Jack in the Box Santa Maria Reviews
All is good Exception of the Homeless sleeping all over property.wish there was a place for them to get help.
We order for take out. We waited in line to order over 15 minutes and they were out of the tiny tacos. They gave me regular fries when I had asked for curly fries. They don't carry raspberry ice tea. And still took another 15 minutes to give us our food.
Last 2 times I ordered Jack's smash bacon cheese burger combo, onion rings, order. Of jalapeno poppers, & of course CHURROS FOR THE WIN !!! They def. got that Cinnamon on🔥🔥🔥💯💯❤️❤️❤️😎😎
A Midnight Munchies Rescue Mission Picture this: It’s the dead of night on a late drive from Santa Maria toward Santa Barbara. The clock has rolled past midnight, stomachs are growling louder than the engine, and every civilized restaurant has long since pulled down the shutters. Enter Jack in the Box at 1041 E Main St — one of the last 24-hour outposts standing between us and full-blown hanger meltdown. This place is basically the fast-food equivalent of a lighthouse for lost, hungry sailors. We hit the drive-thru, and honestly, the service deserves its own standing ovation. Friendly, zero mistakes — even at an hour when most humans are functionally zombies. Five glowing stars for the crew; they’re running that window like Olympic torchbearers. Ordered up a breakfast platter with french toast sticks (for me) and Supreme Croissants for the wife and kiddo, then parked in the spacious lot to feast like royalty in an SUV. The french toast sticks? Absolute legends — crispy, sugary batons of joy that could probably broker world peace if dipped in enough syrup. My scrambled eggs, however… let’s just say they’d clearly been hanging out too close to the burger side of the grill and came away tasting like they’d auditioned for a role in a bacon commercial. “Grill-flavored eggs” — a bold culinary choice I didn’t know I’d ordered. The Supreme Croissants fared better on the filling front, but my family unanimously declared the croissant itself less “ooh la la” and more “hearty dinner roll wearing a fancy name tag.” Flaky? Not today. Buttery layers? Missing in action. Still, nobody revolted, so partial victory. One small side-eye to management: every single outdoor trash bin was overflowing like they were hosting a post-apocalyptic buffet. It gave the parking lot a certain “abandoned amusement park” vibe that didn’t quite match the late-night hunger heroism. Look, this Jack in the Box is the dependable friend who shows up at 2 a.m. with snacks — not perfect, occasionally questionable in taste decisions, but clutch when you need it most. Local reviews back this up: everyone raves about the 24/7 reliability and drive-thru efficiency, and I’m right there with them. Overall, a very respectable (and slightly chaotic) 3 out of 5 stars — boosted significantly by that flawless service and those heroic french toast sticks. If you’re a fellow night owl facing the midnight munchies, roll through. Just maybe bring your own trash bag.
Took forever so thay gave us 2 tacos for the wait and it was very dirty plus the workers where complaining the whole time they where cleaning.
Well the food was great for what it was, (fresh). However, I ordered a double fish sandwich & a big box chicken. The only real problem i have is not the amount of food I get to enjoy it's all that food & only two dipping sauces & because she didn't asked she assumed i wanted ranch instead of leaving the ranch she stuck her hand in my bag to take her mistake & bad judgment I wanted ranch out my bag...
First, they have signs that say 24 hours, but at 4:30 am I go in drive thru, and they say they don't open until 5:00. So I go run an errand and get gas, come back and wait. A couple people go in ahead of me after 5, and I actually order at 5:15:50 per my receipt. I have to pull ahead to front where the other two cars are waiting. My food finally arrives at 5:29. Seems like an unusually long time for one sandwich, two sides and a coffee. The usual mediocre food, but nothing unusually wrong with it, nothing missing, and the guy serving me was really pleasant about it, so that's why the second star.
It can’t be possible that you guys always forget something it’s the 3rd time I come this month and order and You always forget something do the your job right
I only get 30 minutes for lunch and the workers were more focused to help the drive thru customers more than the ones inside the store. It took like almost 15 minutes to grab my to go order
I work night shift and every time I try to come to this location between 3-4am they always say their system is down and they can’t take my order or that they’ll only accept cash. Seems pretty shady to me. I understand if it’s a one time issue but it happens every single time we try to go here.
Absolutely horrible customer service. Don't dine in. Unless you want to be ignored and made to wait. They never acknowledge you right away. They like to wait at least 3 minutes before they even realize you are there. They'll do 5 drive thru orders before they take dine in orders. They suck. Rude and slow. I say rude because it's rude to ignore.
The cashier at the drive thru was not very experienced didnt read back my order to confirm nor did she give me a total and got to the window and she wanted me to have the exact amount because she didnt have 1's in her drawer asked if I could use a cc and I told her no all I had was cash and she basically wasnt going to sell me my order because she didnt want count out 2$ in change... then after I told her to give me the change in coins she handed me my oreo cookie shake that was not even a shake it was two drinks worth of shake and the rest was whipped cream I will NOT be going back to this jack in the box THIS WAS THE LAST TIME THEY WILL GET ANY MONEY FROM ME DO BETTER the prices that we pay and then not even get what we pay for wasted 20$ ...
They say 24hrs .. but somehow EVERYTIME I try and go at 3am there system is always down... smh.. but during the day works perfectly fine .. what a joke
The girl taking orders from drive thru was so rude. That girl seems like she doesn't like her job. Someone needs to show her customer service! We were going to order and she wasn't taking our order so we asked her for the code to use the bathroom, she tells us to hold on, she acted " like she didn't know the code or didn't want to give it" so we just walked out.
Ordered a teriyaki chicken bowl with UBER but it came not full, Half bowl only, called jack in the box, they told me to bring the bowl back to get a replacement lol, it was my work time unfortunately like to it back, not happy, bad customer service by the phone man an the phone, picture attached
Came in today and these two females harassed a lady because they charged her for cheese on a burger and it didn’t have it so they gave her a slice of cheese to put on her burger, they were so rude and laughed at her. This lady was like 70, we even stepped in for her. HORRIBLE people, how dare they talk to a lady like this? And she was sooo nice. One of them was Maria.
After leaving San Francisco en route to Santa Barbara we were on the search for a good breakfast place. Being from South Africa and not knowing what to expect we decided to stop here. I could not get anything that I could eat. There were absolutely no healthy options and nothing that was of a good vegetarian choice. This is fast food indeed - no difference to a McDonald’s with bad options that is not good for anybody’s health. I left hungry where as my kids had junk and so did my husband who felt like throwing up after having a burger 🍔
