They take forever and have mediocre service. They don't answer when you ask them something, they just take your order and ignore you until they charge you. I asked them about the bathroom 5 times and they didn't answer me.
The service is extremely poor; they take far too long, and the staff are unfriendly and unhelpful. They also offer app-based delivery, which makes it even worse for the drivers. If you order through an app, you'll wait twice: the time the app gives you and the time the driver waits.
