I walked in after letting a female in and showing her the door they took her order and act like they didn't know I was there I asked can u take my order they act like they didn't see me after about 15 minutes I said u don't see hey said he thought I was with the lady I let in the door after proclaiming that I felt he was being racist I left cause I sidnt know if they would tamper with my food the lady I let in the door felt so bad she tried to give me money they suck

The food was cold, my burgers were crispy like they'd been left to long and the fries came out cold and I had ask them to remake them. To the employees credit I did but I wait for a bout hour with the amount of time it took to take my hour to table time and this will be the last time I come to this location

Nothing and I mean NOTHING was right no tacos soda instead of unsweetened tea service was one of the most unfriendly I have seen. The company needs to come in and start over I had to come back and add I did not try my cheese cake when I wrote the review anyway it was old like a rubber ball how do you screw that up

Waiting almost 15 minutes for food, and tried giving food that has been sitting while they were making the rest of the order. The lady that’s in charge has an attitude problem. If you don’t like your job then work somewhere else. Cold old food and nasty service.

absolute garbage of a place. the drive thru area is weird. ordered a 3 piece chick tender combo, nugget combo, and onion rings guess what they gave me. TWO ONION RING BOXES AND ONE CURLY FRY BOX WHAT A JOKE. never ever coming here again, not even if everything was for free.

This Jack in the Box is hit it miss on any given day. You might get cold fries, you might get a smashed sandwich, you might get leftovers. But NOW they have a "kiosk" to put your order in. God forbid an older person is in front of you. The best part is, there's no card reader hooked up to the machine so you HAVE to wait for an employee. Thing is, the staff won't even look at you. You have to wait a good 10-15 min before you can even pay, let alone get the food. Sauces are no longer left out, so if you need sauce...good luck. Better hope you can snag an employee before they literally turn their back on you.

this place is ridiculous and has happened twice...the first time, it happened i ordered spicy grilled jack wrap which they made by inserting extra side of crispy chicken in the middle and overall i couldn't taste neither grilled nor crispy and they charged extra..second time i again ordered spicy grilled jack wrap and they again gave crispy wrap...if you order at drive through they have problems in understanding and if you go inside they prepare wrong orders..above all, the workers will talk while customer is standing at the register and once two workers were arguing loudly and there were more than one customer..not at all good service.

I ordered an unsweetened tea from this jack in the box. It tasted like soda. I have had this problem at multiple jack in the box locations. I am diabetic and unsweetened tea is my go to. What a waste of money if all I get is something that tastes like watered down soda. The rest of the food was fine.

Was overcharged even though the coupon said $11 plus tax they still charged me more Jorge doesn't understand English well but should be trained to charge the correct amount when using coupons Anx the spicy chicken sandwiches were disgusting old lettuce and the chicken patties were very rubbery and gross

I forgot to tell everyone what happened to me. I eat at Jack in the Box at least three times a week. I can understand having a bad day I also know that a lot of homeless people drug addicts go there all the time but to be treated like I was nothing after I spent my money and then when I asked her about it she's practically yelled at me she asked me the name of the order I told her my name she was convinced it wasn't me and made me show her the receipt on my phone. The worst part was my food was cold it was horrible I'll never go back to that Jack in the Box

October 1st, Friday night at 11:20 I’m going through the drive-thru order my meal which is the new bbq chicken deluxe sandwich as seen in the picture and when I go to open the box the cheese looks like glue and there’s hardly any sauce and the bacon taste like it’s been microwaved. I’ve tried to give this place many chances to see if they’d get it right one day but they just keep disappointing.
