Fast, quality breakfast at a reasonable price. The lady taking our order was nice and very knowledgeable. The bagel with sausage, egg and cheese was quite large and very tasty. It was in a good area of town as well.

Very hit or miss. I love the chocolate croissant at Panera. When I get it here, sometimes it's great, other times it tastes old and kinda hard.

I LOVE Panera, but this was sad. I have a cold, so my husband went to get me some chicken noodle soup. For $9 there was THREE bites of food in my broth, 2 noodles, 1 carrot, and 1 piece of chicken. 😅🤒😭 Would love to have Panera make this right. 💔🍲

Visited at 6 on a Sunday. The majority of the empty tables weren't bussed, and there was a huge mess under most of them. The booth we sat in had a broken seat that sloped towards the floor. Customer service at this location has always been so-so in my opinion. And I use them regularly for catering. Lately, it's been good, but they can be inconsistent in arriving on time and with the entire order. Overall, I come back for the food but not the experience.

This is my first time going here and I actually just got delivered to my job. I was super excited to try the chicken noodle soup when it came. It was nice and warm, but as soon as I opened it, I realize that I was only given, bro there was no noodles no chicken at all, so I was forced to dip the bread into the broth and drink it. I really hope that the workers had more common sense than to serve someone a bowl of broth for next time.

Panera What the hell has happened to you??? I just had my lunch delivered and the grilled cheese is burnt and cold And why is my little cup of tomato basil soup only 1/4 full??? It looked like you filled it and the poured it back out . My roommate says hers is exactly the same. Shame on the quality and quantity.

Person who took our order was friendly and professional but when they had to fix an issue with the promo they needed a manager who wasn't around and couldn't be found. We just paid the full price as we were tired of waiting but then couldn't find any clean tables. Just ended up wiping one down myself. Disappointing.

These folk clearly don’t like their jobs. Ask for to go, and they clearly don’t listen. Ask for a lid for my drink, they’re out and have a dirty drink station. The girl looks me dead in my eye, ask me if I ordered a dessert, I confirm. And she bags up the rest of my food, failing to put in the dessert she just asked me about……chiiiiiiiile

Used to be one of my favorite spots, but not anymore. Portions got way smaller, they stopped giving real water cups, tables are sticky, floors are dirty, and even the butter is hidden now. Wi-Fi is not working. This Panera completely lost its charm not the place it used to be.

The cashier was not trained. I asked for the bagel pack, she looked at me like I am an alien. At the end, she charged me half dozen twice to make it a dozen. On top of that, she was wearing that type of long nails, so took her quite some effort to put on gloves. Bagel was good as usual. But definitely need some professional training there.

I usually go to a different location but we came to the one in Lincoln Heights. We started with bad service. I had to repeat our order about multiple times and then when I checked the receipt she still had it wrong. When I explained this to the manager who was also preparing the food she was very uninterested and gave an excuse and had an annoyed attitude. I thought we had fixed everything and received my order. I began to prepare my child’s little Turkey sandwich when I noticed the dirt on the cheese and took it out and was going to give him one of my slices of cheese but when I opened my sandwich I noticed a hair. At this point I was worried for our health and asked for refund. The same manager with short curly hair once again was not apologetic , empathetic, nothing. She was very dry and her only words after i showed her the food was Ok, What do you want me to do ? We did get a refund but I just wanted the company to know that their business is not in good hands and may want to look into things.
