They've improved a lot; I think they realized Litter Caesar was eating into their market share... Domino's on Boulevard Morelos adds double meat if you order it, unlike the one at Soriana Hidalgo, where they only add single meat. The photos are from Morelos.

Supuestamente cierran alas 2300hrs, llegue 2215hrs, ya no quisieron tomar pedido y que solo están entregando lo que ya tenían ordenado. Seria bueno que actualicen el horario oficial si después de las 2200hrs ya no quieren atender a sus clientes. Siempre me habían atendido muy bien aquí, de hecho una de las mejores pizzas que me han servido en cualquuer Domino's la compre en esta sucursal! Un pequeño tache por dejar a mis hijos si su pizza.

The place is dirty. And not only that, almost all of the pizzas have almost no cheese. The pan pizzas aren't what they used to be.

Pedí por la aplicación desde las 7 pm y a las 10:32 pm llegó, me decían que ya estaba en camino, me hablaron dos veces diciendo que ya estaba en camino

Nos dieron la pizza cruda... Obio nos dieron otra... Pero la escusa que nos dieron fue que estaba haciendo mucho frío y que por eso no había fermentado la masa... 🤔🤔🤔 No me pareció una respuesta razonable ya que se supone que estas pagando por un servicio que estas ofreciendo y no por escusas.. y como nos dimos cuenta de que estaba cruda pues no la comimos, pero si hubiera Sido así.. imagínense...

Terrible service. I waited two hours for my order. According to the young woman who served me, the delivery driver showed her the calls I was receiving, asking why no one answered when he arrived. I have my call log and I don't have any of those calls. Then they serve you with such bad attitude. 👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽

Terrible service, I ordered through the app and after two hours they wanted to deliver my order, cold, they called me twice and the delivery man never found my location, being only 6 blocks from this place I will never order from Domino's again

Horrible service and awful customer service. It takes up to three hours to deliver your pizza, and the app says it was delivered 30 minutes after your order. They never fixed anything.

The worst service ever, the counter staff had a terrible attitude and couldn't resolve any issues. It's a shame it's the branch closest to my house. I went there to eat, and my order never came out. After 30 minutes, I went back to the counter, and they still didn't know what happened to my order. How is it possible that it wasn't even in line? They don't give receipts. I want to believe the employees are doing something wrong. This branch urgently needs attention from the branch manager and the area managers.

Terrible service, because they were lazy they didn’t want to make a pan pizza, it should be noted it was 9:15, they told me “we don’t have any” I asked “what do you mean you don’t have any?” To which they replied “it’s 9” and I said “uh-huh? And do pan pizzas have sales hours? Because it doesn’t say anything about that outside” he just goes back there and now it turns out they don’t have pizza dough, my God, a pizzeria without dough, I have no doubt that in the first place they denied me the sale which is good for them, but because they are lazy they have the luxury of not selling to the customer anymore!!! I didn’t want to do it anymore. TERRIBLE SERVICE!!!!
