The best pastor tortas, pastor with chorizo, and barbacoa in San Luis Potosí. The lengua tacos are also delicious. There's a salsa for every taste. It's worth going to this place where I've been a customer for over 40 years.
Some of the best tacos in San Luis Potosí. My favorites are the pastor and campechanos, but their specialty is the cabeza tacos. You can reserve them to pick up at a specific time the next day. They're always busy, but the service is still fast. The owner and the rest of the staff are very friendly. They have a few chairs for eating in.
Excellent tacos, very good size and excellent flavor. They have beef head, pastor, machito, steak, and chorizo, and you can order tacos, quesadillas, or gringas. The prices are super affordable for the size and quality of their products, ranging from $11 to $13 pesos.
Of the variety they offer, my favorites are the steaks; the service is good. But if you visit this place, be sure to arrive early, because they sometimes sell out very quickly.

The tacos are good... but they take a loooooong time. The average wait is 45 to 60 minutes for a simple order, and there are only 4 or 5 people ahead of me at most. They should improve this, because at other similar places with a similar number of customers, they don't take more than 20 minutes to get an order.
Everything was delicious, but the service from the lady was very poor. She doesn't respect your turn, and if more people arrive, she'll put you at the end if you get distracted. She seems to be upset when people ask for sauce. They should put someone responsible instead of those people with no service attitude.
