Always a great experience when I order my lunch. The staff are super friendly, and the manager is awesome — we always have a good chat. They’re quick with my order and always get it just right. Definitely my go-to spot!

Both male and a female staff don't know how to use app where free cheesy garlic bread side offer would scan error (2 phones still) , very sad couldn't get. At least they were nice. Only brought cause was starving, not preferred location

Subway must be on a cost saving drive. Hardly any filling or dressing which made my sub extremely dry. I didn't bother finishing it. Partly this was my fault. I could've said something but the girl appeared to be new and was trying her best and i thought it would be ok. The fact that it was toasted made it taste like cardboard because of the lack of filling

As a big subway fan, I have eaten Subway sandwiches from at least 10 different branches in Sydney. I have never had such a minimalistic Subway sandwich in my life. Can you believe this? A few years ago, I bought Subway from this branch once again, and it was the same. Later, I remembered. It seems they consistently skimp on ingredients. I will never come to this branch again.

Very poor quality and big thumbs down this store as there is no consistency.I recently ordered chipotle quesadillas via uber from the rockdale branch. The quesadillas didn’t look and taste like it. The pita was not toasted and was just given as it is with no efforts taken to make it eatable.

Girl at the counter around 3:30 put rotten avocado on my meal didnt bother to change the container as it was almost finished never coming back again

I hate leaving bad reviews, but the Rockdale Subway store doesn't even deserve one star. This has to be the worst Subway store in Sydney. We paid for $33 worth of food, only to receive subs with off smelling cheese, expired meat and sauce. We ordered a Philly Steak and a Classic Chicken Sub, both were revolting and inedible. We took one bit and had to spit it out. The cookies were also stale. We have never had this experience at any Subway store in our lives. The owners and managers really need to be investigated and held accountable by the Head Office of Subway. I imagine the owners are trying to save money by offloading old products and not reordering fresh vegetables, meat and cheeses. If you don't want to waste your money or get extremely sick, i would suggest never buying from this store. If you have children, please do not feed them here as they might become extremely unwell. If this is the standard they are happy to serve to customers faces, just imagine the poor food handling and hygiene practices that go on in the background. Avoid this store at all costs!!

I placed an order of three Subway Footlong Combos with double meats and none of them have any double meats, how difficult is it to read a customers order? This isn't the first time they have done this too, worst experiences from this store.

Hate leaving negative reviews but it seems there's no other recourse. Ordered a veggie pattie salad with avocado and extra cheese. They forgot to add the veggie pattie. Silly, but it's only a human error. Happy to forgive and forget. Just called to give them some feedback. I was not going to go back for just one salad. The staff was not equipped or trained to handle it, got very defensive and when I asked if they could check with the staff member who prepared the salad not more than 10 minutes ago if they remembered to add the veggie pattie(the meal was for someone else and it was very embarrassing because it looked like I skimped out on the salad), the staff literally hung up the phone on me. Gen Z, I guess. Not her fault. She wasn't trained at all for this. Completely clueless.

That was very terrible meal I’ve ever had. It looked like not putting some Terriyaki chicken and cheese into it. I asked one of the staff to make a new one but he refuse to do it at the first time. I was arguing with him for a while, and he blamed me because I ordered online and I didn’t see how he cooked. He was very rude to me! It was my first time and I won’t go back there again. I was really disappointed!

I feel like I was robbed, I ordered two subs, two cookies, and two drinks through the app. The sandwiches were barren, they didn't have the drink I ordered, one of the cookies was so flat and melted I genuinely unwrapped my sandwiche and had to open it to check there was more than just bread !

worst subway i’ve been too, giving it a 1 is being generous. i ordered 7 subs and not one was toasted when i asked, asked for cheese on all and not one of them had. also wanted italian herb bread but got plain white bread and all of the fillings and sauces were wrong. when i asked the workers nicely they just laughed and said oh well.
