Irene did an amazing job taking care of my order I didn't have the necessity to ask for condiments and napkins, everything was on point.
I personally loved the service! I ordered a couple whopper meals which were fantastic! I actually tried the new satisfies which were pretty good. They were nice and fresh which I'm happy about. The staff was excellent also. I talked to a guy named Ahmed which was a really nice guy. The managers were well maintained. The crew members were also very nice. They greeted me with smiles so I actually felt happy to be there unlike other places. The lobby was very clean which was pretty nice. They did hit a rush hour where they got a little behind but they picked up the pace and did a good job. I will come back as often as I am able to.
They are bringing the goodness of burger king back at this store. The customer service was clear and efficient and the employees was attentive. It's getting pretty hard to find a good flame broiled burger these days. Please keep up the standard. The king of burgers is back!
Wow these guys are friendly. Even had me try a sauce to make sure it's what id like. They really own the "Have it your way" slogan. I just read the other reviews and they are alarming. Not what I experienced at all. There were only three people working but they were all trying to handle customer business. Maybe it's a different crew from the other reviews but this crew was just fine. Gale is impressive!!!
Considering we went through the drive thru they were prompt. Didn't even have to ask me to pull forward to wait and got my meal correct. Great work!

It’s been a while since I received a burger that was good from any Burger King usually always cold.but the Food here was actually fresh had to wait a while but was good. Lobby was not the cleanest. No music but it was ok. Burger King should just be 100% drive through

Great customer service in the mornings!
I am uncertain about the circumstances at this location. The associate appeared to be experiencing personal difficulties and was overwhelmed by the customer volume. Despite this, the food quality remained high and was freshly prepared. While there was a wait, and an order was inadvertently omitted, this is consistent with the Burger King experience. They offered upgrade for the inconvenience was appreciated. Overall, I recommend this location for a quick meal.
Stopped by the drive-thru for breakfast this morning. Melvin had great service and I got my food quick.

UPDATE: I have a applaud the management for turning this place around. It's reflected in the staff and facility of this BK. 1ST, VICTOR is the guy working the register and helping drive thru, this guy was hustling and earning his pay (polite and fast). 2nd my fries were hot and fresh, and at the tail end of the lunch rush the dining room was clean! Note: they are also open till 1:am UPDATE: This BK is no longer a 2.8 restaurant! The management and staff have worked hard and made many improvements to the service and typically have what's on the menu. Check them out. ****************************************** If you read my reviews, I like giving a good review if a place is better than most others. But this place, Slow, shady, and suspect... I like BK food however, this BK is often out of almost everything, taking only cash, takes an unreasonable amount of time to make a single order (when I'm the only one in the place) or is just obviously not ready for business. If you don't want to be disappointed or frustrated avoid this place.

I was taken care of by Ms Irene and Ms Jennifer, I was worried because I needed to get some change for a large bill. In a situation like that most places won’t even bother in trying to help, but the kindly helped me out, do I really appreciate that. Definitely excellent service and the food was also really good too!

My food was hot and fresh on this visit, this location is a bit pricier than others (2 for $7) instead of $6, but my cashier (Edwin) was so very pleasant and kind which made up for the price hike 😊

