The amount of food that you receive for the price is astonishing. The burgers are huge and comes with a large side. I ate here as a family and we all had enough food to eat later. Not to mention the drinks are ginormous, it’s like drinking an entire pitcher of juice. 10/10 recommended for lunch or dinner.

We ordered the bbq platter with loaded mash potatoes instead of bbq beans and a side of garlic bread.It was delicious!! And the cocktail was so good i ordered twice. Service was one of a kind because we had like 3 servers unlike everywhere else there's only 1 and it's awkward to get their attention. These 3 servers were very attentive and brought things right away. I highly recommend.

Ok first off Im a waiter so I'm super hard to please when it comes to service, but without a doubt this place went above and beyond my expectations. The hamburgers were amazing and so the plate was so big my brother and I both left with food on our plates and it's been at least an hour and I'm still stuffed. We sat at the bar and every single employee that passed by us checked on us to make sure we didn't need anything if the girl who brought out the food was super friendly. If youre looking for a place to get amazing food and super friendly service id recommended stopping by heroes. I know my brother and I will definitely be stopping back by there.

I was in town for a short visit. When I lived in the Inland Empire this was one of my favorite restaurants so I had to stop in to enjoy a meal. The food continues to be excellent in taste and serving size. As always I was not disappointed.

This place is AMAZING. The food is delicious and the drinks are perfect. The staff is very friendly, helpful and provide excellent service. The price may be a bit steep but once you see the portion sizes, they are huge. One plate of fries is enough for 3 people. I had their chili cheese fries and when I received my plate, I thought it was a lot of fries but hollow inside. Let me tell you, the mountain of fries was dense. I definitely recommend this establishment and can't wait to return.

First time coming here waited 30 minutes and well from what everyone is hyped and talking about. I must say it an interesting place. There cups for water and sodas are huge. Def worth every penny. They provide you with a bag of peanuts to keep you entertained. We ordered the flight which is a sample of their ale personally the peaches and cream was the best. We ordered their famous nachos but we asked for the chili on the side. Spicy piggy was the best part of the day it was so addicting and flavorful. We also ordered the chicken tenders and as well as the salmon BLT was also good. Highly recommended. The servers are amazing they are def a team they help each other out and make sure ur experience is satisfied. I personally wanted to punch one of the servers she was the only one I didn't like. She had an attitude problem and rolled her eyes as well whispered something under her breathe couldn't get her name but we didnt let her attitude disrupt our peace. We will be defiently be coming back. Because it's worth it to eat here. Oh I forgot to mention their portions can feed up to 2 to 4 people depending on what you get. There was 6 of us so everything we ordered fed us and then some. Cant wait to come back and try their dessert😊💝

Great food. Good service. Generous sized portions both food and alcohol. Wait wasn't terrible on a Friday evening either for 2 people. Their local brewed beer was good too. Be warned introverts: while it isn't a full on bar it's very loud and packed with people- I was personally very overwhelmed.

This place is absolutely awesome, great ambience, really cool brick and lights and nostalgic furnishings inside. The food is great, we had Martini chicken sandwich which was grilled chicken breast, smoked Gouda, spring mix lettuce, roasted tomatoes with balsamic on Parmesan grilled sourdough bread and the French dip with excellent baked beans and an extremely good side of mixed horseradish sauce which was marvelous. Whenever we are in downtown riverside, we will be back!

Heros was excellent all around. Our waitress was on top of it. She was friendly, helpful and did a great job checking on us. The food was insane. The portions were incredible, only a few of us in the group finished our food. We started with bloody Mary's for the guys and a mimosa bucket with orange and pineapple juice for the ladies. The bloody Mary's and mimosas were delicious. Some of the food pictured below is the red tractor BBQ platter, Heros Nachos, chorizo and egg burger with two eggs, boss brisket burrito, chicken strips and fries, red tractor burger and Berry French toast (A big hit at the table). Come hungry and I recommend sharing (we did), it's a lot of food. Enjoy!

First thing that hits you is the scent of cooking, and it smells very inviting. Then you walk in, and the service shows up, friendly, helpful, and attentive. The mugs are HUGE, and the food is devine. The meat is smoked and the flover demands respect. Highly recommend this place if you're in or going through Riverside, CA.

Awesome place to hang out, eat and drink. We sat in the bar and had the best service from Sam. This guy needs a raise. He made the best drinks amd made us feel like we were the only people in there, and we were not. It was packed. We will be going there again. The beer list is also huge. Lots of TVs. Good atmosphere.

