Ordered food dinner time about 7pm let me tell you the service was great. Fresh hot food in a fast service lobby clean employees cleaning very respectful. The manager on duty took my order was very nice. Location seemed to be busy but managed to have everything on point. I love there is at least 1 location left this is by far a great place to eat.

I’ve been to this Carl’s Jr location multiple times, every time I come here the service is great. The employees are friendly and helpful. I ordered the Beyond Famous Star Burger and my husband the Super Star. We ordered meals and onion rings, they even asked us what sauces we wanted for our meal. They brought our meal to our table, it had ketchup, the sauces, and plenty napkins. The burgers were great the service was great too. I definitely recommend this Carl’s Jr. I will continue to come here.

I felt like the employees could have done a better job acknowledging me when I walked up to order. Once they took my order the service was pretty swift. My food was ok. I’d do it again. So check em out if you’re ever in the neighborhood and Holla at a Playa. 👌🏾

Have been eaten at this location for a long time, as it was one of the only locations near San Antonio, however due to recent increases in price, and the removal of the Teriyaki burger a few years ago, I have quit dining at Carls Jr. This location is usually very clean, service here is prompt, and orders were always accurate, but my favorite items, and the value have both been taken away.. so my last visit, might be my last.. after many years of patronage.

Carl's Jr. used to be one of my favorite fast food joints. I hadn't been to one since before COVID. The other night I couldn't sleep, so at 2:30 a.m. I headed to this location. Sadly, it was terrible. The service wasn't bad for 3 am. The burger patties were so thin that even the double wasn't equal to a quarter pounder. The meat was cold. The fries were cold and old. Aside from being in a gas station, the atmosphere was clean and comfortable.

I’v had some bad fast food in my life, but this is top of all of them. After custom rude person like service, finally got my burger and it was cold. I men cold not warm, i asked politely and quite if they can help with this and fix for me. She didnt say nothing, i left burger on the counter. Minute later she came with same burger, just wrapped in additional package and left on my desk. And of course, cold again. People that make and service this burger really should be ashamed…but they are not. Just clueless 20s. gen

Nothing to say but when your drunk don't remember anything this is the place to go to so the alcohol can absorb something besides your guts.

To be honest, I don’t know if the quality of food at Carl’s Jr. has gone down or if it was just the specific location, however, the western bacon cheeseburger was not as good as I remember it. Additionally, in terms of customer service, I was standing at the counter by myself in an empty restaurant that was not busy, and the workers even saw me standing there, but all of them were just talking amongst themselves until one of them decided to come up and ask for my order about three minutes into me standing there. The only reason why I waited so long was because I was looking up at the menu, however, that is not an excuse to wait so long for service, especially when I was the only person there and they were just talking amongst themselves about random non-work matters. This location is connected to a Loves gas station, which is used to seeing mainly travelers and truckers, however, that was no excuse for the bland quality of the food and the subpar customer service. I hate leaving negative reviews however I have to be honest, I don’t think I’ll be coming back, unfortunately.