It was an ok experience cant complain. Update the staff was helpful and professional and friendly. They seem to be running short of many things but were doing their best for customer's. My bacon king was great. The staff seems New and a new manager but all showed team work. Drive thru was backed up so I chose to eat there. The food was typical bk not that great. Not the staff fault. Burger King has a ways to go to compete with the competition. But the location did their best
I hate to sound jaded but the fast food dining experience is very standard across the big burger chain restaurants they have a certain standard on every aspect it would seem it's just as unwanted to be good at something as it is to be bad at it that way when you walk into a chain restaurant 1000 miles from home it's all the same taste, look, smell, the seats the wall paper the menu board its all homogenized for you to be comfortable and spend your dollars without hesitation. So how was burger king? it was burger king, like all the other burger kings I've been to they all look and smell the same. Just like they're supposed to.
Food is good, unfortunately the service is a little lackluster. I know, I know - It's a fast food restaurant. The girl in front of me has the same experience I did with the lady working the front at 5:10pm on Wednesday 10-22-25... Had to wait over 10 minutes for an online order. Order was bagged and then left abandoned. The lady working in the drive-thru had to come over and ask what I was waiting for. She found it all bagged up and gave it to me.
Giving 3 stars simply because this is the only Burger King near home where we can actually place an order and get our food in a reasonable amount of time. The service gets a 2, at best. Check your order before driving away, 'cause there's a good chance they messed something up.
This location the workers seemed new and confused. We got our food to dine in. Our order was messed up, we were told we couldn't get refunded for the error in price. Then the order was messed up, some of it was cold. My whopper had at least 2tbsp of mayo 🤢 .The manager was the only reason I dont gv them a 1. She corrected the order, although i dont eat pie she gv us 2. I would hv been happy to eat in but because we was going to be late for our movie had to take it with us. 🤷🏾♀️ was hardly warm when I ate it. But it was good and I was hungry... check your orders!!!
Honestly don't know if they really deserve a 3 star rating. The wait time is abysmal!!!! There's no sense of urgency. The kitchen had trash all over the floor, food just waiting to be bagged or a big stack of mess ups...either way it's obvious that management sucks and couldn't care less about the satisfaction of their customers.
At one time, this was my all-time favorite for burgers. No longer the king of burgers. Taste and appearance of burger is not what it use to be. Food (whopper, fries and drink) was so so.
The food is food but they never get my order right. I went in 1 morning and ordered 3 Croissanwiches with sausage. They give me 1 as ordered and 2 with maple bacon. They need to make sure this is checked.
It seemed that the person was in training, but we were attended very poorly in drive through. One of our burgers came out wrong even though we specified any confusion 3 times.
I Love burger King, but it takes up to 15 minutes in the drive thru to get your food and homeless people are all over the place knocking on your car window for food while you wait in the the drive thru line which is scary and their sleeping in front of the building.
This place was filthy. We had to wait on someone had to come from the back to take our order after waiting several minutes. I sent my teenager to the counter to ask for napkins (there were none in our bag of food) and he was ignored. I finally went to the counte and had to ask 2 people before I got napkins. The sandwiches were decent but the fries tasted like the oil was old.
Disappointed Overall, but Grateful for One Helpful Employee I visited this Burger King recently and unfortunately had a frustrating experience. I clearly explained when placing my order that I could not have pickles or onions on my burger due to allergies. The person taking my order didn’t seem to take that seriously at all. When I pulled up to the drive-thru window, I waited several minutes without being acknowledged. Multiple employees were in the front but no one made an effort to assist—just staring. Thankfully, one staff member finally came to the window, asked if I had been helped, and actually took the initiative to check my burger. Sure enough, it still had pickles and onions. I appreciate that he showed care and had my order remade correctly. That effort meant a lot. However, the overall service felt careless, especially regarding allergy-related instructions, which should be taken very seriously. To add to the disappointment, I had to go back inside because they forgot to include utensils in my bag. While inside, I overheard the manager speaking to someone in a loud and unprofessional tone right in the dining area, while customers were trying to eat. Conversations like that should be handled privately, especially in an office—not out where guests can hear. This visit left a poor impression, and I hope management takes these points into consideration. Listening to customer needs, especially health-related ones, and maintaining a professional environment are key to good service.