We will definitely be back. The Martini chicken 2.0 sandwich was so yummy. My wife had the Smokehouse burger and loved it. My dad had the patty melt and finished the whole thing. Can't beat the price either.

This restaurant is a great place to party. Lots of different varieties of food and drinks. There are TV's everywhere. The 2 bars are great to belly up to and have a few drinks or order a fantastic pizza, salad, burger or any chicken sandwich. The beers are great and the drinks are top notch. Great music. And between the ( HUGE ) TALL beers and the massive portion sizes be prepared to have leftovers.

The food was wonderful 😋 The service was good, but it took a while to flag someone down if you needed something. It's a sports bar atmosphere but family comfortable, too. Happy, loud, and fun atmosphere. The drinks were huge, but so were the prices for the drinks. The average cost for cocktails is $17 to $18. I had the gumbo 😋 it was sooooo delicious and could only eat half. My friend had the cilantro shrimp salad, and she loved it. Huge servings, plenty to take home. We will definitely be going back! Great menu choices, too.

I went to Heroes today to wait for my wife who was at a work Christmas party. I have a mobile oxygen concentrator. I asked if they had a table that had a plug. They did and I cannot thank them enough. The service was also outstanding! Thanks Heroes for accommodating me! One special place!!!!

The food was delicious! My kid kept commenting on the huge portions being awesome and their goal is to make sure you’re stuffed. The staff is a cool, hard-working group. It was a great place to connect with my kids over food we’d all enjoy!

I didn’t like the brisket it was dry and not enough fat. & the calamari was ok just wasn’t fresh, it was frozen strips I don’t like that kind. But it had a ok taste not nasty. I had the watermelon lemonade it was just sweet didn’t taste like watermelon. Overall I will be back!!! Love the service no one was pushy or dismissive. A+++ service! The did was extremely good, and they serve you an abundance. The price is a bit higher per person than what you may be used to, but to be honest you will end up getting more value for your dollar when you factor in taste, food quality and the quantity!. The quantity, they give you an absurd amount of food for your order and I mean this in a good way, because going back for leftovers later on is great

I haven't been in 10 years. I was thoroughly surprised at how much I enjoyed it. We went with a group of 19 people and they did not bat an eye to accommodate on a Friday night at 7:30. Sat us in 20 minutes and our server was amazing. We had kids in our party too. We tried a little bit of everything and it was all delicious. My favorite was the Big Shot Burger.

Everything was great. The food was good and the servings are enormous. The brisket mac n cheese was incredible. The sticky ribs were good, but they were not quite fully cooked.The glaze was on point, but the meat wasn't quite ready yet. I don't think they smoke them but it would be a nice touch. The Mexican candy drink is delicious but my girlfriends soda was flat. Other than that it was a great meal!

It has good music but most importantly the food is amazing. The pasta, bread, and chicken all of it was good, and the flavors balanced each other well. Will recommend it to my friends and hopefully we can all go together another time. The pasta has 4 bread with cheese on it.

Perfect for families, the atmosphere was fun and lively, and the waitstaff shared tables, which meant great service all night. Hello I was a customer tonight with my wife and we enjoyed a nice dinner outside on the back patio. Although it was a little chilly but it was okay we sat under a heater made it a whole lot better. I know it's a sports bar and grill but even still at the restaurant and at some point parents need to restrain their kids from running around and acting like monkeys especially when they're teenagers and other people around them are trying to eat and enjoy an evening of Valentine's Day together. Although it was an okay evening with dinner and drinks it was just a little annoying that's all. Don't know how other folks felt about it but just wanted to throw that out there, so the group that went if they read this maybe next time you'll have a little better control. Thank you Heroes for another great evening can't wait to come back.

This place wouldn't strike you as a steak place... Usually that's risky, but I was feeling adventurous. I was here a couple months before and had the spaghetti and meatballs. That was quite good. I was on the fence tonight between a burger and their chimichurri steak. The server said I couldn't go wrong with either, so I decided to chance it. I'm usually disappointed with the presentation and side portion size of steaks. Nope... The loaded mashed potatoes and veggies were plentiful and delicious. I'm not a fan of gristle; I ate 95% of this steak without an issue. It was great. Cooked properly per request: medium rare. The only sort of negative was another server came by and asked me if I would like A1 sauce. I wanted to say, you're not Chili's, A1 is for bad steaks. This was not that. Only issue I had was I felt the old fashioned I had was a bit of a weak pour for $16. Overall, I've had two great experiences here so far. Haven't had the burgers, but based on what I've seen, they're probably excellent.

