The treatment was excellent, they repaired something on my truck and of course I recommend them, in my opinion they are the best in Hermosillo
Bajo nivel de servicio tecnico, llevé mi camioneta por un ruído en un muelle y me dijeron que era tema del diferencial, que no era tema de muelles y me mandaron a diferenciales Fraijo al norte de hermosillo donde alla tambien me dijeron que tenian que cambiar los satelites del diferencial$$$. 3 tecnicos en muelles Rey y niuno siquiera se asomó bajo el auto para verificar el ruido. Al final resolví mi problema yo mismo poniendo W-40 a los muelles en cuestion y se quitó el ruido. A lo que voy en mi comentario es que por ese mal doagnostico pude haber gastado y cambiado cosas que no eran! PESIMO este negocio y Fraijo. Señores! Los sabados tambien se trabaja no son para sacar la vuelta al trabajo sean más profesionales, lo digo porque sentí que por ser sabado se les hizo facil no revisar bien mi auto y por ende pesimo diagnostico Esta critica es para que mejoren no para afectarlos. Saludos
Terrible service. 33 years of experience, but charging excessively, unfinished work, and double charges. I don't recommend them to anyone. Look for other options. Very bad, very bad, terrible. Go somewhere else and get a quote, please. Terrible service.
They didn't show me the brake pads to be replaced; they changed them without telling me about the wear.