We are very disappointed! The day before Easter, and this is what we had to endure. On April 8, 2024 @ 2:38 pm. Roy and I entered this Burger King. The address is on the receipt. The interaction started off nice, but we could sense that it would not go well. We ordered 2 Bacon Melts one add lettuce, tomatoes 🍅, and onions. The second one add lettuce, and tomatoes 🍅 only, no onions. After watching the food prepper slide patties out of container like McDonald uses, I knew we were in trouble. Almost 8 minutes later after the manager continously said he was waiting on fries, the food came out. The food was order for in house dining as was stated to the manager that took the order. That was the last thing I told him. Once we received our food, just as I suspected, there was no lettuce or tomatoes on either burger, the burger was cold, the meat wasn't even cooked when ordered, and look at the photo of the lettuce that was placed on our burger. I took both burgers back to the manager named Mike, supposedly called by his staff during their verbal transactions. Not only did he not add the lettuce, tomatoes, and onions to the order, when I politely took them back and stated they did not add the lettuce, and tomatoes, he stated "I did not ask for lettuce and tomatoes. Again, We ordered 2 Bacon Melts one add lettuce, tomatoes 🍅, and onions. The second one add lettuce, and tomatoes 🍅 only, no onions. He finally gave in and had them add the additions to the burgers, and the photos speaks for themselves. My very 1st job was in fast foods. Back then we were trained in food quality and service. QC reps would go around to restaurants and grade the quality of the food, service and cleanliness of the restaurant. I deliver food to customers from these restaurants, so Burger King, you got the right ones today. I stopped going to Burger King a long time ago, and now you know why! You have a ways to go, to even catch up with McDonald's. Don't worry, you are not even in the league with Whataburger and Chick-fil-A which is a much higher level. 2 🌟 🌟 Service 2 🌟 🌟 Food 2 🌟 🌟 Quality
Through the drive-through after waiting five minutes, they told me I’ll be with you in a minute. Waited another five minutes then they tell me they’re only taking mobile orders no wonder why they’re never busy. They need to close this location. The dining room was totally empty and they were only four cars in the drive-through. I guess they don’t need the business.
Worst Burger King ever. The night crew sucks. How does the shake machine breaks down thirty minutes before they close? Just say you don't want to clean the machine, although I was charged for a shake. The customer service is poor and the night manager isn't even better. I can easily see why the morale is down at this location. If you don't have great leadership and communication then your business will fail.
Worst. Burger King ever. They always make you pull up the front of the building. Slow. Workers loud and playing around. Bad attitudes, horrible food. No management. Why does the owner not sell and revamp this trash? Just making the area suffer with this place. The service was terrible. I was the only customer inside the store and it still took the staff several minutes to acknowledge me. They were discussing a problem that had nothing to do with their jobs. And they were so busy talking among themselves that kept getting orders wrong. Customers were leaving the drive thru to come around to the door because their orders were wrong or incomplete. I ordered a whopper with mustard on both buns, and they kept trying to give me a cheeseburger with fries. Not to mention the bathroom was dirty. I could not finish my burger after 2 bites. The meat tasted undone and watery.
They do whatever they want in here. Always closing early. No way I should get here at 10:40 and they don’t answer the drive thru speaker til I lay on my horn just for someone to walk out the back door and give me the throat chop hand motion to say it’s dead. Then when I say y’all don’t close for another 20 mins, he asked what I want, I tell him, he goes inside and comes back to say nah we not doing any orders right now. Corporate should notice what time the last order always gets placed and get on them. I’m starving getting off work and this is the only place I can find a meatless option but apparently not.
By far the worst Burger King I have ever been. Went thru the drive through. When three employees came out. I drove up to order and smelled nothing but weed. I placed a small order. It took them more than 25 mins to do it. They had to ask me what I ordered before they gave me my food. The people that work here are very lazy. Last time I came they shut down for no reason. DON'T EAT HERE!!!!
This os the 4th time on a row that We have come to your restaurant and were not able tp eat because it was just closed during peak business hours: once no breakfast staff; twice dining room was just closed and today you closed the restaurant for a meeting. Your corporation is going broke for a reason.
Date 03/06/2025 the location Is unorganized majority minorities and they barely speak English. 7/10 times I go my orders wrong or missing the employees can’t comprehend simple English or take the time to listen. I’ve called to no avail the management doesn’t answer the phone and it’s unacceptable. Me and my colleagues who visit on lunch always run into the same issues.
This location has employees not willing to make orders correctly, and not give you what you PAY FOR.

