Alot to start on here... This pandemic has me cooped up in my apartment 24/7, just like everyone else. Haven't seen my girlfriend in over a month. Starting to get a bit stir crazy. Idea: I could really use an Oreo milkshake, at 10:30PM, on a Thursday. Hop in my car and drive over. 15 minute drive. I arrive, wait in line, and drive up to the speaker. The guy sounds busy and asks for a minute. I say sure, no problem. He says I can order when ready following said minute and I ask for The Shake. "Sorry, the machine is down right now." As usual on these kinds of late night milkshake runs. "Ah...man. Alright, well, that's all I wanted so... never mind. Thanks." There's a bit of hesitation on the other end. "Well, I can make it by hand if that's alright." "...Sure! You can do that. Thank you!" So sweet. In the minute waiting to drive up to the window, I realized that I must have sounded pretty indignant. I decide to correct this with positivity and tons of thanks as I pull up to the window. Instead, the positive energy flows both ways. Right as I pull up, I see him in his mask and gloves, he's already saying: "I could hear it in your voice. I knew this man had to get his shake." All I could do was laugh and bow my head. He was so kind. I repeated my thanks, and handed him my credit card. "It was like when the kid doesn't get what they want for Christmas, it sounded like that." "That's happened to me before, actually..." He says that he's a preacher, and then something about God, and doing right by Him, or something to that effect. Whatever it was, it was absurdly kind. He said "be blessed," and I said "be well," in that tone where you mean so much more good than you say. All I could do was laugh. Came for the milkshake, and got the most positive social interaction I've had in months. I didn't catch the man's name, but I did see he was a manager. He should own the damn franchise. Bless his soul and every other worker out there maintaining this kind of energy in these trying times. The milkshake was, of course, the best I've ever had from Jack in the Box. What did you expect? It's a Jack in the Box milkshake. They're great. One of the best jacks in the area. Kudos.

I went to this location on Sunday, my order was taken by Kimeesha (probably spelled wrong) and she was professional, kind and courteous- not to mention she was dressed representing Jack n the Box and ready for work- the Breakfast Jack's were hot and cooked to serve!! Thank you for improving this restaurant and hiring great people like this young lady!!
Delicious food, fries fresh out of the fryer. Woman handling the the window orders, Jamila, was very kind! Even patient with my indecisiveness 😅
Ive never been a fan of Jack in the Box until today. I ordered a Jumbo Jack with 1 slice of cheese-and custom was encouraged! That's different in a great way... PLUS...NO REALLY..... It was the best burger that any fast food restaurant has ever served me. The young lady at the drive-thru window was courteous, polite, smiling and genuine!! WOW MOMENT #2 ;) She made sure I had everything I needed to thoroughly enjoy my food, so CUDOS Jack! Whoever it was at the drive-thru window at 3:03pm today deserves a raise! She represented your brand FLAWLESSLY! THANKS JACK.

Came by early this morning and was pleasantly surprised! I have a big family therefor we always have big orders I always have to deal with employees irritated about my large orders but today was way different! The young man with dreads at the window today was so nice and patient with me I didn't feel rushed in the slightest he made sure my order was right he was just so nice and bubbly it made my day. I'll make sure to visit here again!
Came in this morning to use a breakfast jack combo coupon. Didn’t realize that my order I made didn’t apply and was told so. I offered to pay the original amount for my meal but the gentleman gave me the meal with the discount instead. Legitimately made my week a whole lot better plus he was very friendly. A+ service
Fellow jack employee here I drove to jack on a empty stomach and order two extreme sausages sandwiches on croissants the wonderful lady Hilda made my sandwiches the sandwiches was perfect 😋 and very delicious and now I'm nice and full GO HILDA 😁

Good food and shout to the girl that works there I think she's Indian she is the star that makes this location what it is. Always smiling and looks genuinely happy to serve people. Now for my issue. I ordered on the app for pickup at counter. I get customer service isn't fast foods main focus these days. Very hard to get employees attention but I think that's just the way fast food is now. Anyways I had to wait 10 plus minutes just to get someone's attention for my bag I can see sitting back there ready. What's the point of ordering on the app if it takes that long to get it. Maybe call customer name when food is ready or have a pickup station like McDonald's. Thanks!:)
Diego is absolutely fantastic. I work odd hours and have come during closing and opening, but Diego has always been on top of things. He has remembered my name and order and made sure to have things fresh and on time. Of all the workers( most have been great at this location) he has always given me top notch service. I appreciate that kind of attention to detail. I’d say most locations are pretty standard around here but it is nice to have at least one worker that always gives me stellar service. At the end of the day it’s that little touch that makes me feel that much more taken care of

I believe you need to hire more people in order to run efficiently and accurately. Two times in two days, my orders have been wrong. My son is autistic and is on a hamburger kick. He only likes ketchup and pickles and sometimes cheese. Today and yesterday I've ordered only cheese only ketchup only pickle. And yet I find mayonnaise on his hamburgers 😕 Stop having only two people run the store.
whoever manages this location seriously needs to teach their employees how to serve food. Multiple times I have gotten just a burger with ketchup with no lettuce tomatoes bacon cheese etc. in sight. I saw multiple reviews like this so be careful with this location and stay away if you can. It is 1/11/21 at 630 pm and I got a one of their special chicken sandwiches that is supposed to come with onion rings and a ton of other stuff but instead I got a piece of fried chicken between two buns. I usually don't write reviews but had to for this place.
The young lady At the window was stellar, but the food was horrible asked for extra extra pickles there were 2 on my burger, the sourdough isn't tested and they actually served me burnt to crisp jalapeños poppers, plus no one Answer the phone to rectify the situation. Placed a mobile order through their own app and it was canceled when the third party delivery driver got there. I assume they closed early, even though their hours said they should be open for at least 4 more hours. Really messed up that they allow you to place an order when they are closed. That was my last money set aside for eating out until payday and now it's not available to place an order somewhere else because they don't even issue a refund automatically when the order was canceled. So now I wait for corporate to respond to my refund request and I make instant ramen. Trash business practices.
