So I had Pizza Hut yesterday for the first time in a while. Never again... I don't know if it was the location or have they changed their pizza. Hardly any sauce on pizza, no kind of cheese pull and no flavor. I told my daughter something was wrong when the pizza had no smell on the way home. Horrible experience.

I ordered the bread sticks and they were good however the Pizza was inconsistent ( this company plays food games and did this to me in Escondido CA as well.) It tasted like frozen cardboard. Disgusting. They have not even offered to pay me back. $23 dollars down the drain. They probably ended up rebersing me at some point and I actually enjoyed pizza and bread sticks and even French fries at some point.even after that cardboard fiasco. Honey mustard dressing apparently discontinued as with Papa John's. Who knows if they sell sald at the store for pickup however, I don't see that option online. The best thing to order for vegetarians / vegans and people who have dairy (cheese and milk restrictions/ issues is pizza with no sauce and no cheese -- I always get sick from both there -- and the sauce always fit only for carnivores which I no longer am. I usually add vegetables too. I have not tried pineapple there since after 1999.

Worst location I’ve visited. Ordered with their own app, paid, got confirmation of order, and a notification of the order being ready. I got there and nothing. Manager Paola was not helpful. After waiting for a fix she only wanted to charge me again. Don’t trust this location.

This pizza was a sad excuse of a pizza burnt all over. No flavor. The damn dog didn't even want to eat it. Everyone was still hungry . It was like eating wet cardboard. Never again will I order from pizza hut.

The order took 2 hours to arrive. The food was cold because the delivery driver did not deliver to my apartment. Instead it was left in the lobby. I tried to call the offending store and was repeatedly hung up on.

Ouf, I just had the saddest little pan pizza. It wasn’t cooked all the way, and it had no taste. I scraped off the mushrooms and threw out the rest. It was weirdly dry but undercooked, just to look at it you’d know something was off, I’m surprised they sent it

We ordered here because they take food stamps when I got there I tried to pay and it didnt take my food card and the chick said it takes some food cards and denies others and so I ended up having to pay cash and I don't have a job or income so it sucked and the girls were totally rude and unwilling to even try my card a second time

Let's be honest, this Pizza Hut is a little rough around the edges. The location is a little dicey and the parking lot is cramped. But that's not really anyone's direct responsibility but just be advised this location is a little rough. You order your pizza through plexiglass and they hand it to you in a tray. Take that how you will... Moving onto the food, my fiancee and I have been generally pleased with their offerings. We usually get wings and pizza and can confidently say their pizza is a step above dominos and little Cesar. I don't know if it's the area, but those other pizza chains don't deliver consistent pizza. We enjoy Pizza Hut and recently we had a negative experience. Nothing crazy, but I left feedback in the email they send after your order and they actually responded! Needless to say, that was a big plus for me. Customer service is everything these days and I feel confident that I will get consistent pizza from this location and that if I have any problems they will be addressed. Great job to the manager of this location for listening. That was huge. You've earned my continued trust and business. 🍕 Update: this location has the worst service. I'm sorry. My wife and I frequent here because it's local but they never make their time promises. Most recently we checked in, they said 10 minutes, and then I waited 30 minutes. I don't have a solution other than choose another location. Disappointed. We love pizza 🍕

I ordered a pizza with extra sauce and what I got delivered was thin crust and no sauce, literally just cheese bread. The slices were also scattered all over the box. Worst waste of $40

Got this pizza today. Highly disappointed. It looks like the driver dropped the pizza. Picked at it. I hate that they don’t have drivers. They just send door dash drivers that don’t care.

I ordered a large three topping pizza and they only gave me 9 pieces of chicken, 14 pieces of pepperoni, and a small amount of bacon. I also wanted the garlic crust and it didn’t have any flavor on the crust. I’m not happy at all with my purchases.
