First time coming to Chili's and I was very impressed. The restaurant was full but service was still FAST. I was very impressed with the teamwork of the staff. For example, our waitress took our drink order and about a minute after, a food runner was already at our table with our drinks. The whole menu was full of lunch specials, which was very nice. You can mix and match many different options, so there is definitely something for everyone. We had Jenn as our waitress, and she was the absolute BEST. Very thoughtful and attentive. Hope to see if Chili's just set the bar way too high on my first visit or if they consistently give this level of service. So far... fantastic!

Jasmine is the most attentive waitress and super friendly! The food is good and prices are fair which is important. Music was a bit too loud which made hearing a bit rough for conversations. Enjoyed my family night out at Chili's. Great food and friendly service (Richard gets an A+). Richard is very kind, friendly, and charming 😊. Richard is one of the best, no complaints about him. I had a hot fresh meal and a good tasting drink. The appetizers were delicious also. The price is right!!!

Stop in with 20 family member while in the area for vacation and the service, food was beyond awesome. We all ordered something different obviously and we only waited maybe 25 minutes and all of our food was done. The restaurant was packed. The server she went above and beyond the manager was awesome. The menu is the same for every Chilis, but the service at this location makes the meal. Everyone goes out of their way to keep you happy but Logan is my personal favorite. The guys is just good at his job and I’ve never seen him have a bad day.

Ww did the thrill Waterpark all day. It was so fun. Only downside is be prepared to climb a lot of stairs.

Food is always good and you get what you order very consistently. Service is good and is pretty quick. Drinks are now expensive and they don’t feel like they are watered down or diluted. It can get very noisy when it’s full specially because the tables are very close together, and when it’s busy sometimes the floor can by dirty.

Our waitress Samia provided excellent service, food and drinks were on point as well!

Mom and I ate our favorite dinner here this evening. We always order the Quesadilla Explosion salad and tonight was no different. It was fresh and flavorful , served quickly and cheerfully by our server. If I had one suggestion to the chef, don't overload it with the crunchy tortilla strips. A few is all you need.

From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was buzzing—lively but not overwhelming, with just the right energy for a fun night out. We ordered the Fajitas for Two (which sizzled their way to the table in style), bone-in wings that were perfectly crispy on the outside and juicy inside, and a couple of Tito’s Punch cocktails that hit just the right tropical notes. Everything was full of flavor and served piping hot. What stood out even more was the service—quick, efficient, and incredibly attentive without being intrusive. This is your typical Chili's. The food is what you expect as well as the service. It's a nice chain restaurant, but there are no real issues here. It's consistently packed at the right times, so that is a good sign. I come here from time to time when I'm undecided on what to eat, but have some time on my hands. Last time I had the new flat bread and it was amazing. Also my waitress Amy was great.

I was honestly surprised by how fresh and flavorful the food at this Chili’s was—everything tasted amazing! My husband and I came in for a late dinner around 10:30, just 30 minutes before closing, and the staff still welcomed us with a smile and great service. Super clean, delicious, and all-around a great experience. We’ll definitely be back!

I barely go to any other Chili’s simply because there’s poor service takes several hours for everything to come out. I come to this Chili’s every other day because Richard is absolutely amazing he’ll see your cup empty and he’ll instantly refill it. Comes every 5 minutes to check on everything He’s extremely amazing he has changed my life when it comes down to dining out and having a wonderful restaurant experience Richard will forever be my server thank you so much Richard you are amazing and you such a wonderful person much amazing energy as soon as he walks up to your table brings excitement,instant love and care. The food was really really good in this location hot and fresh . Triple dipper jalapeño sausage and a Cheryl temple is definitely one of my favorite go to as an entree for the triple I do the Nashville wings bone In definitely have to get the honey chipotle crispers and the menu burger bites ranch for me if ofcurse I wish they would bring back the white Oreo molten cake ! That’s to show you just how long I’ve been going to chills for those of you who had the chance to experience that cake it was divine

I don’t typically review chain restaurants but the speed of my service here was incredible. Not only was my food brought out in minutes, it was perfect and delicious.