It's my first time eating here and I'm very impressed with the foods that we got! The service was great! The price is a little high BUT it's worth the price because the food was big and we split the burger for extra...I actually ate it all! Let's talk about the overabundance of food they serve! It would be a great thing if you're sharing or plan on eating your leftovers for days, but for one person, that's pure gluttony. We ordered three separate entrees and were surprised. They had to give us a pan instead of a to-go tray for my wife's chili pastrami fries. It was game day, so the atmosphere was to be as expected. It was clean and family oriented. The grilled shrimp in my salad and the dressing had the best flavor(grilled foods are my favorite). Hat's off to the owner of those recipes..lol...this is not our first time, and it won't be our last. You will definitely get a bang for your buck.

You'll never get ignored here or forgotten because they take a team approach to their service experience. The staff is super friendly and chill, our favorite side to eat is the bar side with the hightop tables. Yesterday we ended up taking our in-laws to try it out for an early birthday celebration for my father in law and he loved the food and service. Only thing is we use touch tunes and we could not hear the music when we were sitting in the far corner of the family side. However the food was amazing, mom in law ordered a bloody mary i thought was tasty but it was a bit spicy for her. The picture i included was from fridays date night and that was an absolute perfect night with a perfect meal, music and service. It was my fiancés 3rd time here and I'm so glad he loves it like i do. We had the chicken club, and the cajun pasta and both were hands down amazing and we have been to many establishments. Also ordered Louisiana Peppered Chicken Sandwich with bread on the side. My wife had cup of clam chowder soup that came with sandwich for extra charge instead of fries or other options. I had a large bowl of clam chowder and ice tea. We ended with my wife having a lemon drop martini. The soup was good, suggest to order a cup as large bowl is very big. We didn’t see pizza came with jalapeños and was spicy. We had several servers not one assigned to our table and each were friendly and attentive service. The music I was loud and enjoyed some of the songs, though sometimes hard to talk. Overall good dining experience

I have been here many times either with family or friends. I went on a Friday evening to meet a friend. This time I ordered a BLT Sandwich and I asked for the mayo on the side. I also ordered Mac & Cheese, which I liked. Before we got to the table, we ordered a drink from the bar and we got paged to our table after 15min of being there. We got lucky! This place always seems busy. We enjoyed the outdoor seating. The service was good. I would have given it five stars only if they would have made my sandwich less big. I did let the server know I wanted the light on the size of the sandwich but maybe the kitchen cooks didn't know my request. Anyways, try the pizza, the burgers, or the sandwich! I always order something different when I eat here.

This place is awesome if you enjoy craft beer and good food. The service was excellent, they treated us good and were always asking if we needed anything. The beer was delicious, I had a 32 oz Oatmeal stout. For food i had a club sandwhich and it was hands down one of the tastiest club sandwich I have ever had but I must warn you that their portions are huge.

This place was super neat to look at the decor and the food was pretty good. The service was great at first and kind of went downhill later. All in all a good experience. The calamari is not good it tastes like rubber; so do skip that app. However the pretzel is served with three different sauces that all compliment the pretzel quite nicely. Extensive beer and drink menu and the drinks were all quite strong. We all ended up taking home food because it was quite busy and there was a long period of time between the apps being served and the entree arriving.

This is a pretty cool place to eat at. The serving size portions are great! I really enjoyed the Beef Brisket Burnt Ends appetizer, it was a meal itself! The Hawaiian pizza was pretty good, but came out cold. The micheladas were huge but too salty. I think I’d return again but maybe for something different. Its pretty expensive here too.

The service was good. We arrived at a good time, we were able to get a table right away. It gets crowded there. A lot of choices on the menu and you get a lot of food for your money. We ordered salads, a Cobb salad and a Spicy Brisket salad. WoW, that was enough for four people. It was just two of us. I didn't like that some of the lettuce wasn't fresh. It looked like that salad in the bags. USE FRESH LETTUCE. The parking lot fills up quickly. We lucked up and got a parking space on the street next to the restaurant.

we had a burger, Caesar Salad and chicken sandwich. All the plates here are very large portions. The drinks were ok do not order a skinny margarita it had zero flavor. the inside is decorated very wild wild west. The staff was attentive and were working hard.