And when I went to the window she didn’t event out my order in, the guy that was a the window got so mad because I had to repeat my order and said I’m making his job harder like what as if I’m the problem! I placed an order on the app. I got a couple of Whoppers and some onion rings. They put onion rings on the burgers! I didn't ask them to do that, and they never did it before! If BK is gonna start changing up the menu, they need to tell the public about it! I like onion rings, but I don't like opening up my burger to find a bunch of soggy onion rings on it! I don't like it & I don't like paying for something that's not what I ordered! Then I tried to call them to ask about it, and they wouldn't answer the phone! I called like 5 times and it rang and rang until they hung up on me! That's rude and bad customer service!!!
Should have a negative Star rating system. They should tear this location down like they did the sonic that was next to it. This is the worst Burger King ever!! I come maybe 2 times a year only because it is the closest to work. They always seem to mess up my order every single time! They cannot understand the difference between 2 for $5 single breakfast croissants and 2 for $6 DOUBLE breakfast croissants. Apparently B.K.U. (Burger King University) didn't teach them the difference. Recently stopped by at this exact location due to lack of time to drive to a real Burger King and thought I'd give them 1 more chance. I ordered a bacon King burger and add lettuce, tomato, and onion. Only to be charged an extra .75 cents, and there was no tomato, and no Bacon on top of that, and the woman making the burger was on her phone with her left hand and using her other hand to make it. And of course messed it up! The cashier told her to get off the phone and get it right and she just said ok, and continued to talk on the phone in spanish and I could tell it was a personal conversation. The cashier even told me that she had not even started on the other drive thru orders that were there. Total carelessness on the cooks behalf. No wonder this Burger King has such a low star rating! The tall young cashier had to go back there to make my burger all over again and the right way while she was still laughing and giggling on her phone. Very disrespectful to her fellow co workers. And making this location look even worse than it already is unfortunately. No wonder they still have a "now hiring" sign hanging out in front of the place. It's been there for months now.
Came in for a sit down meal. Service was good and the lady at the cash register was very nice and courteous. However, it took me a minute to realize that the music being played overhead, which by the way was a bit too loud, was some kind of hip-hop/rap with every other word being a cdurse/profane word. Not the kind of music you want to playing where families with children may be coming, a place with an indoor play yard. It happened to be Good Friday and a lot of people like me were just returning from church. Please take note and stop that.