Great service by Allison, she took the time to make it special with all the little things and we really appreciated her thoughtfulness. I come to chilis very frequently and you can’t go wrong with their burgers, especially the 3 for me deal, as well as their desserts, both the skillet cookie and the molten lava cake. Their apps are all good and so is their sweet tea. I’ll definitely be returning :)

Chili's has got to be my favourite restaurant and a must go to whenever I visit America. They have an amazing $8 lunch special, where you get a soup and an entree. They also have an all day 2 for $25 special where you can share 1 appetizer and 1 dessert, and 2 entrees. Portions are huge and definitely worth the price. They did not lower the quality of the food, and the flavours are all amazing. The cookie desseet is a MUST! They freshly bake the cookie and it is so delicious and nothing beats the texture of a fresh and hot chocolate chip cookie.

A few of us ordered the Grilled salmon with black beans and Mexican rice was delicious. Seasoned well, not salty, the salmon was not dry some moisture to it. The black beans were seasoned well, and nicely cooked not hard or too soft. Service was fantastic, our server made us feel very relaxed. Ordered the same meal to go, and it was just as good. Great location, easy to find, good prices.

Today my boyfriend and I went to chillis and were blessed to have LOGAN as our server!!!! He was attentive, kind, made you feel welcomed from his introduction to the end of the service. He deserves a raise because he is the reason I’ll keep coming back!

Had a great time with my family. Food was fantastic the Bacon Burger was just perfectly cooked. Corn on the cob is a must every time we visit and the southwestern eggrolls were amazing. Fries and cheese fries were a bit to dry maybe but nevertheless the rest of the food was simply perfect for the occasion. I for sure will come back for another Bacon Burger. 😋

Looking for a quick and simple to-go lunch? Well Chili’s is the place then by via online ordering. The food is tasty and the salt level is perfect. Love to order the cheese burger with avocado slices, extra onions, cut in half and hold salt on the fries. Online ordering would be better if there were a special instructions option, for this, you have to call in. Might as well just phone in the order in this case. The food prices are great and out of this world. If enrolled in the rewards program, there’s free dessert on birthday, free chips and salsa and free appetizers notifications by email. Lunchtime to go pick up is extremely busy at this location, probably because of the many business offices around. This keeps the food supply fresh and Ariel and ____ keep things rolling though. Go Chili’s, go Chili’s, go!!!!

I love chili's, everything was great but our server totally was rushing us out. I haven't been in awhile and food is always great but my service was just irritating. I was in and out in less than 30 minutes.

Allison was absolutely amazing!! Chili’s is always okay to good when it comes to the food. I ordered the Cajun pasta and the noodles were separate from the sauce. The sauce tasted like it came premade which took away from the food experience. I appreciate Allison for making our visit better than what it could have been! If you’re on the fence, get the triple dipper. The chicken option is always cooked to PERFECTION!

Unique is such a joy to be greeted by. I wanted to do a pick up order and was pleased by the wonderful attitude and customer service she provided. I came to this Chili's location along Powerline Rd. for a birthday treat for my daughter. We went through the to-go area and was warmly greeted by a female employee. I told her that I had free kid's dessert reward in my account and the employee had me put my number into the kiosk to claim the reward (kid's molten cake). I also ordered a kid's cheeseburger which came with fries and a drink. It took about ten minutes to received the order. My daughter sat in the vehicle and began eating the fries. I didn't have to ask, watching her stuff her face was evident enough that she was enjoying her meal. I didn't order anything for myself because I already had something to eat somewhere else. This was my baby girl's treat, but I will return to have lunch here soon.

I don't remember the name of our waitress, but she was extremely nice and did her job the way she was supposed to. The food was good a bit cold. But that's because the night that I went there. There was a school function happening, and it was very busy very crowded. There definitely wasn't enough staff that night for the amount of people that were there. Management should have asked more servers to come in when catering to an event.

My food wasn't fresh. My fries were cold ribs were cold, my chicken tenders were horrible, & rubbery and my coke tasted very nasty after they told me they changed it. Then I was charged for game play, even though I never touched the device on the table until it was time to pay.

I visited this location with my family. We all left with large to go plates because we barely ate in the restaurant. It wasn't the best first impression when we walked in. We were a pretty decent sized group, and the accommodations to move the table were weird. It was off in a dark area that was tight on space. The roof was leaking on to our table. We had to shift the table again, ourselves. The bathroom wasn't the cleanest, and the service wasn't the greatest either. They really did try to help and resolve the issue when we mentioned the service. For that, I would say give them a chance, but maybe at a high top table near the bar. That area seemed clean. Food portions were large.