Steak tips over mashed potatoes, added grilled onions and the dish was great. Steak wasn’t hard to chew, the server doesn’t ask how you prefer them to be cooked but it’s not a deal breaker. What I did LOVE was their baked bbq beans. That’s how you do bbq beans people, with meat mixed in (sausages), corn, and just a hint but not too much sweetness to it. We sat outside, where there is plenty of room for larger groups. Inside is cutely decorated and has a pay to play dj jukebox. Bar is inside and is a great restaurant for families and big groups. Located right off the freeway. Shared public parking lot.

A friend recommended this place and I am glad he did. The food was delicious and the portions were big. The atmosphere was okay, a little noisy but understandable considering the busyness. Also, the service can be improved, I wasn't sure who our actual waitress/waiter was since like three different people came to ask to take our order. Overall, this is a good restaurant and I would recommend it to others. I personally will be coming back in the future.

What a fun place! It's decorated with tons of fun things to look at. They ser e your drinks in HUGE glass steins so you don't run out too quickly. They portion sizes are HUGE and beautiful. Staff is amazing! They're intuitive, offering you things at the exact right time that you didn't even know you needed, like extra napkins, extra water to go with the really sweet desserts, extra boxes, and drinks to go! They seem happy to work here. What a great place to take friends and family! Only 4 stars because this food is by no means healthy and can't really be made healthy, but what an incredible cheat day place!

I already knew the restaurant from Ontario Mills but everyone was telling me that the Riverside location was the best, so I decided to go there for my husband's birthday. It was a cold morning, and it was people already waiting there, so we had to wait to be seated around 25 minutes. The attention was ok, and the food on my point of view it was just the same as the other location, not bad at all but nothing different that I already knew... Anyway we had a good time and they gave us a little dessert for my husband.

We have been to Roscoe's which is the same owner so we decided to try this one out. The service was just ok. When we ordered our drinks I asked for water but had to ask another server in order to get it. One of the sandwiches we asked for the dressing on the side which we never got. Asked the server for mustard and had to ask again if not we would have not got it either. The food was great and maybe we just caught the server on an off day. We would go back but hopefully we have better service. Would have given 5 stars if the service was better.

Interesting place! The portions are so big that we could not finish even the 1/4 of it. So be aware, do not over-order it 💯. The "steak" had weird flavor and was not steak at all. You can call it anything but steak 😜. The cesar salad was good. The chicken was not good.. 100%. The burger was good. The nachos were oķ (it did not have layers of the toppings). The ribs were good. The beer 🍺 was excellent 👌! The service was excellent! Everyone was smiling and very welcoming. Thank you 😊.

If you're wanting somewhere to enjoy a giant portion of good food and beer definitely come here. If you want to order to go. DO NOT. Literally have to jump through hoops to get your order. They will not start your order until you talk to them on the phone. If you miss their call good luck getting through. You get a robot that won't answer questions and if it tries to connect you to a person good luck with an answer. I placed my order at 2:19 and played phone tag trying to confirm my order until I gave up and drove to the restaurant just to get them to start my order. I love this place but ordering to go is just not worth it. Better off ordering at the bar to go and enjoying a beer.

It's alot of very basic bar food that's a bit overpriced. The French Dip was on dry bread not even toasted, and the cheese wasn't even melted since it wasn't hot. It was borderline cafeteria quality. The fries looked appealing but had zero flavor, not even salt, which was just another disappointment. The staff and environment were great, but the food should be the reason to go there, not just drinks and ambiance. Don't even get me started on the pile of wood shavings by the front door that kids were throwing all over the entryway and even in the bathroom.

Went in for lunch last week on Friday, food was great, service was pretty good but definitely could of improved. When we sat down it was great they were on it getting everything we needed.I ordered a flight to try what they had then ordered a beer when I had finished the flight. I WANT to like this place... But this is probably the last time we'll visit here. The vibe is great. Love the energy. But the food is not good. It took forever to FIND a waiter to take our order. The appetizer came out quickly (chips and guac) but 5 minutes later, the entree was there (Red tractor - pork ribs, beef ribs, and chicken) the entree was microwaved and dry. The skin was gross and, without the BBQ sauce that I drown it in, would have been inedible. The mac and cheese (one of my favorite) came out cold. After about 20 minutes, we grabbed a waitress and told her the issues. No apology or offer to fix it. She got us another Mac and cheese (freshly microwaved as the bowl was scolding hot) and dropped it at our table. We ate what we could and paid the bill. The drinks were good - and expensive. Again, I WANT to like this place... But this isn't the first issue and it seems to be getting worse every time we come here.

