I'm very confused about the rating I'll give because the service itself was good. They served me well, it was fast, and I had no problems. When I got home, I saw a small chicken. I checked the price and found the 8-pack (the same as a whole chicken there) was cheaper than KFC. In conclusion, good service, good flavor, and a very high price for the small amount of product :(.
The quality has dropped significantly. I personally used to boast about the difference between Pollo Feliz and Pollo Loco in the USA, saying that Pollo Feliz's chicken was far superior. What a disappointment! The chicken pieces were small and tasteless. And the quesadillas used to be so delicious. What a shame!
I ordered two chickens and they gave me two pigeons... super salty.
I always buy there and this time they gave me spoiled soup, it smelled horrible and it spoiled my whole food because they mixed the soup with the chicken.