Soon as i walked in, i can feel the room temperature rise. not sure if their a/c was working or not. the clerk was in a crappy mood, not even a simple 'Hello'. My order was incorrect and the soft drink machine did not have any good flavored sodas. not worth it. i know its jist a fast food restaurant, but this one was awful.
This Burger King restaurant is run down . Drink machine doesn’t work half the time restaurant smells like mold and bathrooms unclean . Staff is in no hurry and it’s normally a15 minute wait for cold food and bad service . I have tried to put up with it as it’s close to my job . I have smiled and said thank In the last year I’ve spent money at this location at least 20 times . The service and quality is always the same Something should be done about this restaurant .
Outside was dirty, broken screen at drive thru, the person at drive thru you could barely understand. It took longer than usual at this drive thru. When I gave her code she was quiet and said "Hello" and no answer so finally she says one moment then 2 mins later says ok . This restaurant needs repairs and renovations.
Garbage location. It's amazing this location is still open. Anything more than one car a day paralyzes the staff here. An effective manager is a nonentity here. Seek your King experience elsewhere, and whomever owns this franchises I wish I had your money to waste like you are with this cash bleeding cow...

This restaurant hours supposed to be from 6 to 12 Or from 7 to 10 This is like the 5th time that we try getting food from this burgerking and it’s 9:25pm and they are not taking orders it was a line of 7 cars since the lights are on but no one taking orders. We come to this location since is the one closer to us smh it’s always something with this restaurant.
I have been on 10/26/2019, at 11pm. The black lady from drive thru who took the orders was so rude and unprofessional, she argued why I said that I want just the burger without combo at the end of the order, she came outside and started to yell like a crazy.. who is the manager here, please hire normal employees who knows what does mean subordination. This place just sucks. Service is slow, the employees are rude and talk shit about the other customer with the window open. They also just stand around waiting for the one or 2 cooks to finish orders and don't help each other at all. They will give you Re-Re-Reheated food. Don't go here, ever.
Where do I start...this location is trash both cashier's are extremely rude to the point I had to get out if the drive thru line and place my order inside which wasn't any better when they ran out of bacon and the girl name paradise was extremely rude with a bad attitude and I watch other customers get frustrated the onion rings were cold and the fries didn't have salt on them and the other cashier wasn't any better and I've watched the cashier name paradise take personal phone calls while trying to take orders just disgusting...I'm begging for who ever reads this review not to spend there hard earned money at this location....
Bruh. These folks had the audacity to tell my daughter that they knew me and I left a bad review before, and expect people to trust them with eating their food. They never get an order right. One time a girl gave me a free drink but then forgot 2 sandwiches. I hate it there.
Terrible customer service and management was incredible unprofessional . I order the $5 bag meal not only did the cashier try to overcharge me $1.20 for cheese on a sandwich that is included, which I even took a picture of the menu in the drive thru showed the cashier that it was included with the $5 bag special, I spoke up and asked why I was being charged extra the worker looked utterly confused and seemed like she didn’t know the company’s promotion. When management got involved he also gave me the wrong order and proceeded to laugh as if there was something comical about messing up my order twice. Not only was I dissatisfied with customer service but the burger was half cooked. I would never recommend this Burger King location to anyone unless you want to deal with rude individuals who clearly need a career change.
Tried to place an order and no body was there to offert me service at 11 pm when they supposed to closed at 12 a.m.. there was to more cars behind me waiting to get serviced as well. We eventually went away after long period of time of no service!! FYI went to Taco Bell 1 minutes away and got service in in less than 2 minutes ( placed order & left with my order) ✌🏾
This location caused me to lose a major paying order, because they refused to remake the order after I had Uber call them and offer to pay them again (to remake it). Also, it's absolutely filthy in there. And, they were all just standing around talking. This is completely unacceptable and I see why this is one of the lowest performing locations in the area. I’ll be reporting this to the health department.
This location is trash. Sign on the door stated dining room closes at 8pm, it was locked at 730pm, so I went to the drive through. Had a pretty substantial order and they were unfortunately out of 85% of it. So needless to say i ended up driving off. This is my second time at this location and will definitely be my last. Too bad the Sonic next to it has been demolished. I'd be willing to bet that with an average review of 2.7 you'll be next. Maybe time for a complete overhaul of how you conduct business, and maybe some better staff members. Luckily there is another location not too far away that had my entire order and was more than happy to take it.

I took my baby to this places because of the playground but it was way too dirty. Bathroom was dirty. One of the employee uniform who helped me was dirty and the whole place was dirty. If there is a manager I don’t think they are doing their job. Bad attitude, bad presentation. This is my last time coming to this place. I highly don’t recommend bringing your family to his place. Very disgusting.
If you truly hate yourself you will go to this location. It takes 30 minutes to receive your "fast" food. Don't say things like no lettuce because they ignore special requests so no you can't have it your way at this location. The food quality is terrible good luck getting a refund. This location isn't in a bad spot that's a very busy intersection but the restaurant itself is rundown. The employees need to be replaced.
Dude how difficult is your job? There is noone in the drive through. I order a normal Burger without tomatoes or pickles. You give me a cold burger with everything on it and add bacon by yourself ! Clearly no respect for customers.