Hero’s Restaurant and Brewery I was looking forward to some good eats at fair prices when we headed off to Hero’s Restaurant and Brewery. Sadly, what I found was that they are overly hyped and overpriced. Your early evening will start with a long wait. Eventually you will be seated but quickly realize that although the décor is visually pleasing, the room is cold and very loud. As to the food, our party of six tried a variety of dinner selections and found the following. The Patty Melt had a nice thick piece of meat that was under seasoned and bland. The St Louis Pork BBQ ribs were tender but chewy. The meat had to be torn off the bone with your teeth instead of falling off the bone. The flavor was okay but the sauce had not sat on the meat long enough to marinate so you had meat and sauce rather than a nice blend. The Two pieces of corn cob had been left to boil too long so they were mush and little to no butter so they were bland. The mash potatoes were smooth but again bland and under seasoned. The Hawaiian Hot Ham Stack could have been nice with a slab of ham in it but amounted nothing more than a stack of ham luncheon meat slices with a pineapple, pepper jack and cheddar cheese, a couple of fried jalapeño rings, and teriyaki sauce, on a brioche roll. Pub Fish and Chips were the one thing they did right. Beer Battered fish, fried to perfection. Unfortunately, their garlic parmesan fries, were heavily garlicked and the coleslaw, was terribly under seasoned leaving you with a stack of chopped cabbage. The remaining two persons in our party were children who ordered Kids Chicken Fingers. With sides of Mac and Cheese and Natural Cut Fries. What could go wrong there, right? Kids love that stuff. Well not when the chicken is over cooked and dried out. The Mac and Cheese was overcooked and gummy and the fries were ordered double cooked so they would be crispy on the out side and soft on the inside. They were fried just enough to be normal French fries. Soft inside and out. They left most of their dinner on their plates. One thing that we did enjoy was a Heroes Colada N Cream. A delightful golden milk stout with pineapples and coconut. Kind of like having a pina colada with a light beer after-taste. We also ordered a flight which was actually quite good. The biggest surprise was an IPA with jalapeno. Normally I don’t much care for IPA or jalapeno but the blend of the two was very nice without the bitter taste of an IPA or the heat you normally expect from a jalapeno. The price for this overrated food for 4 adults and 2 children came to $136.08 including a 20% tip. The waiters were deserving.

The service was alright; nothing out of the ordinary; no drink refills offered. The portion sizes were a little larger than other non Claimjumper equivalent serving sizes. Flavor of the burger and philly was lacking and a bit bland other than salt flavor. Fries were just ok, nothing that special. It was hot outside seating area; maybe a swamp cooler would help with the heat and not a lot better inside the restaurant. Was expecting soo much better for the price of $50.

I was here for my a late bday dinner with a coworker about a month ago. The server was nice and attentive, our order was taken and delivered quickly, flavor was great. The drinks are of course 1st class here. The supervisor or shift lead … not so much. Every 10 minutes , like clockwork as our meal was winding down the lead/supervisor came over and kept asking if we needed anything else, if we needed boxes, if we were done. Dear Heroes Management Team, I wanted to take a moment to share my recent experience at your Riverside location following my son’s soccer match last Saturday. As a loyal customer who has visited multiple times—both here and at the Eastvale and Ontario locations—I feel compelled to bring to your attention a noticeable decline in service quality. Our evening started with my mother-in-law requesting a small portion, as she does not eat much. Unfortunately, the server refused to take her order, suggesting she couldn't order from the kids menu. Interestingly, when my 11-year-old son ordered a burger from the regular menu, there was no objection. This inconsistency left us puzzled. Then, when my burger arrived with onion rings instead of the curly fries I ordered, I immediately brought it to the server’s attention. She offered to correct the order, but soon after, a staff member with an unpleasant attitude approached our table, intent on taking back the onion rings. When I asked for another plate to hold my burger, he became dismissive, creating an uncomfortable atmosphere. My mother-in-law even offered to share her fries to avoid escalating the issue, and we eventually chose to let the order stand as is. What troubled us most was the lack of follow-up from our server and no other staff checking to see if we needed anything else. Eventually, I had to flag down a different server to request our check. This type of service is a stark contrast to my previous positive experiences with your brand. Given the intense competition in the restaurant industry, especially in this area, I believe management must emphasize proper staff training to maintain high standards. While I likely won’t return to this location, I hope you take this feedback seriously and strive to turn things around for the benefit of future customers.
