your food. Then when I ordered more than one coffee to go they couldn't even give me a cup holder. I don't think I'll be going back to that place again.

This Carl's JunIor had no a/c working and it was extremely uncomfortable to eat my food. Also the restrooms door are broken. I can't believe that the Carl's Junior can't afford to get the a/c working!!!

Such a bad experience. I was the only person in the drive thru with no one behind me and i get asked to pull over because they worry about their service time and not accommodating the customer. About 5 minutes later, they bring out my food, and guess what? Yes, they messed it up, so I had to get out and argue that they got my order wrong and wait more. Not suprised, shame on me!

Slow service and order was partially incorrect, no root bear, then I asked for bottled water they gave me a small water not bottled and charged me $1 for the cup water. Also there was no barcode on the receipt, so I could apply the purchase to get my rewards points on my carl's jr app!

Placed an order for dinner using their App. Chose to pickup my order. Went up to the window and told them my name. They said they did not have my order. I showed it on my phone and the kid behind the counter said they never got it. So I asked to make it now and he said that they cannot do that because they never got it. He refused. So I left.

The drive thru is on the wrong side of the car, meaning it's on the passenger side, then they didn't tell me the cheese was going to be extra, and I asked, then they had me back up in the drive thru so I couldn't see in the window. What the hell is that about? Are you doing something to my food? Why else do you have someone back up in the drive thru? That is shady, some homeless person is going to come up because I am not going to eat this meal because of that

They are not close their line. They are open and they only have two employees in the entire location. Also they charge you $.25 for any sauce that you want even if you order if you ask for any kind of chilly or sauce for the first time you will be charge $.25 that is not normal to me I understand if I ask for extra sauce but I have not. Anyways digit taking a very very long time So don’t come here if you want your food and you’re very hungry I would go to McDonald’s across the street

All Carl's Jr. Is very expensive. Each burger shouldn't be over $10! There was only 2 young girls running the place juggling everything and a young guy sweeping. 3 orders walked in plus 2 cars at the time I was waiting a while for anyone to even show up at a register. Then it was slow, 2 kids with no shirts asked for water cups and filled them with soda and they didn't care. I am never going to a Carl's again. They need to stop hiring children at the bare minimum to get away with it. Horrible way to own and run a business!

The guy got my order completely wrong he literally charge me for some random the only reason I didn't go back to complain is because he didn't charge me for what I had requested I actually got what I paid for... Waited almost 30 mins to get my food from when i ordered it and my big carl which is usually just above 5 bucks at most places theirs cost almost 7. Some how that sandwich went from a 7 dollar burger to a 14 dollar burger when u add fries and drink. (Drinks are a dollar right now too.) When i asked for my money back, the cashier threw my money back into my car and demanded the drink back. I went up the street ordered the same thing came out to 11.50. Is it worth coming here?

The manager I don't remember her name bad customer service only because I ordered a 4.99 burger combo and she was over charging me and I ask to double check and she had an attitude problem and got all offended for the reason she was charging me 13 .99 at the end it was 5.48 and I knew some wrong calculations and the young woman was nice to fix it but I rather leave cause she didn't stop harassing me.

Horrible customer service! The management was a disgraceful lady who talked on the phone about her problems very loudly. One was an amazing girl stood out above the rest. Tried new the veggie patty burger Beyond Meat. As a long term vegetarian I found it gross and way too meat like. Would recommend it to some just transitioning to vegetarianism however. I commend Carl's for offering it on the menu however.

"melissa" took the order. i said i wanted the regular combo. when you get to the window the "regular" had a half full fry container, they didn't have sprite so had to get coke, and suddenly the price went from 7.50 to over twelve bucks... asked and as she nearly threw the meal at me (you have to get your order from the passenger side which is strange) she said i asked to upsize the meal to "medium" i said i asked for regular like on the menu board and she rolls her eyes as i say she might want to inform customers when the price is different than the board, she said "whatever" and closed the window.. and then you get the meal home and find they lied about coke and gave you dr pepper... which i can't drink because of what's in it won't be back

The price was ridiculously expansive. The reason I am giving this place a one star is that they gave me 4 pieces of chicken tenders instead of 5. But seriously, What is going on with prices? I bought a shake, onion rings, and a five piece chicken tenders and it cost me 18 dollars.

I ordered a large comobo, didn't get my fries. They made me park, waited almost half an hour and STILL never got my fries. I ended up asking for a refund. The "manager" gave me a refund but offered no apology whatsoever. Will not ever stop by this location. The employees are terrible

This location is a joke. The drive thru speaker is hella broken. It has been for months. They forget to give you your whole order and make it YOUR fault they didn’t give it to you. Lobby is always closing early because employees don’t wanna deal with anything.

Disgusting restaurant, i ordered 3 shakes and found a trimmed fingernail in my mouth while drinking the shake thinking it was a little bit of oreo from the cookies and cream shake. It has been over a YEAR since their last inspection (11/05/2024 according to lacounty.gov's website) and it shows. I think one of the employees trimmed their nails in the freezer and dropped it in the ice cream used to make the shake. Along with the cook not even wearing a hairnet, i wouldnt dare eat here again and you shouldnt either. I have already submitted a complaint to la county's public health services but honestly i dont have much hope.

I normally don’t like leaving negative reviews, but this was honestly disappointing. I’m a paying customer and I drive for a living, so access to a restroom during a lunch break is important. Out of all the fast-food options in the area, I chose Carl’s Jr. specifically to take my lunch and restroom break. After I had already paid for my meal, I was told there was no restroom available. I ended up having to eat my food and then walk across the street to use the McDonald’s restroom. That’s just not a great customer experience. I understand businesses have policies, but as a paying customer, restroom access should really be available. Not cool.

I saw a gigantic roach run across the kitchen floor last when I was sitting down to eat. I asked for their corporate number and the cashier was extremely rude and would not give me corporates number to share my concerns. I am extremely worried about the cleanliness of this location and will not be coming back :(

Careful when going to this location, I went 11/24/25 a Monday around 9:30pm and 10:30pm. I got fraud attempts, this was only place I’ve visited last few days and used mt card. I gave the gentleman my cell phone to tap must have tapped into onto his system and uploaded to a blank card. For charges from 30$ and less and a 115$ charge as well. The man who helped me was Middle eastern or Indian like I said be careful use ur credit card dispute it. But this location scammed my family and I.

$38 dollars for 2 burger combos. The restaurant was dirty. Food was not great. Staff was polite but the rest was not, its no wonder it was an empty restaurant. Only thing worth getting is the $2 spicy chicken in the drive thru. A double double combo at in n out always delivers for half the price.

I frequently visit this Carl’s Jr for breakfast, but whenever the manager and drive-thru worker (both women) are on shift, I’m met with rudeness and feel unwelcome. DO NOT COME HERE WHEN IT'S RAINING. This location does not care about the health and safety of anyone in the building. It is raining inside nearly as much as it is outside. Water is dripping from the ceiling, there are plastic bags over the registers to protect them from water damage, buckets on the floor to collect water, and VISIBLE MOLD IN THE CEILING!!! There is water leaking openly over where the food is made. Letting your FOOD SERVICE location deteriorate this horribly doesn't happen overnight. The owners here do not care if you're eating gross moldy ceiling water! Go to McDonald's across the street, where you get CLEAN food without MOLDY CEILING RAIN WATER IN IT!!
