I enjoy does Starbucks location the staff was amazing very friendly and even made sure that my order was recited back to me to guarantee I've got the right thing the vanilla bean that I got was top-notch these guys do an awesome job make sure to check them out
Super kudos to Amanda and her team 👍 - just totally professional and friendly-like-it's-supposed-to-be ☺️. I accidentally dropped my wallet there inside the store. Luckily, Elliot found this before it disappeared, and safely saved this pretty invaluable item - both monies, credit cards, Id's... Thanks once again, Guys !
My wife and I have been traveling for over a month and have gone to many Starbucks. We have encountered too many locations with poor service and employees with bad attitudes. This location is the exact opposite. The staff are warm and friendly. I've been here twice now and today, Jacob was amazing.
I’m from out of town but have been here twice. Both times I felt welcomed and I was served quickly and with a friendly attitude. Today, the barista (Jacob) brought me my coffee (I was sitting down looking at my phone). Both times, my psl was perfect!!
Love this location. Everyone that works Monday through Friday in the morning is always so wonderful! It’s the one I usually always go to bc it’s on my way to work. However, someone is putting way too much ice in the brown shaken espresso drinks lol… it’s like the whole cup is filled with ice so I feel as if I’m paying for more ice, than I am an actual drink. One more thing is that yall hardly ever have the correct lid for a drink that has cold foam… 🫠🫠 the nitro lids, yeah, can we please get some in stock so I can taste my cold foam and the cinnamon on my drink pleeeaasssee and thank you! ☺️ I don’t wanna complain to the people there bc I know they just work there but maybe someone else can see this and help a sister out! 🫶🏼🫶🏼🫶🏼

THIS STARBUCKS IS OPEN SUPER LATE! 🌙⭐☕ Just like they ALL used to be before the pandemic! 🎉🙌 Finally, a location that understands night owls and caffeine addicts! 🦉🚀 My wife had a White Chocolate Mocha, and WOW—one of the best she’s had in a long time! 🤍☕🍫 Smooth, velvety, and just the right amount of sweetness. Pure comfort in a cup! ☁️💖 Late-night coffee runs are BACK, and I am LIVING FOR IT! 🕺💃🎶☕🔥
I don’t usually have problems with this Starbucks because they staff are usually nice and understanding, but today there were these two ladies working. I ordered a venti pink drink with whole and cold foam and a venti strawberry Frappuccino with extra strawberry puree, I expected to get what I ordered, but I didn’t. I did get the venti pink drink with whole milk and cold foam but instead of a venti strawberry Frappuccino they gave me a grande. There’s a big difference between a grande and a venti; I kindly told the lady that she had gotten the size right, so she went to go tell one of her coworkers. The coworker that she told came back with the exact same drink i told her i ordered an venti and she told me “You ordered a strawberry Frappuccino so here you go.” She straight up refused to get me a venti and she couldn’t even tell me what size i apparently got she just gave the drink back to me. I feel very disappointed and disrespected, I didn’t expect to get a small drink but I was stuck with it in the end. I do not appreciate her disrespect and uncaring attitude please fix this immediately.
I’m honestly disappointed with my experience at this Starbucks location. I ordered a hot White Mocha and was served a cup that was barely half full. This wasn’t normal room left for foam or spill prevention the drink was significantly underfilled when handed to me. For the price customers pay, basic consistency and quality control should be expected. I didn’t notice until after getting to work. I’m not trying to complain just to complain, but this feels unacceptable and below Starbucks standards. I hope management addresses this so customers receive the full product they’re paying for.
I came in and ordered a venti cannon ball. $6.12. I had $6.08 on my gift card. I paid and needed to use the restroom really quick before I ran out to my car for the .04 cents that she required I pay BEFORE they started making my order. I have some medical stuff going on so I couldn’t hold it. She didn’t put in my order. I had to go to the bathroom. Go outside. Get 4 Pennies. Come back in. Stand in line again. Reorder. Then she allowed me to pay. The rude lady name was Abbie. She’s working on 01/17/26 at 3:15PM. I won’t be back to this location for sure. Probably won’t be back to Starbucks at all since those 4 pennies were so important. Bad business. She should be taught and redirected.
Have spent thousands of dollars at locations over the years with large orders as a rep and everyday orders but the one time I needed to stop and use WiFi I was asked to leave if I didn’t place an order. Was there for maybe 5 min. Won’t bring my business back here.
Never again. I will never go to this location again. The first time here back a few months ago I waited in the drive-thru line for 30 minutes. Decided to give them another shot tonight. I pulled up to order and asked for an eggnog latte. I was then told you were out of eggnog. Really??? You bring back a holiday drink and you are out of eggnog already??? Poor management at this location. Had to go to another location and surprise surprise, they had eggnog! The sign of a well-managed location. Stay far away from this location or better yet, pick a different coffee shop. So many other better options out there for a fraction of the price.
