Ordered the plate and the fried rice was okay but bland. Didn't have much to choose from in the form of entrees. The lady serving it up was very nice and answered our questions patiently. Parking is somewhat limited and small shared parking lot.

Good price. Impossible orange chicken was a notable highlight, arguably better than the original. Lot of fresh dishes coming into the serving area. I thought the chow mein was tasty, but my girlfriend didn’t think so. Overall, a better than average experience at Panda Express.

Order online food was ready when I got there and even remember to give me my cup to get my drink. The rice wasn't up to par for me this time. Good customer service though.

They were sold out of the signature special Spicy Orange Chicken, which was advertised on several giant posters, had to settle for the regular Orange chicken. Had to wait about 5 min. for the cook to make more Walnut Shrimp. The Iced Tea dispensers were completely out of service (and had been on my last visit as well) and the strawberry flavored Ice tea from the fountain dispenser was nothing but weak brown water. This place used to be decent but now it just seems like nobody cares, They are very pushy to get you served and checked out as fast as possible even when there is no long line.

Second Contact: September 23, 2024 1542 Manager- Edith Store Health inspection is visible,accessible, and populates via QR. Store has a hard copy of inspection with signatures. Health inspection Investigators need to be confirmed. Store lobby seems clean. Drinks area needs round clock attention to prevent bacteria from growing. As well as cross contamination. Staff has good customer service. Restrooms need to be deep cleaned. Store address is not visible on building. Store not listed on BBB website. There is a diverse staff of Human species.

“I’m a regular at Panda Express and usually enjoy it, but this visit was disappointing. I ordered the Beijing Beef and saw there was only a small amount left in the pan. I specifically asked if a fresh batch was coming, and was told yes, about 5 minutes. I waited, but when my order was ready it looked like the old leftovers had been mixed with the new batch. The beef was tough and not fresh (see photo). If I wait for a new batch, I expect to be served only that. I like Panda Express, but service like this makes me think twice about coming back. I hope management addresses this so others don’t have the same experience.”

Definitely recommend you go in to get your food, and do NOT have it delivered, as they tend to put significantly less in the box if you aren’t standing in front of them. Hey Panda, quit short changing us just because we got it delivered.

The staff is nice and the interior is kept clean. However, the food wasn't that good. During our visit, the chow mein tasted like it wasn't fully cooked and the orange chicken was overcooked (tough). Easily the worst Panda Express experience I've had to date. Lastly, parking is very limited, but that's not out of the ordinary given the location.

Both refresher drinks were HOT with no ice added at all. I paid for a service and received items not sealed with a tamper proof sticker and old food that took very long to arrive when the restaurant is literally 5 mins away. I want a FULL REFUND.!!!!!! Both plates were ICE COLD. Food was old and TASTED spoiled and sour. Had a terrible odor. Smelled like molded old poultry. Made us very sick. Called off from work due to food poisoning. That's the only thing we ate, and I have my doctor's note stating food poisoning. You all should be ashamed for providing food that is old, spoiled, and disgusting. Fire the current manager for allowing this madness to happen. What are yall doing there besides making people sick? NOTHING! NOT ,IN NO WAY, WORTH THE MINIMUM WAGE THE EMPLOYEES ARE PAID TO MAKE PEOPLE SICK

This location manager need to train your employees to do the doordash order . I have order from many panda express . This location is the worst. All the other panda use the seal tap make sure no one can open the bag otherwise will be noticed. This store just put the sticker on the bag . Tell me what is the points to have it? . When you order food for yourself . How you want the seal placed ? . And no soy sauce at all . This is the worst experience I have from panda express . . This is even after I called the store confirm the seal before put in order . Manager do your job ! I am reporting this to corporate.

For the eight years that I have been consuming at this specific location, on Washington St. in Mission Hills. This is the first time that the food was inedible, I mean the Orange Chicken and for the first time they did not give me food if As you read, the orange chicken is as hard as rocks. I ordered chicken mushrooms and I did not get any chicken, only 5 pieces of mushrooms that I threw away because I do not like them but I like the flavor of the chicken that they did not put in and the choomen looked like leftover onion, cabbage and celery with pieces of noodles. I was even less hungry when I saw how disgusting the dish looked when I opened it. I called but they only told me they were sorry. I threw it away, I felt outraged and in some way abused. I will not return. and it was food that my son and I like.
