Rubio's Taco Tuesday is always a great experience, but I wanted to give a shout out to the staff working at this location. They were very kind and got our food out quickly, also offering to give us napkins and utensils when they dropped our order at our table. The outdoor patio was also a nice spot to have a bite, the lights were cool at night.

Fun local branch of the restaurant. It’s been a family favorite for years. I love the sweet potato cubes offered as vegetarian protein with their bowls.

I love this location for the PEOPLE! Marcie & Connie are so personable helpful & kind. I thought they got my order wrong once, but I found my missing tacos on the floor of my backseat the next day! In other words, they’re always top notch & NEVER got my order wrong. I must find myself here buying food for my household about 3 times a month! Rubio’s may seem a bit expensive & like portions are small, but it’s actually just the right amount of quality food you need! They don’t rely on the quantity over quality most restaurants use a lot these days to trick their consumers into thinking they’re getting more for their money. Rubio’s is awesome!

Reasonably priced fast food joint. Dine in, take out, order ahead pick up options. In and outdoor seating. Tables are sanitized between guests.

I now live in West Virginia...upon arriving in San Diego I already had my restaurant stops picked out. Rubio's for Taco Tuesday. I got the especial fish tacos, my sister got the shrimp. The food was so good we ate in silence.

Surprisingly good food! The bowls have a really good selection of ingredients. One of my bowls portion was a bit smaller than normal. Prices of the bowls are definitely much more than places like Chipotle but the ingredients are also generally better.

Very good fish tacos, decent burritos. I only come here for one thing. Fish tacos! I have tried the burritos and some of the other items which are ok (good but not great). But the fish tacos just hit my palette well. The prices are reasonable for what you are getting. The service has always been great. The chips, beans, and salsas are good. Thus is a must hit for anyone coming to the area.

Rubio's never disappoints! Always fresh, always tasty! Not a long line or wait, outdoor dining, and a beer is always nice! Great view of the freeway and semi-private outdoor dining area! Our food did come out cold, but they immediately and quickly remade our order and it was fabulous!

Always a fan of Rubio's, I picked up a fish taco and a steak burrito today and loved them both. We ate outside under an umbrella. It's fast food quasi-Mexican but it tastes great. Also one of the few places where vanilla Coke is available.