6/16: The ice cream for the kid's mini molten cake was put in a condiments container. Why even offer the ice cream? Lol, just wow...🙄 2 weeks before: The 3 for me sirloin entree was good. I also had the cookie skillet dessert, which was not so good. I threw 3/4 of it away. It had such a bland taste.

The wait was not very long however their waitress apparently have a hard time understanding requests made by the guest. Most of them don't seem to understand English language which i find very upsetting being that you are living in our country which is America so take the time to learn how to understand our language. Overall the food was amazing and fresh and hot.

Went out with people for a celebration after a long year of working day in and out during covid. The food was very salty. The best things were the chips and salsa. We had top shelf margaritas and they were great. We were told about the 2 for 1 margaritas and all tried them. They were the worst drinks we ever had. We told the waiter they were just sour mix and ice. He didn't seem to care. We paid for shots to put in them but it didn't help. We spent over 200 and they didn't offer anything as compensation. The appetizers were small. The guacamole was the size of an ice cream scoop. The queso dip was only enough for one person. Not a good experience after waiting for a long time to celebrate. I'm attaching a photo of the worst margarita.

Host didn't know any especial or offer because it was her first day. The restaurant felt like the A/C wasn't working. We didn't order anything and left.

The waitress cleared wasn't trained well. The salads were incorrect. Told her we were allergic to red onions. She took the salad back removed the onions and bought the SAME salad back. Same with the croutons, smh. The salmon was overcooked. At this point I just gave up. First bad experience at a Chili's.

So I tried another Chili's for sure I am done. Took forever to take our order. Sour cream for the appetizers spoil. My friends enchilada tasted frozen and reheated. My burger was not bad.

The restaurant was dirty the service was cold not courteous at all... the food was disguisting... the soda was flat we both had a hamburgers.. 1 burger had a slice of cheeselike product on the top and 1 slice on the bottom of the hamburger .... it wasnt melted and the hamburger was dry... the other burger had a funny odor! We each ate half and tried to enjoy it... but we didnt finish... we complained to the manager and that it was not real cheese... he said it was cheddar... lol... it was orange but no taste...the manager and he said he would remake them and we did not want to try more... they were both disgusting and immediate diareah.... it would have been better to go to Burger King and save some money!!! He acted like we were trying to eat for free!!! He gave us a 10% discount... for complaining!!!

This was just unbelievable the food taste and presentation horrible!! I frequent this restaurant and I couldn’t believe that this was served and I was charged for this . Do better !!

I’m writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service I received from a bartender during my visit on 12/05/2024, around 3 PM. I’m a regular at this Chili's location and always enjoy the atmosphere, especially when Katlin is working. She has always provided great customer service, even on tough days. However, the bartender I encountered on this particular occasion had the worst customer service skills I’ve experienced. I don’t take the time to write complaints lightly, but the poor service was so disappointing that we decided not to order anything else. We had to wait an extended period just to be served, and it left a bad impression. We chose not to order additional items, which I understand affects your business, as happy customers are the key to returning. I spoke with the shift manager, Reggie, who assured me he would address the issue, but as a result of this ongoing poor service, several regulars, including myself, have discussed avoiding the restaurant on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Unfortunately, I feel like I’ve been treated this way on purpose, and I no longer feel comfortable returning. I would greatly appreciate it if you could have a conversation with the bartender about improving her customer service or take further action if necessary.

I left an item at this location a couple of days ago. When I realized I left it I called the restaurant and was told that they had found it. I made sure to tell them that I would be coming to get it and the staff let me know that they would hold it for me until then. I called the restaurant right before I went to get it and again was told that they still had the item. When I get there, 25 minutes later, I was told by the hostess that the item could not be located. When I asked for the manager, she came out and told me "the cleaning crew must have thrown it away". This was extremely careless and borderline disrespectful. Just something to keep in mind when considering coming here.