I live around this Starbucks location so I have been going to this Starbucks from time to time for years. Never had an issue, the staff has always been incredibly nice until today 11/10/25 around 4:20pm. I had a horrible customer service experience for a drive thru order in which I’m still shocked about. I pulled up to the ordering kiosk( a guy was taking my order) and this is the conversation I had with the person that’s taking my order: me:“ Hi may I get a grande iced americano with light ice” Guy: “ yes, of course.” Proceed to read the order back to me Me: “ actually sorry, can I change it to no ice? “ Guy:“ ok, grande americano with no ice. Got it anything else?” I said no, and thanked him. (Remember this conversation, because later at the drive thru window the lady argued with me said she heard what I said through the ear piece and told me to improve my verbiage) Pulled to the drive thru window. I was waiting to pay and the lady with glasses at the window kept on open and closing the window door on me so I was thinking “ok..maybe they are busy I will just wait”. She opened the window I scanned and paid, she handed me a *HOT* grande Americano. i immediately said “ um sorry I never ordered a hot americano, shouldn’t it be at least warm and not hot?” I gave her back the coffee, she took it looked annoyed and displeased, turned around and made another americano. Handed the drink to me, I said thanks and just as I was just about to drive away and leave. She said “you need to improve your verbiage, next time just say hot americano with a splash of cold water.” I immediately defended myself saying but in the drive through kiosk I did say “ americano with no ice, and the guy read it back to me. So why would you hand me a HOT grande americano. Would it just be an iced americano with no ice?” She said “ yes I heard you through the ear piece. The ear piece are all connected, and an Americano with no ice would just be a full americano” I said” so why would you hand me a hot americano at first if that wasn’t what I asked for in the first place?” She said “ but you said warm, so if you wanted warm just say hot americano with a splash of cold water. You should improve your verbiage. “smirked, she then raised her tone and voice: “I’m not trying to argue with you I’m just saying” but she literally started the argument... Me: “ ok the reason I said warm is because you handed me a hot americano in which I never ordered. So I said can you at least give it to me warm? Because I said grande americano with no ice and I have ordered this all the time-“ she then cuts me off saying I keep cutting her off. Her:” but that’s the first drink” What?? I only ordered one drink?? The reason why I asked to change it’s because I never asked for a hot grande americano??? At this point idk what to say. So I was like ok…I really don’t want to hold the line and argue with someone through the drive thru window I drove away. But this was a horrible experience…and I don’t think I will ever be back.It felt very unnecessarily rude..
Rude staff. DT lady was rude after I mistakenly placed a mobile order for inside pick up instead of DT. As I turned the corner towards DT I could see my order was left outside the window, clearly for me to grab. I was struggling to grab the items due to the distance and a different staff member approached me and apologized trying to hand me the items I was struggling to reach. I understand if they were busy but there was no one else in line and only 1 or 2 customers inside. I had no problem going inside if they couldn't accommodate handing me my order on Drive-Thru due to a mistake I made. No need to be rude and have an attitude.
Coffee quality & taste of this location is very bad that I would never go back & waste my money! It seems like they never change water filters or calibrate espresso machine! Also, stood me for 2 minutes at ther DT without saying anything from the beginning so i thought DT speaker was broken! DT lady said ‘we were doing something else’. What a service;(
I was told today to buy something or get out, ok, that’s Starbucks policy. But some situation awareness needs to be taught to management at this location. Bunches of tables open, I’m not bothering anyone just on my laptop. Was i racially profiled for being brown skin? I don’t know I was approached by 2 white ladies but that is for God to judge. This was just poor management decisions and something that is understandable if all tables were taken up. The place was empty.
I ordered a Mango Dragonfruit Lemonade, but was only served a plain lemonade without any prior notice that the key ingredient—dragonfruit—was unavailable. The drink I received tasted completely off and was undrinkable. It was nothing close to what I ordered or expected. What made the situation worse was the staff’s attitude. When I expressed my concern, I was met with a dismissive response. The employee seemed too busy to listen, cut me off mid-sentence, and simply went back to what they were doing without offering any solution. This kind of customer service is unacceptable and extremely disrespectful. I urge the staff to reflect on this situation from the customer's point of view. If they were in my shoes, would they have accepted this drink—one that was neither what they ordered nor enjoyable to consume? I highly doubt it. This experience has left me deeply dissatisfied, and I expect a proper response and action to be taken regarding both the service and the product quality.
Drive thru was so slow (not rush hour) we thought they might be training someone new. Then they got my order wrong. When I went back and into the restaurant to get it fixed the lady was very rude and acted like I did something wrong. Then gave me the “fixed” drink without so much as a “here ya go” or sorry about the mistake. For the prices they charge you would expect better.