Disgusting!!! Women's bathroom out of order and men's restroom toilet full of feces/ toilet paper. No paper towels. My question is " Are the employees washing their hands?" and how is this sanitary? I decided not to eat anything here.
This location doesn’t even deserve one star. The customer service was trash. I came in and bought food and asked for a cup of ice. I was told I needed to pay after already buying food. As I attempted to pay for the ice, I was told they didn’t have change. Even though I bought food they would not accommodate me with a cup of ice and still proceeded to tell me why I could not have a cup of ice. The manager Maria Rojas wouldn’t even help me after spending money at this location.
I’ve literally waited in the line for well over 30 minutes…with 3 cars in front of me…and over 10 minutes at the speaker. I went in and they’re taking orders at the counter but has the drive through waiting 30+ minutes to order. I explained my issue with the worker, instead of taking my order at the counter after he took the other 2 orders…he walked away and went to making food.
I waited an hour for a small order of fries, mozzarella sticks. I’m never coming here again. I was 79 and they got all the way to 1 again while I was waiting. Worst experience ever. The guy who was supposed to give me my food was on his phone and was very rude.
Literally, I placed an order here and this place refused to come to the window even after they heard me beep my horn, go to the door which said use drive through and all. The whole crew turned a blind eye to a paid customer who was there to pick up. Two girls were on their phones and the other guy walked right near me and charged his phone. Finally, after 10 plus minutes, the dude came to the window, but the food wasn’t even prepared. When addressed about hearing me at the window, no accountability was taken. The dude said one minute and walked away. After another five minutes, I left, no food, no refund, nothing. I will be addressing this with upper management soon. Keep the food and provide my refund back. Instead of ignoring customers and huddling up in the kitchen like they were doing, how about teach them some mandatory customer service skills and workshops? The place advertised for a 1 am closer. My order was completed and stated pick up for 10:22… even after 10:45, still no food. I will never ever come back here again. No food was being cooked, just socialization and riding the clock. Do better! O stars . Do not recommend
I ordered a chicken sandwich, plain and dry with chicken and cheese only. Jennifer at the drive thru window gave us our order and upon checking it looked like someone had put mayonnaise and then wiped it off. Gross. I asked Jennifer to have it remade and she proceeded to argue with me that that is the way the chicken sandwich comes with a white spot on the chicken/bread. I could not believe that she had the nerve to come back to the window with the sandwich open and tell me that that’s the way they are always made. We buy these chicken sandwiches all of the time and they never look like that. I had to get a little rude with her and tell her we want the sandwich remade period. She rolls her eyes and closes the window. We waited a few minutes. She then brought a new chicken sandwich to me and asked me if “I wanted to check it” very rudely and I took the sandwich out of her hand and proceeded to drive off-she made a comment loudly “okayyy then!”.. I made sure I asked her her name before I left because she is extremely rude and needs a class in customer service and professionalism. We will not be going back to this Burger King. I absolutely despise people that act the way that she does. Jennifer needs an attitude adjustment.
Tldr; Sad. Don't bother. Worth a read, though - maybe it will make a change for this location. This is the saddest Burger King I've ever seen, and I used to work at one in high school. I love Burger King. However, the only bright spot of this stop was the kid training drive through. He tried. The rest? Oh there's a dozen reasons I made this post... 1. Drive through didn't work. Called out a few times. Three cars behind me. Pulled around and ordered online. Went in after a few minutes. It's not instant. 2. Lady cashier was as lifeless as the tired, sad onion rings. She said, You order down here. I said, I have an online order for Tarra. 3. When I said online order, they finally pulled the ticket. Hadn't looked at it. She didn't say anything about it taking a while, or this will be right out; she just huffed & wandered off. 4. Drive through kid in training asked if I had order 72. I didn't. I said, I have a mobile order for Tarra. Lady says, "Yeah, they're making it." She glums her way back to the cash register because another couple came in. Now it's been 8 minutes. No food. No drink. No welcome. 5. Couple comes in and orders two ice cream cones. Lady glums her way to pull an ice cream cone and the machine is the slowest, saddest thing I've seen, except for the onion rings. She moseys back to the register and silently hands it to the wife. 6. Couple says, we ordered two. Lady sighs at them and rolls her eyes. "I only charged you for one." Couple pays again. She gets a second ice cream cone. Never said sorry, never said thank you, never said anything except to sigh like a tweenager being asked to help. 7. I'm asked again by Trainee Kid if I have order 72. I don't. Trainee kid looks around - no one else is there. Asks me if it's Door dash? Nope... Just me, my online order and the ice cream couple. No DoorDash. 12 minutes and counting. Same tired onion rings. 8. Ice cream guy says something about he didn't order it. Finally, some life from Lady Glumpy! She snaps, "What did you say?" Ice cream guy is walking away with his wife. Lady G says, "Did you have something to say? I think you said something. Want to repeat that?" 😮 They dashed to the door. They won't be back. You shouldn't be here, either. 9. I'm trying to not loose my Snickers. I've worked at Burger King. This is not the way. Holy smokes, this went from sad to mad fast. You don't rule here - this is Lady Gs House! 10. Guy making my food says he has to remake it. Needs directions how to add cheese and light mayo. 11. Kid training on drive through makes my drink and hands me my pie. He's trying. It's now 15+ minutes. Notice he's working drive through... customers have to pull up to the window to order. No sign. I'm not going back to suggest they make one. 12. Burger is ready about 18 minutes after i ordered. Trainee kid scoops out the onion rings for my order and hands it to me. I nodded and said, Thank you. He said, Thank you. Like I said, he tried. Lady G glared. When I got to the car, I saw he dropped a small fry in as well. They weren't better but hey - he tried. That's a win. So... In the end... Burger was fresh! It was actually good. The onion rings were old, sad and tired, a lot like the atmosphere in this restaurant. I ate my food in the car while writing this review. Lady G can have it her way - I'll take the highway.