I decided to go to Chili's on Powerline. I ordered a QP burger with fries. First let me say the price for this burger and fries was $14.39. When I went to pay the bill, it was $18.48. I said to the young lady that took my order,"How is it $18.48? She took it upon herself to give herself a 20% tip. Let me give the tip. She had a very nasty demeanor. When I asked her about the blossoming onion, she said, "I ain't never heard about that and I've been working here for 5 years. When I googled it for her, that's when she got real nasty. On to the food. The burger had more ketchup and mustard on the burger than there was meat. As if the nasty demeanored worker put it on there on purpose because I questioned her about my total. The burger had a strange after taste. Like a chemical/cleanser was sprayed on it. The fries had so much salt on them, they would give you high blood pressure if you didn't have it. I will never go back to this Chilli's ever again. McDonald's $3.39 bundle burger tastes better than what I got today from Chilli's. I'm so nauseous from the food, I might have to go to the hospital.

I’ve came here for so long, every single time been taken care in a friendly time manner! But today I came here after work to have a good time just to eat out since I work everyday. I got here and nobody took the time to come to us. All the workers were just starring at us. I send my son to ask if we could just choose where to sit? People were coming in and just walking straight to sitting at the bar. A young lady there replied no we had to wait for the host. Where was the host?? No where in sight. Mins came passing and no acknowledgement. Horrible experience.

They had me pay twice, online and in person, under the pretense that it didn’t go through on their side. When I showed up in person again to ask why I was charged twice with two different receipt numbers, they tried to claim it was fraudulent activity from my side. After calling the bank my suspicions were confirmed, I was charged twice and they didn’t want to give me my refund, not fraud they just didn’t want to refund me. Overall, worst experience I’ve had here

I order a simple Southwest salad and a cup of loaded potato soup....they put cilantro in my soup and my salad had no avocado i paid extra for no onions no pico....just lettuce and luke warm chicken. I will drive further for a better Chili's next time...I have now been on hold for 21 minutes trying to get my money back and the manager has left me on hold. The most unprofessionally ran Friday night shift I've seen in years

Never order a steak here I sent it back because it was well done when I wanted medium rare and when it came back it was still well done, I gave up and just wanted to pay my bill and leave I then Sat for an entire 30-40 minutes with a steak I’m not eating waiting for my server to come back and take the 2nd steak off my bill. still have not been talked to when she’s walked by at least 5 times. We always used to like going here, but our experience this last time has made us change our mind about eating here. We ordered our food online, drove to pick it up, drove back home, and sat down with our kids to eat. The kids got quesadillas, can't really mess those up... but we got burgers. Luckily, we picked at them while setting the table, because we discovered they were still RAW! We had asked for no pink & well-done for our burgers, This was completely unacceptable. When we called and spoke to the manager on duty, she said we had 2 options - Chili's dollars mailed to us or come back and get another meal. They refused to give us our money back. She said it was company policy. Neither sounded like a great option. We didn't want to be offered anything Chili's had after seeing our burgers. By the time we got off the phone, our kids were done eating and I ended up having to get them ready for bed while my husband went back for more food. By the time we had our meals, I was too upset to eat it.

The worst Chili’s restaurant ever also my last time there! I went for a BBQ Ribs normally at all restaurants everywhere any brand name when you order a full rack of ribs you receive 11-12 ribs in the order and if you want a half rack it’s 5-6 ribs also it comes with 2 sides of your choice. Well for my surprise at this Chili’s at Ft. Lauderdale, FL. I order a half rack of bbq ribs and I received just 3 small ribs and like a 14 fries and the worst cole slaw ever also I have to change my lemonade 3 times because the flavor was just like water! The quality of the food there was really bad and the wait time for food is days!!

As always, this restaurant never gets it right. They always forget something. Whether it's a side or a simple instruction, it seems it's a complex task for them to follow directions from the app. Not to mention the mini slices of avocado and bacon they graciously added to my sandwich. Do not choose this location, apparently they're too busy to pay attention to their customers.

Unfortunately I didnt have it as said no problems and ordered water. What makes this disgusting is the beer was still brought to the table, meanwhile I wasnt allowed to drink. Asked the waiter if he wanted to check my husband's id since im the one who ordered the beer the waiter said "no he has a beard" so just because my husband had a beard they didnt need his ID. I AM ALMOST 30 YEARS OLD. To be treated this way was absolutely disgusting. The staff will judge you just based on how you look. Bewear. Underage people who look older or have facial hair like a beard, could more then like walk in and order drinks without being ID. And yet I order a beer and then order a separate drink. That is disgusting to prejudge based solely on looks.

We were seated quickly and given menu's. Our waitress came over and asked us if we wanted any drinks. I said a diet coke. She then asked if we were ready to order. I said I had a question about the Margherita Chicken and proceeded to ask if I can order it without beans. The waitress, who had two big puffy ponytails with a purplish color at the ends, rolled her eyes and sarcastically stated that I can substitute the beans with any of the sides. When I said I needed a minute to look over the sides because I forgot my glasses, she sighed and with a nasty tone, said she could read for me if I couldn't see. I said no, and that I would just take the beans on the side. The food came very quickly and was hot. However, the rice was spicy as well as the grilled chicken itself. No where on the menu did it have a pepper to show spicy. NEVER AGAIN!

Beautiful nice blonde girl with a nice warm smile sits me by the windows (table 7)so it’s not cold but I over hear her say to a sever it’s her table to take . Then the burgundy very short hair girl looks at the time (3:56pm) I over hear her say something about the time . I’m guessing she didn’t want to take us. So her and 2 others one with glasses (boy) and with blonde hair extensions huddle up in a circle and talk like who was going to serve us. Looking and looking and waiting till finally got someone to come take care of us.. moral of all this if you have employees who are rushing to leave home and don’t want to take care customers .. they need to be giving shorter hours and give those who work hard the hours .. its sad coming to a place and people want to be given service .. I don’t think I’ll be coming back and sitting in the dinning room area .. horrible experience

I ordered the triple dipper with southwestern eggrolls, honey chipotle crispers, & Nashville mozzarella sticks. The crispers were the most rubbery tenders I have ever eaten, the mozzarella sticks you can taste how non-fresh it was. The eggrolls didn’t taste fresh either but more tolerable to eat than the others. Maybe it was because they were busy & an hour before closing but the Chilis in our hometown are almost always busy & they still provide the BEST quality food every time we go. It is safe to say we will not be returning to this establishment.

I came to this Chili’s on Monday night with friends. For nearly the entire visit, everything was normal. Our server, Allison, was initially pleasant, professional, and attentive. She took our orders correctly, repeated them back, and nothing seemed out of the ordinary. Then, in the final few minutes, we experienced one of the most bizarre and uncomfortable interactions I have ever had in a restaurant. While trying to split the check using the tabletop payment device, the system froze. The screen locked up and we couldn’t move forward. After patiently waiting for her to finish helping other tables, we politely asked if she could assist us. The moment we asked for help, her entire personality changed. Instantly. She became defensive, aggressive, and openly accusatory, snapping at us with, “So you messed it up is what you’re saying?” There was no misunderstanding. No raised voices from us. No attitude. No stress at our table. Just a calm request for help with a malfunctioning device — and in response we were met with hostility that felt completely unhinged. The tone was so sharp and confrontational that the entire table froze. We genuinely looked at each other in disbelief, wondering what we had just walked into. It felt less like a customer service interaction and more like being scolded for something we didn’t do. When she finally offered a “solution,” she said — again in a pointed, irritated manner — that everything would need to be reversed at the POS station and that only ONE of us could go with her. This was delivered not as guidance, but as a reprimand. Those last five minutes completely erased the entire experience. My friends and I dine at Chili’s regularly — at least once a month — and we have never experienced behavior like this at any Chili’s, or frankly at any restaurant in our lives. What made it so unsettling was how extreme and sudden the shift was. It was like dealing with two completely different people. This review is not about a frozen payment device. Technical issues happen. This is about emotional volatility, lack of professionalism, and behavior that made paying customers feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. To other guests: be aware that a simple request for assistance can apparently trigger an aggressive and confrontational response at this location. To Chili’s corporate: this is exactly the type of interaction that destroys brand loyalty and drives long-time customers away. Whatever training, management oversight, or accountability is missing here needs immediate attention. Because of this incident, we will never return to this Chili’s. She then blamed us outright, saying, “Oh, so you’re telling me you messed it up?” which was shocking and completely unprofessional. Rather than resolving the issue, she told us to follow her to the register. To avoid further attitude and escalation, we paid and left. The tone, blame, and lack of basic customer service left a sour ending to what should have been a fun night. This behavior needs to be addressed.
